SUBSTANCE: centrifugal juicer comprises a movable container or a container for collecting the unnecessary pulp produced in the process of juicing. The present invention relates to centrifuge juicers, and it relates in particular, but not exclusively, for juicers intended for the domestic market. These juicers are usually a device driven by an electric motor, is capable of extracting juice from natural products such as fruits (usually citrus fruits and/or vegetables, and throw the juice in a container such as a Cup, mug or carafe, which is located next to the main housing of the device to accept the juice through the discharge tube.

These juicers usually include a grinding device such as a disc-shaped cutting plate, which rotate with sufficient speed to turn squeezed fruit or vegetables in the mass; and cutting the plate contains or, at least, is located near the bottom of the filter, made in the shape of a truncated cone, which is located in a predominantly cylindrical working space. DE-A-3610741 describes the juicer, in which a rigid container used for collecting the pulp out from the juicer, replaced by flexible capacity, in order to increase the capacity for discharging the pulp and thereby reduce the frequency of removal/emptying.

The juicer can preferably also contain a means for providing a tactile indication when the container is in working condition installed in the housing of the extractor; and such means may, in preferred embodiments, implement, maintain the first and second spring-loaded ball catches on the housing nikovyrina the key and made with the possibility of saskachewan in the corresponding recess, educated at the base of the movable container.

To fully understand and easy implementation of the invention will be described below one alternative implementation, only as an example, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Thus, as described above, the juicer contains (in addition to the other) chopping device 22 and the glass 12 of the filter, located in the working zone 20 juicers. Preferably (although currently irrelevant) to provide a safety lock to ensure that the motor centrifugal juicer 10 is not able to work, if the capacity of 32 is not installed and is not placed properly in the body of the juicer. In one embodiment, this locking is accomplished by means of a reed switch attached to the body of the juicer, which controls the supply of current to the motor and which is open (i.e. it blocks the flow of current), if he does not register the presence of a magnet placed on the container 32. However, it can be used in any suitable form or type of safety lock.

In a particularly preferred construction, as shown in the drawings, the coating 38 is continued outside of the cover 26 juicer and forms a cap for the container 32 when the latter is installed in the juicer. Floor 38, in this example C is integral with the cover 26, but it is not required, and the coating can be performed separately from and attached to the cover 26, if this is preferable.

In any case, the container 32 is made with the possibility of sliding movement to and from the extractor to install it and remove it. While it is preferable that, as shown, the upper portion of the filler 36 of the tank 32 was limited to the upper connecting element 40, adapted to slide in contact with or close abutment to the underside of the cover 38 to thereby automatically delete deposition of pulp from the said cover when the tank forward of the extractor during removal and emptying. The upper surface of the connecting element 40, which faces the underside of the cover 38 may be formed or configured to enhance the cleansing action. For example, the material of the connecting element can be subjected to refinement in the area of the outer surface, to ensure its inflection. In alternative constructions of the outer surface may be provided with a flexible elastomeric cleaning element.

In some embodiments of the invention the holes 34 and 36 are essentially the same size, but in this exemplary embodiment, the hole 36 a little more holes 34, when measured in ukrainianamerican working chamber 20. In the above described embodiment of the invention a slot 34 formed mainly in hanging the skirt 30 of the cover 26, however, if preferred, the opening 34 may continue or be formed mainly or entirely in outer wall 20A of the main body of the juicer, depending on the exact nature of the relationship between wall 20A and hanging skirt 30 of the cover 26, which may (as mentioned above) to surround, to be surrounded by, or adjacent to the top wall 20A.

In this exemplary embodiment, the coating 38, continued from the cover 26, contains hanging down the side elements 42 and 44, extends down at least to the hanging skirt 30 of the cover 26, and provides a guiding means, such as 46, is arranged to interact with a complementary guiding means, such as 48, contained in the vessel 42 to provide the mentioned back-and-by Tuptalo sliding movement. The side elements 42 and 44 are of such depth and length to provide the necessary seal against leakage of materials, taking into account the operating parameters of the device as a whole; thus, the sizes shown on the drawings, shall not be determinative of any preferred design in this respect.

In preferred embodiments, the implementation of the outlet 34 of the working zone 20 has side walls and possibly also the bottom wall, protruding through the fill port 36 into the container 32 and thereby forming a trench designed to facilitate direction of the pulp in the container.

In some embodiments, the implementation is preferable to provide a tactile indication when the container 32 is fully retracted to the end on the seat next to the body of the extractor 10 and thus properly installed for use. In one such embodiment, on the body of the juicer has two spring-loaded ball latch, made with the possibility of saskachewan in corresponding recesses formed in the base of the tank 42. This design also facilitates the installation and placement of containers 32 in proper position for use.

In this example, the tank is provided with a handle 50 by which capacity can be transferred, and also to submit during the aforementioned scalawag the move. Depending on the movement of the pulp produced in the tank 32, in some cases, it may be useful to provide a coating 38 curved deflecting child is AMI, running along its peripheral edges and designed to improve the sealing of the cover to the vessel. Such edges are effective to direct the pulp from the seal without adverse effect on the cleaning action of the upper surface wall of the connecting element 40 along the bottom side of the cover 38.

5. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the receptacle (32) has a handle (50), by means of which the container can be moved, and also to submit during this sliding movement.

6. The juicer according to claim 5, characterized in that the lever (50) has a latch, which is adapted for engagement with complementary locking means contained on said coating (38), for latching with the ability to release capacity (32) on the juicer (10), when the latch fully engages with the locking means.

7. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the cover (26) is made of transparent or at least essentially transparent plastic, thus allowing to observe the operation, squeeze the juice in the working area (20).

8. The juicer according to claim 7, characterized in that the cover (38) is made of the same or a similar plastic as the cover (26), allowing the user to monitor the status of the vessel (32) content of the sediment pulp.

9. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the coating (38) made in one piece with the cover (26).

10. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the said slit opening (34) and the above-mentioned aspic open the e (36) are located nearby, forming these mobile containers (32) hole for the collection, which is offset in the circumferential direction relative to the diameter of the working area (20)located in line with said outlet tube (18) for juice; and the offset is such that a large part of the hole to collect facing towards the direction of rotation of the grinding device (22); thus, creating a retaining wall for gripping released pulp in the bending capacity (32) and prevent re-entering the flesh of a movable container in the work area (20).

11. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises a safety locking means is made so that the said means for rotating the grinding device is in the off state when the movable container (32) is not installed in working condition mentioned in the juicer (10).

12. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the said surface of the upper connecting element (40) formed or performed with the possibility of increasing the cleaning action with respect to the lower side of the said cover (38).

13. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the slit outlet opening (34) of the working zone (20) of the extractor (10) comprises side walls and the bottom wall, the ledge is fostered through the fill hole (36) in fluid container (32), thereby creating a trench that is designed to facilitate the sending of pulp in the tank (32).

14. The juicer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises means for providing a tactile indication when the container (32) in working condition installed in the housing of the extractor (10).

The juicer according to 14, characterized in that the said means for providing a tactile indication contains the first and second spring-loaded ball catches on the body of the juicer (10) and configured to saskachewan in corresponding recesses formed in the base of the movable vessel (32).
