SUBSTANCE: adjustment device of ballast weight position includes transmitter of tractor front axis (1) unloading. Transmitter is made in the form of an electric force-measuring pin with electronic control unit (2), into which the required sensitivity level of front axis (1) unloading transmitter is programmed. When the tractor front axis is unloaded above allowable level, transmitter supplies the signal to electronic control unit that generates a control signal and supplies it to electric hydraulic valve (10). Electric hydraulic valve is connected on one side to hydraulic cylinder (7), and on the other side via hydraulic lines (12) and (13) to pressure line of hydraulic system of tractor and drain line. Depending on the signal supplied to electric hydraulic valve (10), hydraulic cylinder (7) connected to it moves beam (4) with ballast weight (6) now in tractor movement direction, and then to initial position.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing the stability of straight-line movement, improving the controllability of hinged tractor unit, improving the uniform distribution of vertical loads on supports of the unit and improving sensitivity of the system actuation.

The invention relates to tractor engineering and can be used when operating the tractor with heavy mounted or semi-mounted agricultural machine.
Known tractor equipped secured to its frame by a hydraulic cylinder and guides. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the bracket for movement in said guides. The working cavity of the above-mentioned hydraulic cylinder is connected with the drive mechanism of the rear hinge. To secure the repayment of the bracket with corrugatedes to its original position, the piston rod of the cylinder is accomplished by a spring-activated (description A.S. USSR №734051, IPC3B62D 49/08). Well-known design provides automatic zagrozenia tractor front wheels depending on the vertical load acting on the mechanism of the rear hinge.
The disadvantage of the design is that the load on the front axle of the tractor is regulated by indirect parameter.
A device to control the traction mechanism support frame of the tractor, containing the hydraulic regulation of the length of the top link, cavity through which the hose with locking elements is in communication with the first and second lines of the three-position four of the valve. The third and fourth lines are connected respectively to the pump and drain hose. The output element of the job position is of the valve is connected with the governing body. Known tractor, comprising a sensor unloading the front axle, kinematically associated with Bolotnikova device, and corrugating front wheels with counterweight and hydraulic cylinder. The sensor unloading the front axle hydraulically connected through the spool device corrugatedes front wheels with a counterweight, located directly on the axis (the description of the patent RF №2310504, B62D 49/08, A01B 49/00).
The disadvantage of this design is the construction is too complicated design.
The objective of the invention is a device that regulates the position of the ballast cargo located on the end of the tractor.
The technical result is increased stability of the rectilinear motion of the hinged tractor unit, improve manageability, increase the uniformity of distribution of the vertical loads on the supports of the unit, increasing the sensitivity of the actuation system, simplifying the design.
The technical result is achieved in that the device for adjusting the position of the ballast of the goods at the end of the tractor, comprising a sensor unloading the front axle, a sliding device with a beam and directing, as well as cargo and ballast cylinder sensor unloading the front axle is made in the form of electrical load of the finger with the electronic control unit, connecting the end with the front axle of the tractor and connected with electrohydrodynamical connected to the hydraulic cylinder retractable device, with beam guide retractable devices are spring-loaded.

The device includes a sensor unloading the front axle of the tractor 1 representing electrical siloism the note of a finger with an electronic control unit (ECU) 2 and which connects the section 3 with the front axle of the tractor 4. The device operates as follows.
When the tractor mounted agricultural machinery tractor using the ECU 2 sets the desired sensitivity of the sensor unloading the front axle of the tractor 1. These data can be used when programming the ECU to check the degree of unloading the front axle of the tractor. The oil flow from the hydraulic pump 15 through line 12 through electrohydrodynamical 10 is directed into the hydraulic cylinder 7. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 7 starts to move and to move the beam 4 in ballast cargo 6 forward in the direction of travel of the tractor. Due to increasing shoulder and as a consequence increasing time from the action of the ballast cargo load on the front axle of the tractor starts to increase. This will contribute to the reduction of the error signal in the sensor 1. In the absence of the error signal sensor 1 supplies the electric signal to the ECU 2, and that in turn on electrohydrodynamical 10. The slide valve electrohydraulically 10 is moved in the opposite direction and provides communication of the hydraulic cylinder 7 with the drain line 13. However due to the action of the return spring 14 beam 4 with the ballast load 6 will begin to move along the guides 5 back in the direction of travel of the tractor in the second original position.
The proposed device allows to increase the stability of the rectilinear motion, improve manageability mounted tractor unit, to improve the uniformity of distribution of the vertical loads on the supports of the unit, to increase the sensitivity of the alarm system.

Proposed device comprises storage battery, flexible transducer of vehicle angular position with pendulum and resistance bridge circuit of angular position conversion in electric signal, gas generator pyrocartridge with air cylinder and bridge circuit. Transducer of vehicle angular position comprises two differentially interconnected coil springs. Said pendulum is connected with resistor slide that features variable resistance. Outputs of bridge circuit measuring diagonal are connected to comparator inputs. Comparator output is connected to contactor. Contactor contacts connect storage battery to gas generator pyrocartridge with air cylinder. Air cylinder comprises piston con rod with end spring-loaded retainers and stop.
EFFECT: higher passive safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed device comprises retaining appliance arranged perpendicular to tractor motion. Said retaining device comprises central part with appliance to provide three-point joint with tractor front and rear. Said appliance to provide three-point joint with tractor front and rear comprises three jointing elements, namely, top central element and two bottom lateral elements, as well as lateral ledges arranged on both sides of central part and furnished with hooking appliance to coupling with suspended whatever equipment.

The hydraulic drive comprises a hydraulic cylinder of safety mechanism of working bodies of a tillage tool, drainage and discharge hydraulic manifolds, hydraulic shock absorbers of suspension system and a hydraulic accumulator, hydraulic distribution valve, a pump and a hydraulic tank. The hydraulic drive comprises a differential hydraulic cylinder of the suspension mechanism of the tractor. The system of tops conveyors of the multilane beet harvester comprises active disc knives with coaxial beaters of top cutters, a picking inclined conveyor, a cross conveyor with studs on the bearing surface and an inclined loading conveyor, besides, the inclined loading conveyor is arranged above the top-conveying branch of the cross conveyor. The picking inclined conveyor is installed as capable to direct tops to the lower branch of the cross conveyor, where studs are arranged with their cantilevers towards its upper branch. The inclined loading conveyor is arranged between the upper and lower branches of the cross conveyor at the angle to direction of the beet harvester travel and consists of two continuous chains joined by crosspieces with arched forks arranged between them, length of which is less than the distance between neighbouring crosspieces. Forks have stiff teeth in planes that are perpendicular to the crosspieces. The lower branch of the cross conveyor may transit into the upper branch around the trajectory of motion of cantilever ends of forks of the inclined loading conveyor in its lower part. SUBSTANCE: unit includes a rectangular tubular frame with systems of three point hitch and adjustment of depth of soil tillage in the form of support wheels. Working bodies made in the form of a rack with flat hoes and other hoes are mounted rigidly to the frame with brackets. The hopper 12 is made in the form of two separate reservoirs arranged symmetrically relative to a central longitudinal axis of the tractor 6, and with the help of stands hingedly fixed to external cantilevers on hubs of the rear additional wheels 30, with the possibility of rotation around their axis. The combine comprises additional sowing sections installed in front of the central 20 half-frame 20 and mounted hingedly on the front half-frame 7 of the tractor symmetrically in a mirror-like manner, relative to its central longitudinal axis.
