FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: housing of vertical column with bubble cap plates consists of an end, rings and a cover plate. Flanges are fixed on end faces of rings. Bubble cap plates consist of bases in the form of a disc, bubbling caps, overflow pipes and a hydraulic seal. Vertical supports with an expansion gap are installed on the end and on each base. On external cylindrical surface of each base there is a circular slot into which a split ring made of two symmetrical semi-rings connected to each other is tightly installed. Bases are clamped between flanges of rings. Circular grooves are coaxially made on lower and upper surfaces of each base. Parts of bubbling caps, overflow pipes and hydraulic seal, which are embedded into the base, are located inside the circle of the smallest inner diameter of groove. Depth of groove is equal to 2/3 of the base thickness, and sum of widths of grooves is equal at least to the half thermal expansion of the base in radial direction. Housing and split rings are made from steel; internal surfaces of housing are protected with plastic fluor; parts located inside the housing are made from plastic fluor-4.

The present invention relates to the field of chemical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of distillation and absorption columns to work with highly corrosive environments.

Known distillation column [ed. mon. The USSR №456439, MKI B01D /32, publ. 27.10.1977], comprising a vertical cylindrical casing, made of rings, the bottom and top, and on the ends of the bars fixed flanges. Drawer sides, bottom and lid lined with Teflon. The hull is divided by height on a separate section of perforated plates fluoroplast-4, the edges of which are clamped between the flanges of the bars. In the sections placed the Packed items, sprinklers, coiled heat exchangers and distribution pipes. Plate columns is a perforated disk with an annular groove for installing the distributor cylinder. Nozzle elements are made of quartz. Flange famous columns insufficiently reliable.

This disadvantage is due to the fact that used for the manufacture of plates plate fluoroplastic-4 (thickness of about 40 mm) when compressed between the flanges of the bars and elevated temperatures behaves unpredictably due to the large amount of deformation pseudoacoustic, as well as a large non-uniformity value temperature strain over the cross section of the plate, which leads to p is hermeticaly flanged connections.

Closest to the proposed combination of essential characteristics is a column apparatus with nozzle plates [RF patent №2214852, IPC73/18 B01D, B01D 3/32, publ. 27.10.2003]. Known apparatus includes a vertical cylindrical body made of bars, floor, cap, cap plates, consisting of bases in the form of a disc, bubble caps, overflow pipes and trap; a supporting ring, the outer edge of each support ring is clamped between the flanges coaxially located side-bars, and on the inner edge of the top draws its outer margin of the base by an elastic sealing element placed in the annular groove made in the lower surface of the base and having a cross section in the shape of a reverse trapezoid, the vertical supports of the rack mounted on the bottom of the casing and the base of each plate, except for the top, and between the lower surface and the upper end of the supporting rack is provided an expansion gap. Between the outer cylindrical surface and the inner surface of shell placed additional elastic seal. The disadvantage of this apparatus is the low efficiency.

This disadvantage is caused by parasitic flows irrigating fluid through the connection of the support ring with the base of C is a significant increase in the flatness of the base from emerging in the it temperature deformations. An object of the invention is the creation of the column apparatus with nozzle plates, operating with high efficiency and high reliability flanged connections.

The problem is solved in that in the device column with bubble cap plates, comprising a vertical cylindrical casing made of bottoms, rings and covers, and on the ends of the bars fixed flanges, cap plates, consisting of bases in the form of a disc, bubble caps, overflow pipe and trap, vertical supports of the rack mounted on the base and each base, but the top one above the other, and between the lower surface and the upper end of the supporting rack provided for temperature gap, according to the invention the outer edges of the upper and lower surfaces of the base are clamped between the flanges coaxially located the side-bars, on the outer cylindrical surface of the base is made annular groove into which is tightly fitted a split ring made of two symmetrical half-rings, connected by a fastening parts on the upper and lower surfaces of each base plate is made of an annular groove located coaxially with the base, additionally, the details of bubble caps, overflow pipe and trap, buried in the ground, located inside the circumference of the smallest internal diameter of the groove on the bottom of the top plates installed additional vertical support stands, located coaxially with the downstream pillars by the posts, and between the bottom surface of the cap and the upper ends of the supporting-racks provided an expansion gap.

The depth of the groove is equal to 2/3 of the thickness of the base, and the sum of the widths of the grooves is not less than half of thermal expansion of the base in the radial direction.

Case and split rings are made of steel, the inner surface of the housing is protected with Teflon, parts that are located inside the housing, made of fluoroplastic-4.

The invention will become clearer from the following specific embodiments thereof and the accompanying drawings.

On the outer cylindrical surface of the base 6 is made annular groove into which is tightly fitted a split ring 11 made of two symmetrical half-rings, connected by fasteners (bolt, nut). The thickness of the flange T of the base 6 (2) 6 mm On the upper and lower surfaces of the base 6 is made of annular grooves h1 and h2 located coaxially with the base 6. The joints of the flanges 5 and bases 6 are sealed with gaskets 12 fluoroplast-4. Details bubble caps 7, overflow pipe 8 and the water seal , screwed into the threaded holes in the base 6, are located inside the circumference of the smallest inner diameter D of the groove h1.

To compensate for thermal expansion of the base 6, the depth of the grooves is equal to 2/3 of the thickness H of the base 6, and the sum of the widths B1 and B2 more than half of thermal expansion of the base 6 in the radial direction.

The number of grooves on the upper and lower surfaces of the base should be the same to maintain the flatness of the base 6 when its temperature expansion.

An integral part of the housing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and split ring 11 is made of steel, the inner surface of the housing is protected with Teflon, parts that are located inside the housing, made of fluoroplastic-4.

The thickness of the flange base 6 (6 mm) it provides the necessary strength and rigidity, in addition, the crimping of such thickness values of the deformation pseudoacoustic and temperature deformations are insignificant.

The apparatus operates as follows. Through the side fitting of the lower drawer sides served gaseous hcfc22 containing chloride and hydrogen fluoride. Through fitting with siphon cover apparatus water. On the cap plates of the apparatus occur mass transfer processes, resulting from the fitting bottoms out a mixture of hydrochloric and hydrofluoric acids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of contact devices for rectification and absorption devices. The contact element of the valve disc comprises a valve with two vertically directed legs equipped with lifting limiters. Lifting limiters are arranged in the form of symmetric tabs. In the area of connection of tabs with legs, in angles of bend, the cross connection of tabs and legs is reduced by 1/4 of their width, and the length of tabs L in the unfolded form makes (0.7÷0.8)·D, where D is the diametre or width of a hole on the disc plane. Tabs of legs are bent in a horizontal plane at the angle of 110-120° between tabs. At the same time at one of the legs the tabs are bent towards the centre of the valve, and on the other one - away from the centre. The method to install a contact element includes insertion of the contact element into the hole of the disc plane. After insertion of the tab into the hole of the disc plane those legs that are bent towards the valve centre are bent in the horizontal plane in direction from the centre with the angle of 110-120° between tabs. Reflux condenser consists of housing with unions, contact tubes made from fluted sheets. Fluid collector comprises open-top chutes and inclined plates provided with drip extractors atop them, and vertical plates secured at bottom of aforesaid chutes. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the way of production of phenol, acetone and α-methylsterene, and to the installation for its implementation. The way consists in decompounding of cumene hydroperoxide and dimethylphenyl carbinol that are included into the technical cumene hydroperoxide, in the solvent with the presence of heterogeneous catalyst by means of catalytical distillation in the continuous isothermal mode at the boiling point of the solvent and with the latter's recirculation; as a solid heterogeneous catalyst, heteropoly acid H3PW12O40 or caesium-displaced salt of heteropoly acid Cs2.5H0.5PW12O40 is applied on the silicon dioxide, and as a solvent, acetone is employed. As a bearer, mesoporous silicon dioxide of MCM-41 grade is used, and decompounding of the cumene hydroperoxide and dimethylphenyl carbinol is carried out in two stages; the first stage stipulates decompounding of cumene hydroperoxide thus releasing phenol and acetone, and the second one - of dimethylphenyl carbinol thus releasing a-methylsterene; the mesoporous silicon dioxide and heteropoly acid or caesium-displaced salt of the heteropoly acid are used with the following component ratio, weight %: heteropoly acid - 10-50; silicon dioxide - the rest; or caesium-displaced salt of the heteropoly acid - 10-20; silicon dioxide - the rest.

EFFECT: decompounding of the cumene hydroperoxide and dimethylphenyl carbinol with 100 % conversion and 100 % selectance.

Inlet device (1) for introduction of liquid and gas mixture into process device (5) comprises channel for inlet of flow, having inlet end (12) to receive mixture of liquid and gas, and multiple curvilinear guide vanes (20). Each blade (20) includes isolating part (22), which passes in direction of inlet end of channel for entry of flow, and deflecting part (25), which forms as a whole a concave surface and convex surface of curvilinear blade. Deflecting parts (25) of two neighbouring blades form outlet channel of inlet device and determine gas flow direction in output channel, besides at least one of blades (25) is equipped with liquid trap (40) arranged at the angle to direction of gas flow.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to apparatus for distillation and increase of concentration and further condensation and final increase of concentration of easily evaporated component, preferably aqueous mixture. Heat required for distillation and increase of concentration is sent via common heat-transmitting body (3). Heat is produced as a result of condensation of steam generated by distillation and increase of concentration, moreover, steam by means of compression with application of heat pump obtains increase of boiling temperature, which is required for condensation. Apparatus consists of two sections: section of distillation and increase of condensation or the first section (1) and section of condensation and final increase of concentration or the second section (2), besides sections are combined around common heat transmitting body (3), which forms separating wall. Each section is additionally limited by a horizontal partially cylindrical jacket (13) and end wall at each side. Every section is equipped with spraying rotor (4), adjusted for liquid injection from each side from lower part of horizontal partially cylindrical jacket (13) inside towards direction of common heat-transmitting body, besides axial liquid channel (5) provides for continuous passage of liquid through apparatus, passing along lower part.

EFFECT: apparatus may provide for distillation and increase of concentration without necessity to use traditional distillation and concentration column, which reduces capital investments.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises injecting fluid into scrubber (3) in countercurrent to gas at several levels. Note here that gas is forced through at least two inlets (2) made in scrubber housing. To reduce difference in gas contact interval, gas is directed, nearby inlets (2), inside scrubber with its diametre equal or larger than 12 m, in particular, exceeding 20 m to make two gas flows intercrossing there inside at section from scrubber center to half its radius behind the scrubber center.

EFFECT: higher intensity of interaction between gas and fluid.

FIELD: chemistry, mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device incorporates cylindrical housing 1 with upper 2 and lower bottoms. Cyclohexane inlet lateral union 3 is welded into housing 1. Central gas outlet pipe 4 is arranged on the central axis of housing 1. The fed-in cyclohexane distribution plate-type device representing two perforated sheet plates 5 and 6 is arranged underneath the union filling the annular space between housing 1 and aforesaid central pipe 4. The outer perforated plate 6 rests on brackets 7 welded to the walls of housing 1. The inner plate 5 rests on additional brackets 8 arranged in the said central pipe 4. Perforated plates 5 and 6 are arranged at different levels and jointed together by one short vertical shell 9.

EFFECT: increased strength and higher reliability.
