SUBSTANCE: machine comprises self-propelled chassis on which the rotary platform is mounted by means of the rotary rolling bearing, having the mechanism of its rotation, operator's cab, engine installation, compartment with hydraulics, tanks for fuel and power fluid for the hydraulic system, hydraulic manipulator with a working element, and a counterweight. The counterweight is mounted with the ability of its movement relative to the rotary platform depending on the hydraulic manipulator sweep. The counterweight in the form of the compartment with hydraulics, tanks for fuel and power fluid for the hydraulic system, as well as the engine installation is mounted on a secondary platform with the ability to rotate around a horizontal axis in the vertical longitudinal plane of the machine by double-arm lever. The double-arm lever with its one arm is connected to the secondary platform, and with the other - to the hydraulic manipulator. The axes of rotation of the secondary platform and double-arm lever are mounted on the rotary platform.

EFFECT: invention enables to reduce the size and weight of the machine.

The invention relates to machines harvesting manipulator type and can be used in the forest industry and forestry.

Known harvesting machine, comprising a self-propelled chassis, which by means of pivot roller mounted rotary platform mechanism with its rotation, operator cabin, power unit, a compartment with hydraulic units, storage tanks for fuel and working fluid for the hydraulic system, a hydraulic manipulator with gripper-cutting device and the counterweight (Kossev SCI Harvesting machine manipulator type. - M.: Forest industry, 1981, 248 S., see Fig.5 and p.40, 3...14 lines from the top).

In the known machine logging counterweight stationary relative to the rotary platform and in this regard to ensure the stability of the machine when the maximum departure of the manipulator with gripper-cutting device counterbalance weight great that very weight machine.

Known harvesting machine also has a counterweight that weight machine, and, at the maximum departure of the arm increases the size of the back of the machine, which may hinder the rotation of the turntable when selective felling and thinning, and eventually reduced the technological capabilities of the machine.

The technical result of the proposed machine logging is to reduce the size and weight of the machine.

The technical result is achieved in that in a harvesting machine, comprising a self-propelled chassis, which by means of pivot roller mounted rotary platform mechanism with its rotation, operator cabin, power unit, a compartment with hydraulic units and tanks for fuel and working fluid for the hydraulic system, a hydraulic manipulator with a working body, for example, the gripping-cutting device, and a counterweight mounted with the possibility of movement relative to the rotary cards is army depending on the departure of the manipulator, the novelty is that the counterweight is a compartment with hydraulic units and tanks for fuel and working fluid for the hydraulic system and power unit, which are mounted on the supporting framework, with the possibility of rotation around the horizontal axis in the vertical longitudinal plane of the vehicle by means of two shoulders of the lever, one arm of which is pivotally connected with the supporting platform, and the other shoulder is combined with a hydraulic manipulator, with the axis of rotation of the two shoulders of the lever is aligned with the axis of rotation of the manipulator and fixed on the rotary platform, and the two shoulders shoulder of the lever associated with the auxiliary platform made U-shaped.

Such constructive execution of the machine logging will be used as a counterweight units of the machine, which reduces the weight of the car, the installation of hydraulic units and tanks to the auxiliary platform, and the engine is on a rotary platform will allow you to remove them from each other, which increases the hazard of the machine; when the reduction of emission of manipulator, and this happens usually with the load, an auxiliary platform through two shoulders lever increases the force on the actuator of the manipulator, and all of the above increases the efficiency of the machine.

Machine harvesting, including self-propelled chassis 1 on which is mounted, by means of pivot roller 2, a turntable 3 with the mechanism of its rotation around the vertical axis (not shown)which includes an operator's cab 4, the power unit 5, the compartment 6 with the hydraulic units, storage tanks for fuel and working fluid for the hydraulic system, hydraulic crane 7 working body 8 at its free end, is made in the form of a gripping-cutting device. Compartment 6 and the power unit 5 is mounted on the supporting framework 9 can rotate around the axis 10, is mounted in the bracket 11, which is rigidly fixed on the rotary platform 3. The shoulder 15 provided with rollers 17 which are included in the pairing with the guides 18, rigidly connected with the supporting platform 9. The shoulder 15 is made asymmetric with respect to the shoulder 16, as part of the compartment 6 is located behind the operator's cab 4. The manipulator 7 is equipped with actuators 19, 20 and 21, for example, hydraulic cylinders.

Machine harvesting is as follows.

The operator controls the actuators 19, 20 and 21, and a rotation mechanism (not shown) of the rotary platform 3, changes the magnitude of the departure of the manipulator 7 and directs the working body 8 on the subject of labor, for example, the tree 22, grabs it, if necessary, cuts and moves in the desired location and stacks. Almost always changes the value of the load moment (tipping) of the manipulator 7, but since the hydraulic crane 7 is connected by a shoulder, two shoulders 15 of the lever 14 with the supporting platform 9, with increasing departure of the manipulator 7 (increase in overturning moment) the center of gravity of the supporting platform 9 with the attached units and nodes will be deleted from the axis 12 of rotation of the manipulator 7 and two shoulders of the lever 14 (see figure 1 and the image of the dotted line and figure 2), and thereby will increase the value of the stabilizing moment and Vice versa. When the tightening and lifting of the object of labour by the manipulator 7, the center of gravity of the supporting platform 9 with the attached units and nodes 5 and 6 will be in addition to the proximity to the axis 12 to descend through two shoulders lever 14 to increase the force of rotation of the manipulator 7.

Proposed harvesting machine allows you to use as a counterweight units and components of the machine, thus reducing the weight of the machine, and the installation of hydraulic units, tanks for fuel and working fluid on an additional platform and engine on the rotary platform, on the contrary, allows to increase the fire safety of the machine while reducing the departure of the manipulator, as it occurs, as a rule, with the load; additional platform with the attached units and units of the machine through two shoulders lever increases the force on the actuator of the manipulator, and all of the above increases the efficiency of the machine logging.

Note here that displacement transducers are used to continuously determine the extension stroke of traction frame suspension hydraulic cylinder rods. Data of said transducers is fed to computer for it to compute coordinates of cutting edge points in motor grader coordinate system by preset algorithm. Simultaneously, satellite navigation system and antennas rigidly attached to motor grader main frame are used to define motor grader position and coordinates of origin of the system of coordinates of given locality. Now, compute is used to define points on blade cutting edge in the system of coordinates of given locality.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an antenna of GPS/Glonass systems or a photodetector installed on a vertical rod fixed on a work tool with the help of a bracket with a biaxial hinged joint. Hinged joint axes are equipped with units of rotation with sensors of turn angle and units of braking with electromagnets. A counterweight is fixed in the lower part of the rod. As position of the road building machine or work tool changes relative to the horizon, the rod under action of the counterweight is turned on axes of the biaxial hinged joint and preserves its vertical position. The device is equipped with a system unit supplying control pulses to electromagnets of braking units. The system unit may receive data from sensors of turn angle, has a differentiating link in its composition, a relay link with an area of insensitivity, a unit of pulses generation and an amplification link.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: pump-accumulator hydraulic drive to rotate an earth-mover platform comprises a controlled pump, hydraulic distributors, safety and check valves, a hydraulic accumulator, a relay controller, connected to each other by hydraulic manifolds, and a controlled hydromotor. At the same time one of hydraulic distributors is installed between the controlled pump and the controlled hydromotor of platform rotation. Safety valves are valves with two adjustment pressures. The second hydraulic distributor is arranged between the controlled pump and the first hydraulic distributor, serving to change power streams from the controlled hydraulic pump to the hydraulic accumulator.

SUBSTANCE: claw-like felling unit of a tree harvesting machine mounted on a manipulator of the latter comprises a housing. On the housing two hydraulically controlled grips and a sawing machine are mounted spaced in height. The device is equipped with a mechanism for non-clamping work of the sawing machine. The mechanism comprises a slide mounted in a vertical housing cavity with the possibility of its reciprocation. Between the slide and the upper cavity wall an elastic element is located, such as a compression spring, and at the bottom the slider is rigidly connected to the rod with the ability to move the latter along the guides made in the lower wall of the cavity, and outside of the latter it is provided with a base plate.

SUBSTANCE: system for mass tree cutting comprises a harvester head having a housing equipped with a means of supply, delimbing means, cutting device and at least one element of equipment for mass cutting. The equipment for mass cutting is made with the ability to form in a harvester head of at least one delimbing means for simultaneous collecting and manipulation of more than one, preferably vertically oriented, tree. The equipment comprises means formed with at least two parts connected together with an axis and articulated with the housing of the harvester head. The said means comprises a connecting axis to install it with the ability to rotate on the housing of the harvester head, the root knife protruding from the said connecting axis, and the upper knife articulated with the root knife. The method of mass tree cutting, which uses harvester head for collection and manipulation of one or more trees simultaneously is characterised in that at the capture of the first tree the means of supply and the delimbing means are opened for receiving it, at least the said delimbing means are pressed against a tree, and the tree is cut out with the cutting device, and at capture of subsequent trees the first control command is given to open the means which crimp the tree, and the equipment elements for mass cutting are opened for receiving the tree, except delimbing means, then the second control command is given for closing at least fixed other delimbing means to crimp trees in the harvester head, and to open the equipment elements with their subsequent closure, one by one, to ensure the movement of root knives and upper knives provided in the equipment for mass cutting trees in the position in which they crimp trees collected in the harvester head, and then the tree is cut.

EFFECT: invention enables to manipulate simultaneously more than one tree with conventional harvester head used for felling and supply of tree trunks.

FIELD: lumbering processes and equipment, possibly felling procedures in mountains.

SUBSTANCE: robot includes platform with movable supports, rotary circle, manipulator with gripping and cutting off apparatus. Circular platform is joined with working support in the form of telescopic hydraulic cylinder whose rod is joined with supporting site. Upper portion of housing of working support is joined with movable wheel and with rod of motion cylinder. Circular platform has groove provided with right and left branches at both sides. Tumbling stop and movable wheel of working support are mounted in said groove. Tumbling stop may close at once right and left branches of groove or it may close one branch and then other branch. Three walking supports are jointly mounted at mutual spacing by angles 120° on edges of circular platform. Said walking supports are in the form of hydraulic cylinders whose rods are joined with cone site. Housing of each walking support is jointly connected with two rods of additional hydraulic cylinders and simultaneously it is jointly mounted on circular platform. In upper portion of circular platform on rotary circle power drive unit of robot is mounted. Said drive unit is provided with control system. Manipulator with gripping and cutting off organ is joined with rotary circle through two vertical hydraulic cylinders. Manipulator has automatic system for searching tree and tactile pickups mounted on gripping and cutting off organ for providing necessary effort of gripping tree and cutting it off.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and safety of felling process in mountains.
