The present invention relates to a mount for interchangeable tool, as well as fixed and removable tools and ways of working machines, such as machines for excavation work or for surface mining. Example machines for surface mining concerns such machines usually have rotating drums with exposed replaceable cutters, which are driven to destruction and transportation of ore to the mine to collect the trucks.

The invention is not limited to use in designs, applicable only to such machines for surface mining, but the application of these machines will be given as an example.

Usually machine for surface mining has a rotatable drum having holders for blades welded to the periphery of the drum at spaced locations, and each configured to accommodate a removable cutter. The cutter usually has localizeering head with welding hard alloy and a cylindrical mounting shaft, which is designed for installation with landing slip to host the opening in the holder for the cutting tool. The spring clip surrounds the middle portion with a reduced diameter shaft and elastically holds the cutter in the holder. SUBSTANCE: device has rotary cutter with shank and working head having annular support surface. Device also comprises cuter holder having orifice for cutter shank receiving and annular support surface, stop member for cutter shank fixation in cutter holder orifice and thrust member rotary arranged between working head and cutter holder. Thrust member has upper base and lower base carrying projection. Thrust member has additional projection located on upper base thereof and annular support surface cooperating with that of working head. Projection of lower base has annular support surface to cooperate with that of cutter holder. Width of support surface formed on additional projection is 0.15-1.0 of that of support surface of main thrust member projection. Width of support surface formed on additional projection is 0.15-1.0 of that of support surface of working head.

EFFECT: increased service life due to uniformity of cutter rotation during operation, increased reliability due to reduced friction between cooperating surfaces of thrust member, working head and cutter holder.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises working head, shank with groove for clamping sleeve receiving and with seating surface for protective member installation in its working position. The device also has split clamping sleeve and protective member installed on clamping sleeve so that protective member may perform axial movement. Lower protective member base is spaced a distance from axis of device symmetry relative shank end. The distance is not less than 0.45 of clamping sleeve length measured along the same axis. Protective member thickness is 0.025-0.25 of clamping collar length. Protective member may be formed as flat washer, as plate-like washer, as washer with annular extension located on upper end thereof and cooperating with end working head surface, as washer with additional axial annular extension formed on lower end thereof and cooperating with cutter holder or as at least two washers.

SUBSTANCE: cutting tool comprises basic section and tool holder provided with stem installed in receiving socket of basic section. Basic section has thrust supporting tool holder. Sealing member is arranged between tool holder and basic section so that the sealing member is supported by separate sections around the receiving socket.

EFFECT: prevention of water and dust generated during rock cutting ingress in tool and increased simplicity of tool holder separation from basic section.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first and the second telescopically joined members, aligned orifices formed in the members and adapted for connector receiving and connection finger unit for forced retention of the first and the second members so that the members are telescopically arranged one relatively another. Connection finger unit comprises body, fixing member and resilient stop member. The body is arranged in the aligned orifices so that the body may be removed therefrom. The connector prevents separation of the first member from the second one. The body also has channel opened in outer surface thereof and having non-round side surface section. Fixing member is arranged in channel and limited by side surface section. The fixing member may rotate with respect to the body from fixing position into releasing position and in reverse direction. Resilient stop member is connected with fixing member so that the stop member may rotate together with fixing member. The stop member is adapted to retain fixing member in fixing position. The stop member has periphery delimiting fixing member. The periphery is slidably joined with non-round side surface section so that the periphery and the side surface are mutually complementary.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of connection unit for wearing and support member connection.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: tool holder with toolhead has a cutter head in the retainer catch, the said cutler head being designed to receive a cutler capable of being inserted and replaced. The cutter head is mode in the form of a socket and is furnished with a hole for inserting the cutter. The toolhead has fixation side with retainer catch and outer side oriented opposite to the fixation side, so that during tool operation centrifugal forces are directed from the fixation side to the outer one. The retainer catch has an aperture passing through inner wall of the cutter head and forming dimensional connection to the environment, the said aperture opening the cutter head towards the outer side.

EFFECT: prevention of cutter jamming due to rock mass litter getting into the head.

SUBSTANCE: system of tooth holder consists of base part and tool holder. The tool holder has an inserted extension which is inserted into a receiving socket of the base part and a contact surface, with which the tool holder rests on support surface of the base part. A step adjoins to support surface, while contact surface turns into locking surface of the tool holder which faces the step of the base part. Also additional space is created between the step and locking surface.

EFFECT: increased operation life of tool holder system.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is related to the field of mining and construction, in particular to cutters with round tails. Cutter with round tail comprises tail, at the same time tail is retained with the possibility of rotation in clamping cartridge. Clamping cartridge is equipped with one or several retaining elements that protrude inside, which enter circular groove arranged in cutter tail, so that clamping cartridge is retained on round tail of cutter without possibility of shift in axial direction. One or several retaining elements are installed in medium transverse plane of clamping cartridge or have identical axial distance from it. Clamping cartridge is arranged with the possibility of installation in two axial positions turned by 180 around its longitudinal axis on round tail of cutter and fixation on it selectively in one of both identical positions. Retaining elements are arranged between two oriented forming edges across longitudinal axis of clamping cartridge and are stamped and/or impressed inside. Besides forming edges pass along part of clamping cartridge circumference and have distance from each other, which is equal or less than width of circumferential groove in round tail of cutter.

EFFECT: simplified installation of clamping cartridge on round tail of cutter.

SUBSTANCE: equipped with round shank end cutter is held by means of slit clamping sleeve in aperture of cutter holder and is designed to rotate. Also the clamping sleeve is equipped with holding elements stamped and/or pressed inside; the elements are distributed along perimetre of the clamping sleeve and enter into a circular slot made in the round shank end. Two stamped edges directed across lengthwise axis of the clamping sleeve isolate holding elements. Also stamped edges run along part of perimetre of the clamping sleeve and are arranged at distance one from another corresponding to width of the circular slot in the round shank end of the cutter. Notably, the holding elements form coaxial concave centring section facing the convex bottom of the circular slot.

EFFECT: increased operation life of cutter due to increased reliability of fastening.

SUBSTANCE: attachment point of mine cutting tool consists of holder, secured on executive device, of cutter with cone cutting part and rotating shank end secured in holder. The attachment point of the mine cutting tool is equipped with a swinging mechanism kinematically coupled with the shank end of a cutting insertion and made in form of a mechanical trigger facilitating a swivel of the cutter around axis. Also the cutting insertion swinging mechanism corresponds to three bushings inserted one into another and equipped with radial lugs axially tapered on ends.

EFFECT: increased resource of mine cutting tool and reduced power consumption for cutting.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: adaptive unit for fixation of rock-cutting tool includes cutter holder with hole for cutter tail and elastic element coupled with cutter tail. Elastic element is arranged between cutter tail and hole for tail in cutter holder in internal and external races. At the same time elastic element is non-detachably enclosed between external and internal races so that external surface of external race has the shape of cutter holder hole surface, and internal surface of internal race has the shape of external surface of cutter tail.

EFFECT: pliancy of cutting part along and perpendicularly to axis of cutter, increased strength of hard-alloy reinforcement in case of impact loads, increased efficiency of rock-breaking mining machines.
