The invention relates to the production of building materials, particularly asbestos cement products for roofs and facades, internal elements and other works.
It is now widely produced by domestic industry asbestos-cement products for roofs and facades of buildings and structures do not meet the aesthetic requirements of the species and do not provide sufficient operational durability. The implementation of protective and decorative layer of vapour barrier film leads to the warping of the product and is generally characterized by the disadvantages described above.
A close analogue to the claimed invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is asbestos-cement products, mainly for the roof of a building or structure consisting of a base layer made of asbestos cement and decorative layer-based paint compositions (1256493, CL EO 3/18, 1971).
A disadvantage of the known solutions is that the protective and decorative layer is applied to the base layer of traditional techniques, such as brushing, dipping in the coloring solution, spraying, which significantly increases the time of manufacturing the layered product. In addition, it is difficult to control the thickness of the coating and to obtain a high quality.
The closest in technical essence and the achieved result of the present invention I have is asbestos-cement sheet with a protective and decorative coating, containing asbestos base and the applied polymeric coating of thermosetting powder polymer, applied in a single layer (see Useful model of the Russian Federation No. 45425, application No. 2005100944/22 from 17.01.2005, publ. 10.05.2005).
A significant drawback of this material is its high cost due to high cost of the polymer powder composition and the significant costs associated with the technology of coating.
The aim of the invention is to increase performance and reduce the cost of applying a protective and decorative coating.
This objective is achieved in that the asbestos-cement product with a protective and decorative coating containing asbestos base with front and back surfaces, and inflicted on them a protective and decorative coating according to the invention a protective and decorative coating is performed on the front surface in the form of sequentially deposited adhesive composition and decorative topping crumbles and has a thickness of 0.35 to 3.0 mm, and a maximum particle size of dumping is 0.25-1.0 thickness. The thickness of the layer of adhesive composition is 0.15 to 1.2 mm with a ratio according to the size in the material of the filling of the maximum and minimum particle is not more than 5:1.
In signs, ensuring implementation of the products view, provides that as a dumping used mineral or broken ceramic pieces, as well as glue cement adhesive that can be made on the basis of it is a mixture of cement and quartz sand in a ratio of 30:70-70:30.

The features that characterize the particle size ratio of the size of the particles of the filling, the thickness of the layer of the adhesive composition, to produce the optimum structure and decorative characteristics of the coating. The best adhesive properties of the mixture it is quartz sand and cement.
An important reserve for the cost of this product is characteristic, according to which the coating is performed on svezhesvarennom asbestos-cement substrate before heat treatment. In this case, you can either give up, or to minimize the amount of adhesive composition, which simplifies the whole technological cycle of production.
The characteristic entered in the characterizing part of the claims, are new and are not identified by the applicants analogues and the prototype. They are comprehensive and fully serve the main objectives through the implementation in an industrial environment, for example in the production of corrugated slate.
