The technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates to exposure to hazardous chemicals, in particular to emergency device and method for influencing the leakage of hazardous chemicals.

Background of invention

Chemicals are an integral part of industrial production and people's lives. Moreover, most chemicals are hazardous chemicals, most of which are fluid-fluid, including gases and liquids. During the production, storage, transportation and use of hazardous chemicals sometimes have problems with leaks due to aging container, high temperature and injuries that cause damage to the environment and even lead to catastrophic consequences. Quick and effective emergency work is important in order to reduce damage and to avoid catastrophic consequences.

The invention

The present invention relates to a new method of emergency work to influence the leakage of hazardous chemicals. In particular, when the flow of hazardous chemicals when using automatic cooling unit with negative pressure, dangerous chemical substances is TBA, that does not leak, can be safely, quickly and effectively introduced into the device to reduce the damage to humans and the environment and to avoid possible catastrophic consequences.

In one aspect the present invention relates to an alarm device for influencing the leakage of hazardous chemicals. The alarm device includes:

the first container having an enclosed chamber with a negative pressure, and the inlet device, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container; and

the second container is mounted and attached in the first container and the second container contains essentially safe liquefied gas and has an opening that communicates with the external environment with the possibility of control.

When hazardous chemicals are derived as a result of damage or aging of the device or stored hazardous chemicals are threatened by exposure to high temperature may be used in an emergency device of the present invention. First of all, the first container is connected to the container with leak via the input device on the first container. When the negative pressure of the hazardous chemicals that are not derived in a container with a leak, can flow into the first container. Over the CSOs, the opening of the second container can be opened at the appropriate time so that the temperature in the first container is decreased as a result of the production of liquefied gas in the second container, causing the pressure in the first container will be lowered, so that was absorbed more hazardous chemicals from the container leakage, decreased loss of hazardous chemicals, less harm to the environment and humans, and prevent possible catastrophic consequences.

Therefore, in another aspect, the present invention relates to a method of emergency work to influence the leakage of hazardous chemicals, including:

(1) a device for emergency work, which contains:

the first container having an enclosed chamber with a negative pressure, the inlet device, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container; and

the second container is mounted and attached in the first container and the second container contains essentially safe liquefied gas and has an opening that communicates with the external environment with the possibility of control;

(2) the connection of the inlet, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container, with the container in to the or hazardous chemicals spilled, to enter hazardous chemicals that are not spilled, into the emergency device; and

(3) the opening of the orifice of the second container and the issue is essentially safe liquefied gas stored in the second container so that the temperature and pressure in the first container is decreased to make more hazardous substances that are not derived, in an emergency device.

The alarm device of the present invention can be a separate container or container, immersed in the vehicle.

The alarm device of the present invention can be used during an emergency operation, when there is a leak of flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, radioactive or chemical pollution of hazardous chemicals, in particular the most dangerous gases and fluid with low boiling points. Hazardous chemicals include, but are not limited to, phosphorus oxychloride, gasoline, bromine, liquid ammonia, liquid chlorine, liquid hydrogen sulfide, hydrocyanic acid, methyl isocyanate, ethylene oxide, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, alcohol, chloroform and the like.

In one embodiment, the inlet device, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container made of resistant to pressure and a hundred is someone to corrosion of the material and is for a tight connection or essentially tight connection with the container, in which the flow of hazardous chemicals. Hermetic connection or essentially tight connection can be achieved by methods well-known to specialists in this field of technology, in the form of a pipe connection, the magnetic adsorption and the like.

The second container is installed in the first container. The second container contains essentially safe liquefied gas. When there is an emergency operation, when the absorption of hazardous chemicals that are not derived essentially safe liquefied gas may be produced in the form of gas from the second container by opening the exhaust valve of the second container. With the release of liquefied gas is absorbed heat to the environment (i.e. the first container so that the temperature of the container is reduced and thereby the pressure in the first container is reduced so that it did more hazardous substances from the container to leak.

The second container can be mounted in the first container by means well known in the art methods. Preferably, the second container is located closer to the intake device of the first container that allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container so as to force to quickly decrease the temperature of the dangerous helices is their substances. Moreover, the second container does not contact directly with the first container, the second container quickly exchanges heat with incoming hazardous chemicals in the first container, but not exchanging heat with the external environment through the walls of the first container.

The liquefied gas in the second container can be selected from a gas, the critical temperature above ambient temperature, and which is essentially safe for the environment and humans. LPG is a gas at atmospheric pressure and at ambient temperature, but it is a liquid under pressure at ambient temperature. When an emergency device is not used, the second container is under pressure, and the gas is stored in liquid form. However, when using the second container communicating with the external environment, and the liquefied gas passes into the gaseous state, and absorbs heat from the surrounding environment. Preferably, the liquefied gas is liquid carbon dioxide, which is readily available and inexpensive.

The first container and the second container are rigid containers and resistant to pressure containers, preferably steel tank or cylinder. The second container may be resistant to the pressure in any form, such as cylindrical, spherical, soeven the I tubular and the like.

The second container of the present invention has a hole, which communicates with the external environment with the possibility of control. The second container has one or more apertures. In one embodiment, the opening is an exhaust valve with manual control. In another embodiment, the hole is an automatic exhaust valve. In yet another embodiment, the second container has not only the exhaust valve with manual control, but automatic exhaust valve.

In another embodiment, the first container has a pressure sensor. During emergency operation, the pressure in the first container rises gradually to the equilibrium pressure. In this process the rate of change of pressure is gradually reduced. When the pressure sensor detects that the rate of change of pressure in the first container is smaller than the preset value, the signal to the control system. The control system automatically sends the command to open the automatic exhaust valve.

The device of the present invention can be used as a device for emergency works for places and vehicles in which hazardous chemicals are manufactured, stored and used. The device of the present invention can also be used as a stationary emergency device for the professional rescuer in the field of hazardous chemicals. The device of the present invention can reduce the security risk for the production, storage, transportation and use of hazardous liquid chemicals, especially the most dangerous gases and fluid with low boiling points.

Option of carrying out the invention

The technical contents of the present invention is illustrated hereinafter by means of preferred embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the content shown on the drawings, is used only to illustrate the present invention and does not restrict the scope of the present invention.

On each drawing one the same components have the same position. For example, in figure 1 the position of the first container 101, the position of the first container figure 2 - 201 and so on.

Figure 1 is a schematic illustration of a variant of implementation of the present invention. Emergency device for influencing the leakage of hazardous chemicals contains the first container 101 and the second container 104, mounted in the first container by means of bearings 105.

In the inner part of the first container 101 is formed a closed chamber 102 with negative pressure. The first container 101 has an inlet device 103, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container 101. During emergency operation the first container 101 communicates with the container with leak via the input device 103. When the negative pressure of the hazardous chemicals that are not derived from having a drain container to flow into the chamber 102 of the first container 101.

The second container 104 may be cylindrical or spherical container. The second container 104 contains liquefied gas 106. The second container 104 may be equipped with a liquid level sensor (not shown) to determine at any time the amount of liquid in the second container 104 and fluid replenishment when necessary.

The second container 104 has an exhaust valve 107 which communicates with the external environment and the surrounding environment with the possibility of control. The second container 104 may have one or more exhaust valves 107.

Liquefied gas 106 may be filed, or to be added to the second container 104 via an exhaust valve 107, or via other input feed device (not shown).

During emergency operation, when a certain amount of dangerous chemical substances enters the first container 101 so that the pressure in the first container 101 becomes close to an equilibrium pressure, the exhaust valve 107 is opened to release the liquefied gas 105, located in the second container 104. During the production of liquefied gas 106 absorbs heat from the surrounding environment (i.e. the first container 101) so that the temperature of the container is reduced and, consequently, the pressure in the first container 101 is reduced, which leads to the intake of more hazardous chemicals from the container to leak.

Figure 2 is a schematic illustration of another embodiment of implementation of the present invention. Emergency device for influencing the leakage of hazardous substances contains a first container 201 and serpentine tubular second container 204, mounted in the first container 201.

A closed chamber 202 with a negative pressure is formed in the inner part of the first container 201. The first container 201 has an inlet device 203, which allows finding is MSA outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container 201. During emergency operation the first container 201 is communicated with the container with leak via the input device 203. When the negative pressure of the hazardous chemicals that are not derived from a container with a leak, flow into the chamber 202 of the first container 201.

The second container 204 contains liquefied gas 206.

The second container 204 has an exhaust valve 206 which communicates with the external environment with the possibility of control, and has an input feed device 208 through which served liquefied gas 206. The second container 204 may have one or more exhaust valves 207, and one or more input feeding devices 208.

The first container 201 has a pressure sensor 209. During emergency operation, when a predetermined amount of hazardous chemicals flows into the first container 201 so that the pressure sensor 209 detects that the rate of change of pressure in the first container is smaller than the preset value, the signal to the control system 210. Control system 210 controls the opening or partial opening of the exhaust valve 207 for production of liquefied gas 206 located in the second container 204. During the production of liquefied gas 206 absorbs heat from the surrounding environment (i.e. the first container 201) so that the temperature of the first container 201 is reduced and, consequently, the pressure in the first container 201 smart who agrees, which leads to the intake of more hazardous chemicals from the container to leak.

1. Emergency device for influencing the leakage of hazardous chemicals containing:
the first container having an enclosed chamber with negative pressure and suction device that allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container; and a second container mounted and fixed in the first container and the second container contains essentially safe liquefied gas and has an opening that communicates with the control from the external environment.

2. The emergency device according to claim 1, in which the inlet device, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container made of resistant to pressure and corrosion resistant material, and is installed with the possibility tight connection or essentially tight connection with the container in which the flow of dangerous chemical substances.

3. The emergency device according to claim 1 or 2, in which the first container and the second container are rigid and resistant to pressure containers.

4. The emergency device according to claim 1 or 2, in which the second container is a cylindrical, spherical or serpentine tubular container.

5. Emergency condition the device according to claim 1 or 2, in which the second container is located closer to the intake device of the first container, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container and the second container does not contact directly with the first container.

6. The emergency device according to claim 1 or 2, in which, essentially, safe liquefied gas is liquid carbon dioxide.

7. The emergency device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the opening is an exhaust valve with manual control.

8. The emergency device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a hole is an automatic exhaust valve.

9. The emergency device of claim 8, in which the first container has a pressure sensor, and, when the pressure sensor detects that the rate of change of pressure in the first container below. than the preset value, to control the automatic exhaust valve to open automatically.

10. The way emergency work to influence the leakage of hazardous chemicals, including:
(1) a device for emergency work, which contains:
the first container having an enclosed chamber with a negative pressure, the inlet device, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container; and a second container mounted and secured the first in the first container, and the second container contains essentially safe liquefied gas and has an opening that communicates with the external environment with the possibility of control;
(2) the connection of the inlet, which allows outside dangerous chemicals to enter the first container, with the container, in which hazardous chemicals are derived, so as to introduce dangerous chemicals that do not drain into the emergency device; and
(3) the opening of the orifice of the second container and release essentially safe liquefied gas stored in the second container so that the temperature and pressure in the first container is decreased to make more hazardous substances that are not derived, in an emergency device.

The composite material has the following components ratio (in mass %): waste paper - 49-49.24; high sphagnum moss or under-decomposed high sphagnum peat - 49-49.24; melted rosin - 1.6-1.76; alumina - 0.07-0.09.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increased strength and stable antiseptic and heat-insulating properties of the produced items and expansion of the list of the produced items.

FIELD: containers, packaging elements or packages, specially adapted for particular articles or materials, namely cigarette packs.

SUBSTANCE: pack of parallelepiped shape has hinged lid and comprises side surface, flat upper and lower ends facing each other, located parallel one to another and defining side surface thereof. Side surface includes two parallel flat minor side walls, two parallel major side walls facing each other, low cap-shaped container, upper lid pivotally connected to the container in parallel to minor side walls. At least one side wall has profile extending outwards and forms corresponding obtuse dihedral angles with adjacent side walls. The side wall comprises central part and two side strips located from both sides of the central part. Each side strip comprises inner area contacting with central part and previously weakened by longitudinal weakened lines, and flat outer area extending along corresponding preformed fold line. Each side strip is curved so that concave part thereof faces inward to connect corresponding central part with adjacent side walls. Each side strip defines sharp edge with corresponding side wall, the first obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding minor wall and the second obtuse dihedral angle with corresponding central part, wherein the second obtuse dihedral angle exceeds the first one.

EFFECT: improved ability to remove the first cigarette from the pack after opening thereof, possibility to apply transparent coating without deforming thereof, prevention of pack wearing out during contact with user's clothing, reduced manufacturing cost and decreased time of pack production, minimal modernization of packing machine.

FIELD: handling environmentally hazardous materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed facility for shipment and/or storage of explosive, radioactive, and toxic cargo has container and shock absorbers. Container covers and walls are shielded by external and internal shells that have alternating metal and heat-resistant rubber layers with holes. Inner surface of internal shell and outer surface of external shell are covered with swelling fire-proof material layers. Space between covers, walls, and internal shell of container communicates through nonreturn valves with internal space of container. Container cover has pressure-reducing valve with filter that functions to equalize gage pressure inside container with ambient pressure.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of handled cargo protection under normal operating conditions and in emergency situations.
