Water treatment plant with reverse osmosis relates to the field of multi-stage water purification with an automated control system is designed to provide the population with clean drinking water on a separate territorial areas, in particular in residential apartment buildings, and can be used in shopping malls, various industrial premises, hospitals, pharmacies and so on, wide range of adjustment of the parameters of the water allows it to be used in industrial, pharmaceutical and other purposes.

Known installation according to the patent RU No. 46498, IPC C02F 9/00, bull. No. 13 from 10.07.2005 containing sorption-catalytic filter, carbon sorption filter, cartridge filters, block ultraviolet irradiation tank of pure water, reverse osmosis unit, provided in the bypass line, after which set of shungite filter, filled with mechanical mixture of crushed stones and activated carbon modified with silver in the ratio of one to one.

The disadvantages of this setup can be attributed to the lack of an automated control system that specifies the optimal mode of operation of the reverse osmosis unit and providing control and maintain constant quality of drinking water treatment, as well as inefficient use of reverse osmosis membranes due to the lack of the system to reduce their sealifebase.

A device according to patent RU No. 57141, IPC B01D 27/00, bull. No. 28 dated 10.10.2006, which has filters for coarse and fine cleaning, block mineralization purified and disinfected water, camera cell with silver electrodes and the system automatically maintain the desired concentration of silver ions in drinking water at a given second flow comprising a second flow meter water flow.

The disadvantage of this device is that its application is limited because the degree of purification it is in most cases insufficient for purification of tap drinking water, while only automated functions maintain the desired concentration of silver ions and salinity of treated and disinfected water, no reverse osmosis filter automation of operational modes. The introduction of additional pre-treatment, for example, with the use of membrane technologies, makes excessive use this device, at least the coarse filter.

Known reverse osmosis, patent RU No. 2317138, IPC B01D 61/08, bull. №5 dated 20.02.2008, which provides for partial recirculation of the permeate, which reduces clogging of the reverse osmosis membranes. Water treatment plant with reverse osmosis shown in the overall block diagram (figure 1)works as follows. Water from the water system through the input of raw water 1 is supplied to the input flow meter 2, then through the solenoid valve 3, which performs the function of turning off the source of water for maintenance and emergency situations, enters the pre-filter 5, which includes a set of filters, specially selected depending on the chemical composition of the source water, in particular: a coarse filter, carbon adsorption filter, a fine filter. SUBSTANCE: waste water is treated with pulsed high-voltage discharges with simultaneous saturation of the water with air and subsequent purification on granular filters in the presence of a coagulant. A xanthogenate-containing substance is added to the treated water along with the coagulant. The cobalt xanthogenate residue is extracted by deposition, the obtained water is fed into a plasma-chemical reactor and the elementary bromine formed is separated in a degasifier. Ferroalloy contains 20-40 wt % of boron and features particle size smaller than 160 mcm. In nitration of ferroalloy, amorphous boron is added in amount of 1.0-10.0 wt % to initial blend. Subsequent nitration is conducted in bulk burning mode at nitrogen pressure of 0.15-10.0 MPa for 0.5-1.5 h. Produced nitrated alloy is ground to isolate pellet fraction of 0.63-2.5 mm. Produced catalyst is immersed in effluent along with feed ozone-air mix therein.

Proposed device comprises container with branch pipes, at least, one vertical partition diving said container into working and nonworking zones, horizontal magnetic ducts made of tubes from nonmagnetic material. Continuous circuit of magnetic elements composed of capsules is arranged inside said cuts and comprising set of annular magnets with magnetic tips, compensating gaskets and plugs with outer spherical surface, and nonmagnetic pushers. Extreme nonmagnetic elements in said tubes may reciprocate, driven by hydraulic cylinder rod. Horizontal perforated partition is arranged at top section of aforesaid container. Horizontal partition with lot holes is arranged below aforesaid partition. Both are located above axes of magnetic ducts arranged in vertical plane, one above the other in rows in horizontal pane. Clearance between said partitions does not exceed threefold thickness of fluid thin layer nearby tube surface. Magnetic duct tubes are covered by polymer films connected in clearance between tubes. Outlet at tank bottom incorporates means to distribute fluids in various trays.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for purification and disinfection of sewage water of small and medium-size enterprises, municipal organisations, settlements and housing estates with productivity of about 1-10 m3/hour. In order to realise the method processing of continuous water flow is performed with electron ray with energy 300-500 keV, pulse duration 20-50 ns, density of electron pulse current 5-300 A/cm2 and pulse repetition rate from single pulses to 100 pulse/s. In preferable versions of method sewage water is preliminarily saturated with oxygen, or oxygen in mixture with other gases, with formation of aerosol flow. In addition, saturation with oxygen or oxygen in mixture with other gases is carried out by blowing air through water.

EFFECT: method is characterised by increase of power by 103-105 times of absorbed dose without significant increase of electron energy in ray and ensures disinfection and purification of sewage water from inorganic and organic compounds, such as phenols, crude oil products, surface-active substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in biological and physical-and-chemical treatment of waste water or in industrial water supply. The method is realised via aeration, sorption and oxidation of contaminants in starting waste water on charge material. The charge material used is dispersed natural schungite mineral which is added at the same time as the waste water to be treated and/or into an aerobic bioreactor. Contaminants are oxidised by dissolved oxygen directly on the surface of schungite and by microorganisms immobilised on the charge material.
