The invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used in the treatment of patients suffering from psoriasis.

It is known that, in accordance with clinical guidelines (2007), psoriasis treatment is carried out according to standard methods, including: detoxification therapy (isotonic sodium chloride solution intravenously); giposensibiliziruyuschey therapy (sodium thiosulfate, calcium gluconate); antihistamines (clemastin, mebhydrolin, chloropyramine and others); vitamins (thiamine, pyridoxine); cytotoxic drugs (methotrexate); physiotherapy (General photochemotherapy with oral administration of photosensitizers); ointment treatment (betamethasone valerate, 2% salicylic ointment, 10% Naftalan ointment) [1]. However, the standard treatment does not always lead to the desired results. Currently an important role in the pathogenesis of the disease is given immune mechanisms. Patients identified on the background of decrease of the total number of T-lymphocyte predominance of T-helper cells and reduced T-suppressor [2]. There are also significant changes in the content of a number of cytokines, in particular tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-2, 8. However, in demonstration/exacerbation of psoriasis clinically apparent role of psychogenic factors. A detailed study of the metabolism and functions it is of peptides, largely affecting the course of pathophysiological processes in psoriasis and other dermatoses, allows you to objectify the mechanisms of psychogenic effects on the skin and explains the role of the nervous stress in the development and course of the disease [3]. All this requires adjustment of traditional methods of treatment of psoriasis with current concepts of etiopathogenesis of dermatosis.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the results of treatment of patients with psoriasis. The objective is achieved by including in traditional therapy dermatosis liqueurs containing phytoecdysteroids.

The proposed method consists in assigning patients with psoriasis in addition to standard treatment, including detoxification therapy, giposensibiliziruyuschey therapy, antihistamines, vitamins, cytostatics, physical therapy, topical treatment, addition of 50 drops 3 times a day orally for 15 minutes before a meal daily for 30 days 40% alcohol tincture (1:10)containing phytoecdysteroids from vegetable collection the following composition, in mass parts:

rhizome with roots of Rhaponticum 3

the flowers of calendula 1

the flowers of chamomile 1

The phytoecdysteroids - natural compounds from the group of policeservices with high biological activity, including immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and adaptagenic properties, increasing the body's resistance to the action of stress factors. They are widely found in nature, particularly in plants of the family clove: Rhaponticum carthamoides, smoliak, hats, Valderice and others [4]. Studies have shown that all 22 patients with psoriasis, which in addition to the standard treatment was administered tincture with phytoecdysteroids on the above scheme, there was almost complete normalization of immune status, as well as a significant improvement of psycho-emotional characteristics, which ultimately led to a pronounced clinical effect: a state of clinical remission was achieved in 59% of patients, a significant improvement is 23%, an improvement of 18%. When assigning only standard therapy in patients with psoriasis, comparable to the studied indicators, such effect has not been achieved: clinically - skin remained fragmented plaques indicators of immune status did not reach the normal range, the indices of the psychological status has not changed.

Example 1. Patient F., 48 years old, was admitted to the 1st Department RECVD complaining of skin rashes, itching, burning. Ill for about 20 years. Onset connects with nervous stress. Exacerbation occurred annually in the fall and spring PE is iodine. Heredity is not burdened. The General condition is satisfactory. The respiratory and cardiovascular system without features. Mental status: the patient considers himself to be anxious, sensitive, trace reaction to irritation - prolonged sleep surface. When viewed on the scalp, back, abdomen, extensor surfaces of the arms and legs are marked with widespread lesions, focal-drain nature, relatively symmetrical, presents plaques dark red, irregular shapes with sharp edges and moderate infiltration. On the surface of the plaque - melkopuzyrchatoy peeling the form of a silvery-white color. The index of the scope and severity of psoriasis (PASI) was 20.6. The results of the research of the immune status at admission to hospital: CD3 - 1044 cells/µl, CD4 - 806 cells/ml, CD8 - 238 cells/ml, CD20 - 362 cells/µl, CD4/CD8 - 3,31, IgA - 3.1 g/l, IgM - 2.1 g/l, IgG - 12.4 g/L. the results of the study of the psychological status using psycho-diagnostic complex "the Status of PSI"with the validation on the territory of the Russian Federation: the performance test SAN reduced to 3.9, 4.3 and 4 points, respectively; the level of life satisfaction is reduced up to 68 points; the rate of self-assessment methodology Dembo-Rubinstein reduced to 4.4 points. After the 30-day course of treatment, including the nes in addition to the standard therapy, tinctures containing phytoecdysteroids, on the site of the rash was only secondary spots of Hyper - and hypopigmentation. The PASI index fell to 2. When this happened almost complete normalization of immune status: CD3 - 1313 cells/µl, CD4 - 906 cells/ml, CD8 - 407 cells/ml, CD20 - 193 cells/µl, CD4/CD8 - 2,18, IgA - 0,59 g/l, IgM - 0,58 g/l, IgG - 6.4 g/L. in Addition, there were significant improvements test SAN to 8.2 and 8.2 and 8.3 points, respectively; the level of life satisfaction to 98 points, and the index of self-esteem according to the method Dembo-Rubinstein to 6.8 points.

Example 2. Patient K., 36, enrolled in 1 Department RECVD complaining of skin rashes, itching, burning. Ill for about 18 years. Onset connects with nervous stress. Exacerbation occurred annually in autumn and spring. Heredity is not burdened. The General condition is satisfactory. The respiratory and cardiovascular system without features. Mental status: the patient considers himself to be emotional, trace reaction to irritation - long. When viewed on the scalp, back, abdomen, extensor surfaces of the arms and legs are marked with widespread lesions, focal-drain nature, relatively symmetrical, presents papules and plaques of bright red color, irregular shapes with sharp edges and the mind is i.i.d. severe infiltration. On the surface of the plaque - lamellar peeling in the form of a silvery-white color. The index of the scope and severity of psoriasis (PASI) was 22.5. The results of the research of the immune status at admission to hospital: CD3 - 1038 cells/µl, CD4 - 804 cells/ml, CD8 -234 cells/ml, CD20 - 369 cells/µl, CD4/CD8 - 3,33, IgA - 3.2 g/l, IgM - 2.2 g/l, IgG - 12,6 g/L. the results of the study of the psychological status using psycho-diagnostic complex "PSI Status": performance test SAN lowered to 3.8, 4.3, and 3.9 points, respectively; the level of life satisfaction is reduced to 66 points; the rate of self-assessment methodology Dembo-Rubinstein reduced to 4.3 points. After the 30-day course of treatment, which includes, in addition to the standard therapy, infusions containing phytoecdysteroids, on the site of the rash was only secondary spots of Hyper - and hypopigmentation. The PASI index fell to 2.1. When this happened almost complete normalization of immune status: CD3 - 1310 cells/µl, CD4 - 904 cells/ml, CD8 - 406 cells/ml, CD20 - 196 cells/µl, CD4/CD8 - 2,18, IgA - 0.6 g/l, IgM - 0.6 g/l, IgG - 6.5 g/L. in Addition, there has been a significant increase in performance test SAN to 8.1, 8.1 and 8.2 points, respectively; the level of life satisfaction to 97 points, and the index of self-esteem according to the method Dembo-Rubinstein to 6.7 points.

Thus, the proposed method for the treatment of psoriasis allowed value is positive to improve the results of treatment of patients due to the pronounced immunomodulatory, adaptogenic, sedative and anti-inflammatory effects of phytoecdysteroids. All patients tolerated treatment well. Cases of adverse reactions is not registered.
