Method of fixation of flexible parts and casings with metal strip clamps

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: strip of clamp is wrapped around wrapped part: at first fixing end of strip is secured in locking device, then this end is bent to 180 degrees and finally fixed by filaments of locking device. Locking device is made by doing three cuts on end locking part of strip parallel to the main direction of the strip (at that length of cut is more than width of strip), by further bending of four straps perpendicular to the main direction of the strip into directions corresponding to directions of straps location relative to the strip, by use of two formed filaments for initial attachment of fixing end of strip in locking device and two other filaments for final attachment of fixing end of strip. For initial attachment of strip in locking device filaments formed by outer straps may be used. For attachment of end of bent strip filaments formed by inner straps may be used. Length of central cut is 1/4 of strip width more than lengths of side cuts.

EFFECT: improving production effectiveness and autonomy production, reducing dimensions of mounted clamp with locking device.

The invention relates to the field of fastening elastic parts and shells of the metal band clamps and can be used for fixing of thermal insulation shells.

The famous "CLAMP FOR FLEXIBLE PIPE" SU 960486 [1], comprising a flexible tape, a castle with a moustache, the installation includes bend the end of the tape at 180 degrees.

The disadvantages of the known constructions are increased dimensions of the locking connection, the complexity of installation, due to the presence of the additional parts of the buckle.

Closest to the claimed technical solution is the "WAY of FIXING ELASTIC PARTS AND SHELLS of the METAL BAND CLAMPS" EN 2191932 [2], including the wrapping of the tape clamp around the rotating parts, the initial fastening of the end of the fixed end of the tape in the castle, the bend of the fixed end of the tape at 180 degrees, the final fixation of the end hook of the tape mustache castle.

The known method has a high adaptability in comparison with [1] due to the simplification of the procedure of mounting the fixed end of the tape in the castle.

The disadvantage is the low adaptability, due to the presence of additional parts (buckle lock), leading to low autonomy of production. In addition, the final product is assembled clamp with lock - has elevated ha is aritomi, that narrows the scope of its application.

The technical result of the invention is to improve the manufacturability and sustainability of production, the reduction of the dimensions of the assembled clamp with lock.

The technical result is achieved in that in the method of fixing the elastic parts and shells of the metal belt clips, including the wrapping of the tape clamp around the rotating parts, the initial attachment of the fixed end of the tape in the castle, the bend of the fixed end of the tape at 180 degrees, the final fixation of the end hook of the tape mustache castle, castle made by making three cuts on the end of the castle side of the ribbon parallel to the main direction of the tape, and cutting length more than half the width of the tape, subsequent clinching four lanes perpendicular to the main direction of the tape to the sides corresponding to the sides of the location of the bands on a tape, use two antennae formed for the initial mounting of the fixed the end of the tape in the castle, the other two antennae for the final fixing of the end hook of the tape.

For the initial fastening tape in the castle you can use tendrils formed the extreme bands, and for fixing the end of the hook tape to use antennae formed by the inner strips. When the decree is nom performing the saving of material through the optimal ratio of the lengths of the strips at a sufficiently high reliability and strength. The length of the Central cutting can be performed more lengths of the side cuts on 1/4 of the width of the tape. At the specified ratio of the lengths of the cut achieved high rigidity without excessive energy consumption.

The method is as follows. End locking part of the tape 1 is cut three cuts, lines 2 which are parallel to the main direction of the tape. Improving the manufacturability and sustainability of production is achieved by the absence in the manufacture of the castle for more details - buckles, which reduces the number of components. In fact, for the production of fasteners do not need extra supplies in addition to the metal strip, which is easily transported.

The reduced dimensions of the assembled clamp with lock is achieved by the lack of puklavec (protrusions) on the parts of the castle. The thickness of the assembled clamp with lock does not exceed three times the thickness of the original tape, which is sufficient for most applications.

Industrial application. The present invention can be applied with success for fixing the elastic parts and shells belt clamps.

SUBSTANCE: clamp-brace is equipped with clip wherein there are tied ends of clamped element with its main length. The clip consists of a plate with flanges bent under straight angle and of orifices wherein there is inserted a bracket of semi-circle shape with thread on ends, which is screwed with nuts. Depending on diametre of the pipeline the clamp brace is made either double- or three-section. The double-section clamp-brace is used for securing rubber collars on pipelines of 427-1220 mm diametre; also sections are of equal length. The three-section clamp-brace is used for securing rubber collars on pipelines of 1221-1720 mm diametre and more; also sections are of equal length.

EFFECT: reliable sealing of inter-pipe space for pipelines, convenient packing and shipping.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for attachment of rubber seals on pipelines. Clamp-coupling for attachment of rubber seal on pipeline includes two similar stops with upper holes for passing of tie-bolt, one of them is main and the other is secondary representing angle iron. To main stop from its inner side guide from round stock is welded, crimping element connected to stops. To main stop from its inner side additional guide from round stock is welded. Guides are arranged in parallel and secondary stop is located on them with possibility of free movement during attachment of rubber seal on pipeline.

EFFECT: invention improves reliability of sealing of tube space between main pipeline and cover during construction of transitions - main pipelines with protective cover under water barriers and also across highways and railways.
