The invention relates to a method of manufacturing industrial pipelines for mine and mine ventilation.

The known method of connection of a flexible spiral pipes, including the connection of segments of flexible spiral pipes, for example, coupling or spacer rings, with connecting pieces of pipe wound in one direction ("improving the efficiency of ventilation stub workings based on the creation and application of flexible and semi-rigid welded ventilation pipes" Degtyarev POSTGRADUATE dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of technical Sciences, Kemerovo, Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute, 1989, p.7-8).

However, in the process of working under the pressure of the air pipes start to rotate around an axis that prevent through the use of suspensions for the pipeline through each meter of the pipeline, which causes the cost and inconvenience of operation.

The technical purpose of this invention is to cheapen and improve the serviceability of the pipeline.

The problem is solved by using the method of connection of a flexible spiral pipes, including the connection of segments of flexible spiral pipes in any way, such as coupling or spacer device, with flexible segments of spiral pipes on the right about what Antonovka spiral-weld connect with cuts flexible spiral pipes of equal length with the left orientation of spiral-welded seam.

The length of the segments of reinforced flexible spiral pipes are preferred in the range of 15-25 m

The length of the segments unreinforced flexible spiral pipes are preferred in the range of 40-60 m

The weight of 1 square meter of the material from which the segments are made of a flexible spiral pipes, preferably in the range of 0.15 to 0.7 kg

Example 1 of the method

Ventilation pipe (the so-called becoming) for ventilation stub coal mines length of 800 m. It consists of 20 segments flexible spiral pipes, the length of each of which is 40 m, diameter 0.6 m, the weight of 1 square meter of the material from which made pipe, to 0.3 kg

Ventilation pipe (the so-called becoming) for collecting and transporting dust-methane-air mixture from the bottom space of the stub coal mines in length 240 Mona consists of 16 segments length of 15 m and a diameter of 0.4 m of reinforced steel spring flexible spiral pipes, the weight of 1 square meter of the material from which made pipe, to 0.15 kg

To the first segment of the flexible spiral tube with the right orientation spiral-weld attached, for example, the spacer device of the second section of flexible spiral tube with left orientation spiral-weld, then to the second segment of the flexible spiral tube with left orientation spiral-weld attached similarly to the third section of flexible spiral tube with the right orientation spiral-weld and so on.

The proposed method of connection of a flexible spiral pipes allows you to use the resulting ventilation rates for the progressive application of suction and the combined methods of ventilation in a dead-end workings of coal mines.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to connection devices with a connection part, and also arranged with the possibility to insert an insert part in it, which on its external surface has fixing ledges that protrude outside, the connection part is equipped with radially stretching fixators arranged accordingly to the location of the fixing ledges on the insert part, and those fixators during the axial input of the insert part into the connection part pass through the accordingly related fixing ledge by elastic radial deviation, and then radially sag again directly axially behind the fixing ledge. The connection part comprises an inner retention device, through which the corrugated hose is through-conductible in direction of the insert part, and at the same time it performs elastically springing radiation movements, but prevents hose tightening. The corrugated hose juts out until stop into a sealing bush with an axial throughput channel installed inside the insert part. In the coupled condition the retention device of the connection part axially juts out into a reversed receiving hole of the insert part, is blocked against uncoupling of the corrugated hose, and is in direct clamping contact with the sealing bush.

SUBSTANCE: insulating coupling comprises: a metal case in the form of a hollow cylinder with an inner collar, rigidly fixed with two flanges which have holes for standard fastening elements; an electrically-insulating joint between the pipes; two hollow cylinders made from dielectric materials placed inside the metal case, one of them is limited by an inner collar. The following is positioned inside the cylinders: sealing gasket rings; two metal rings; two C-shaped rings with claws on the inside and spherical external surface made from the material harder than the material used for the pipes; two driving washers with taper surface on the inside and two stepped dielectric bushings. The flanges on the case are fastened to the pressure flanges with cylindrical noses which are tightly inserted into the hollow dielectric cylinders.

SUBSTANCE: coupling comprises the flange connection with holes for standard fastening elements; fastening elements: bolts, nuts and ring plates; a dielectric spacer between the flanges; dielectric inserts in the form of dielectric bushings and plates isolating the fastening elements from the flanges, of a dielectric pipe inside the flange connection to extend the dielectric clearance. Flanges have a cylindrical nose with threaded openings, where pressure bolts are positioned uniformly around the nose, these bolts thrust against metal rings positioned in the flange rings. When the pressure bolts are tightened, metal rings move and press the sealing gaskets, which are also positioned in the flange rings between the dielectric spacer, metal ring and cylindrical noses.

SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed method for connection of multi-layer metal-polymer pipes. Pipes are connected by welding through a connecting device having not less, than two connecting elements with seats for end sections of pipes. Welding is performed along external, internal and end surfaces of the end section of the pipe enveloped with internal surfaces of the seat of the connecting device. Also, the end section of the pipe and seat of the connection device are preliminary simultaneously heated. Successively, preliminary heated sections of the pipe and the connection device are matched. To avoid destruction of polymer layers and exposure of an internal metal layer and for removal of adhesion layers of the pipe applied on the metal layer the end section of pipe is heated to softening temperature of material of external and internal layers of the pipe at pipe and the connecting device matching. The seat of the connecting device is made in form of a circular slot coaxial with an internal orifice of the connecting element of the connecting device. The circular slot has a cylinder wall from the side of external surface of a connected pipe and a conic wall truncated along plane of the end of the connecting element from the side of internal surface of the connected pipe. The seat is preliminary heated to melting temperature of material of the connecting device. The end section of the pipe and seat are preliminary heated by means of a welding device equipped with a control unit and a heater whereon there are arranged a tool of the pipe and a tool of fitting. Temperature of the heater and tool of fitting directly contacting surface of the heater equal to temperature of connecting device material melting is set with the control unit and is maintained at a constant level within ranges of preset error. Securing the tool of the pipe on the heater through a transit bush facilitates limit of end section of the pipe heating to temperature not exceeding softening temperature of material of external and internal layers of the pipe. The tool of the pipe can travel along axis of the transit bush for adjustment of heating temperature at external conditions change.

EFFECT: upgraded quality and reliability of connection of multi-layer metal-polymer pipes.

SUBSTANCE: according to present method components of analysed group of threaded connections are determined by analysis of model. Further, the first group of threaded connections in an analysed group is subjected to physical tests. There is performed modelling analysis of the first and second groups of threaded connections. Physical tests are not carried out for the second group. After modelling results of a physical test and modelling analysis are compared to obtain a factor of working characteristic for the first group. Further, the factor of the working characteristic is applied for the second group and limits of functionality are determined on base of this factor of the working characteristic.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of metal case in form of cylinder with internal cylinder groove restricted with internal circular lug, and also having cylinder lug on external surface. Two stepped cylinder of dielectric material and a sealing padding are set between the pipe and the groove of the case. A metal ring, a C-shaped ring made of material harder, than material of the pipe and a movable bush are arranged between the pipe and the cylinder of dielectric material. Uniform around circumference transfer of the end cover, of the stepped cylinder positioned before it and the pipe, and of the movable bush occurs in axial direction at tightening bolts which enter orifices in the cylinder lug of the case and the end cover. With its internal conic surface the movable bush weighs upon external surface of the C-like ring, compresses it, forces pointed radial lugs of the C-like ring into a body of the pipe and fixes the pipe in the insulating device for pipe assembly. It also compresses the insulating padding.

EFFECT: insulating padding, three cylinders and insertion of dielectric material form reliable electro-insulating circuit.

FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding the outside air, the organisation of directional movement of air through the tunnels, and removal of exhaust air. At that, the outside air is supplied to an amount equal to 20-30% of the estimated amount of air on excessive heat for ventilation sufficient to maintain the normative content of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the air medium of underground. The forced recycling is carried out between the stations of a mixture of outdoor and tunnel air, in that process the mixture is subjected to a thermodynamic processing to achieve the required for the underground temperature-humidity air conditions.

EFFECT: possibility of year-round, regardless of weather conditions on the surface, maintaining of the regulatory temperature-humidity parameters and, oxygen and carbon dioxide content in the air medium of underground, reduction of intensity of blast flows, reduction of costs and timing of construction of underground lines.

SUBSTANCE: method involves installation of ascending air pipeline channels on board and beyond the limits of the pit and their connection by main air pipeline channels, arrangement of suction holes of air pipeline channels in working zones of the pit, creation of natural draft in channels due to wind head and air temperature difference inside and outside the channels, movement of contaminated air along channels beyond the pit levels and control of its flow. During winter time the movement of contaminated air from ascending channels installed aboard the pit to ascending channels located beyond the pit limits is performed along bypass air pipeline channels flooded in natural water sources. Control of the air flow removed from the pit is provided by changing the ratio of air flow rates in bypass and main channels.

SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of active stope demand for resources of ventilation and climate equipment based on air to be supplied, cooling capacity to be maintained, gas suction to be mounted as input parameters for planned extent of production of active stope in the form of preset values to be recorded in memory by computing unit, recording of these parameters valid values during continuous production by sensors installed in separate active stopes and transmitting of these values to computing unit. If more demand for resources of ventilation and climate equipment is determined, the demand is covered by means of reversing of other available active stopes surplus resources. If less demand is determined, surplus resources are redirected to other active stopes with lack of resources.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in the fresh air supply with ventilator into bottomhole zone and removal of air mixture contaminated with dust and gas from dead stope ore through the wells, which are drilled at regular times in interchamber pillar between the dead and worn stope ores. An interval between the wells doesn't exceed the distance of efficient offscouring of dust-gas mixture with draft source, mounted in the bottomhole space of the dead stope ore. Contaminated air is removed through the worn stope ore, broken into the haulage roadway, and then through haulage roadway. In this respect, the wells from worn stope ore neighbouring to the dead stope ore are preliminary drilled until the configuration of the dead stope ore. Well mouth in the dead stope ore is equipped with effuser, and the well mouth in the worn stope ore is equipped with a coupler connected to the ventilator aligned for the work in direction to haulage roadway. Ventilator is carried over to the well newly uncapped with combined machine.

EFFECT: lowering of air dustiness and reduction of combustive and poisonous gases in the dead stope ore.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in clean air supply into the bottom hole and removal of contaminated air from the bottomhole zone. In this respect, the configurations of circulating air swirling motion are built up. For this purpose, the worn chambers are broken into the airway. In this respect, the additional draft source, mounted in the worn chamber, is aligned for work in direction to the airway, and the mix of fresh air with the airflow contaminated with dust and gas is removed through the worn chamber and airway. In this respect, fresh air is directed to workable stope ore through the haulage roadway or by means of additionally installed ventilation draft source with air feeder, which end is placed in the working chamber, or by means of the adjusting airway stoppings, one of which is mounted on the haulage roadway on the way of air current motion between the working and worn chambers, and the other one is mounted at the mouth of worn chamber, placed in axial alignment with developed stope ore, which is gone away from it through the haulage roadway.

EFFECT: gain in air supply performance.

FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: method involves fresh air supply through shafts into tunnel and contaminated air removal through other shafts from tunnel using forced ventilation. Cross section of each shaft is separated into two parts having independent connection to the tunnel in which a gate is installed between such connections. Tunnel is closed by means of the above gate when there are no trains moving in it. Air flow via tunnel is arranged at the interval between train movement in directions allowing to reduce the time required for removal of contaminated air from the tunnel. At that, selection of air flow direction is determined considering the length of sections filled with fresh air supplied to the tunnel as a result of suction effect action. Amount of fresh air supplied to each section filled with contaminated air is determined by the formula.

EFFECT: reduction of forced ventilation volumes at fixed time interval between trains, reduction of time required for tunnel cleaning from contaminants after every train passes through tunnel, and increase in tunnel capacity.

Wall and ceiling of ventilation stand are made of high-porous noise-absorbing blocks. External enclosure is provided with the roof which has an annular through slot in transverse plane. SUBSTANCE: pipeline has sections made in form of hermetically interconnected outer and inner covers, mounted with space relatively to each other, and main ventilator. On different ends of pipeline flow meter and additional ventilator are mounted, the latter having adjustable characteristics and being connected to inter-pipe space by branch pipe. In inner cover apertures are made placed along radius and along length of cover. Air comes from apertures to air channel and forms additional air flow near walls of inner cover, which lowers or heightens aerodynamic resistance of ventilation pipeline.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher safety, lesser costs.
