Working surfaces of lifting support rolls are arranged on plate bottom side while support roll is arranged above the plate on mill drive side. Clearance is created between support roll working surface and top surface of the plate in its lower position, its size being equal to rolls assembly lift magnitude. Note here that eccentric shaft of rolls lifting mechanism may be driven by worm gears fitted on one shaft.

The technical result is achieved in that between the bearing surface of the frame and the roll Assembly contains movable along the axis of the roll plate with rack and pinion drive mechanism for lifting the roll Assembly, with rail rack and pinion type actuator mounted on the plate and is located together with the toothed gear rack and pinion drive with the drive side of the cage, and hoisting mechanism of the roll Assembly is made in the form of two identical winding rollers mounted on eccentric shafts, located on the sides of the drive, and change the roll Assembly. Both levers are interconnected by means of the toggle lever joint being moved in longitudinal direction.
