SUBSTANCE: breathing apparatus may be used for work performance safe from fire and explosions, in mines with exhalation of methane, coal dust, technologically filled with carbon dioxide. In such environment, the miners work in breathing apparatus consisting of a mask and a cylinder with compressed air. Thereat the mask has an adapter made with one outlet of air under the mask and the two inlets with a tap. Depending on the duration of the work the tap is switched for the flow of air from the cylinder or from the air duct-tube through a flexible tube in a metal sheath.

EFFECT: reduced mass of the individual cylinder with air.

 

The invention relates to the mining industry - coal, which releases methane, coal dust and technologically filled with carbon dioxide to prevent fires and explosions of methane.

The work of the miners in this environment are made in the respiratory apparatus, consisting of a mask, compressed breathing air, a prototype of which can serve as a breathing apparatus fairway-mini, manufactured by CJSC "Portegies" 170003, Tver, phone, Fax (4822) 703236, 703237, 703224, 703228. The capacity of the container 2 l, the weight 5.6 kg, dimensions 780420180 mm3. Time breath - not less than 14 minutes the Device is designed for individual protection of respiratory organs and the view of the person in toxic and smoke-filled atmosphere.

To meet the above objectives the prototype or similar respiratory device must be equipped with an adapter to the faucet, allowing it to connect to cylinder air breathing apparatus, and to an external source of air supplied from the surface.

Such change-over valves are widely used in gas and water industries and everyday life (faucets hot and cold water, and so on). The design of the valve and adapter must be a node structure of the breathing apparatus.

Operations using the proposed device the following.

Before descending into the mine, the miners use breathing apparatus and use the air from the cylinder breathing apparatus. In the breathing apparatus of the air from the cylinder is filed under the mask via an adapter, equipped with one air outlet behind the mask, and the two inputs of the cylinder and the outer duct, the switchable valve miners. During the descent into the mine, the short run, rise to the surface miners are working, receiving air from a cylinder apparatus. After prolonged use, they connect the flexible pipe to the pipe, duct, open it tap, blow pipe, plug in the adapter in the device, switch the valve on the adapter breathing apparatus and used for breathing air supplied from the air duct. On completion of the works miners switch the faucet adapter to supply air from a cylinder block valve air supply from the air duct, disconnect the flexible pipe from the duct, rise to the surface, take off the mask, shut off valve air supply from the cylinder and remove the device.

If time is 14 minutes to go in the mines and rise to the surface miners will be insufficient, then they can connect the cylinder more power.

Breathing apparatus safe from fires and explosions production in mines with methane, coal dust, technologically filled plek slim gas, when the work is done in the respiratory apparatus, consisting of a mask, compressed breathing air, characterized in that, in order to reduce the weight of the individual cylinder air and facilitate the work of the miners, the protective mask has an adapter made by one air outlet behind the mask, and the two inputs with the crane, one input is connected with the compressed air, and the second can be connected to the duct pipe through a flexible pipe in a metal braid, a switching valve, depending on the duration of the work.

Waiting chamber has two sections, on inner surface of which a heat insulation layer of light concrete is applied by shooting method, having multifunctional purpose. Waiting chambers are operated in two modes: at positive temperature mode in pit bottom, miners are arranged in both sections, and at negative temperature - transferred to a sealed heat insulated section, heated with metabolic heat, at the same time coefficient of heat conductivity of light concrete shall make 0.6-0.7 W/mK, and sorption capacity is 600 l/m2.

EFFECT: efficient and highly effective method of construction and equipment of waiting chambers, safety of miners arrangement under conditions of emergency situations, no necessity to change miners clothes for warm ones in winter period.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises construction of the main and additional holes with the drilling machine with the headframe from the building-shelter and mounting of the sealed scabbolds on the hole mouths. The place of construction of the holes on the space object is selected as meteorite crater. The loose part of the surface around the mouths of the holes and wells is coated with dense material with the area of up to two diameters of the holes. In turn, the sealed scabbolds inside the holes and wells are mounted at the level of the stable rocks behind the shell of the hole. SUBSTANCE: novel method of searching affected under rubble, is provision of whole personnel with mine beacons, combined with microwave sensors of cardiac rhythm and establishing of search group, which is equipped with radio beacons activation devices and search devices in amount of three pieces, one of which is equipped with indicator of state of human health. Activation device drives variable-frequency magnetic field with one frequency and set power. This variable magnetic field is caught by mine personnel radio beacon and if radio beacon exceeds certain threshold level of this field, heart rate microwave sensor is actuated and low-frequency magnetic field is excited with another frequency modulated by periodic function corresponding to contractions in human cardiac muscle. By movable coils with ferromagnetic cores of search devices that variable-frequency magnetic field is received, amplified electrical signal obtained at the output of coils and measuring its level, which corresponds to received alternating low-frequency magnetic field. By rotating moving coils with electromagnetic cores maximum readings of level meter are produced. Distance from each of search devices to radio beacon is determined by measured signal levels with help of previously captured nomogramm. At known distances between search devices and known azimuths of search devices themselves relative to each other, azimuths of beacon or search object from each of search devices are determined. Received and amplified low-frequency signal modulated by periodic function describing human heart muscle contraction is rectified simultaneously with low time constant in one of search devices. At that, state of human health is estimated and selecting these azimuth and distance to search object from that of search devices, from which salvage measures are carried out most efficiently.

EFFECT: disclosed is method of searching for injured people under debris and remote monitoring of heart rhythm, which can be used to locate personnel under/over debris in mines and simultaneous control of their health status.

SUBSTANCE: novel method of searching affected under rubble, is provision of whole personnel with mine beacons, and establishing of search group, which is equipped with radio beacons activation devices and search devices in amount of three pieces. Activation device drives variable-frequency magnetic field with one frequency and set power. This variable magnetic field is caught by mine personnel radio beacon and if radio beacon exceeds certain threshold level of this field, heart rate microwave sensor is actuated and low-frequency magnetic field is excited with another frequency. Using nine fixed coils with ferromagnetic cores three search devices (three in each) this variable-frequency magnetic field is received, amplified obtained at output of coils electrical signals and rectified them, then rectified signals are squared and added by three from each of search devices. At that, longitudinal axes of three coils in each of search devices are arranged perpendicular to each other. After that, from resultant signal square root is extracted to measure level of received signal, which corresponds to received alternating low-frequency magnetic field maximum value. At that, maximum level of received signal is provided at any position in space of search object beacon coil. Distance from each of search devices to radio beacon is determined by measured signal levels with help of previously captured nomogramm. At known distances between search devices themselves and known azimuths of search devices relative to each other, azimuths of beacon or search object from each of search devices are determined. Selecting these azimuth and distance to search object from that of search devices, from which salvage measures are carried out most efficiently.

EFFECT: disclosed is method of searching for injured people under rubble, taking into account arbitrary orientation of radio beacon antenna, method can be used to locate personnel under rubble in mines.

SUBSTANCE: novelty in sensor permanent monitoring of heart rhythm miner is arrangement of sensor inside housing of mining lantern storage battery from its wide wall facing miner's body and making sensor in form of autodyne generator connected to micro-strip antenna and containing, besides, current sensor, narrow-band amplifier of infrasonic frequency, microcontroller with built-in ADC and recipient of information on miner's heart rhythm. Autodyne generator consists of field-effect transistor, blocking capacitor and micro-strip antenna on dielectric substrate with screening plate, which begins to generate oscillations at supply of DC voltage to transistor drain. Autodyne generator is a generator with open oscillating system capable of emitting and receiving electromagnetic oscillations. When excited autodyne generator via micro-strip antenna starts to effectively emit microwave oscillations towards miner's body. Power of these oscillations is small, which absolutely has not effect on miner's health. After reflection from miner's body, oscillations are caught again by micro-strip antenna and combined with their own oscillations of autodyne generator, causing change in current flowing through autodyne DC generator. Current sensor connected to output of power supply of autodyne generator, enables to detect change in these current consumptions, which carry information on miner's heart rhythm. Infrasonic frequency narrow-band amplifier selects and intensifies these current changes in frequency range of 0.8-2.5 Hz, corresponding to miner's heart beat. In same frequency range at output of infrasound frequency narrowband amplifier are present components caused by moving of miner's body. However, these components have irregular nature and actually are components of noise, which mean-square value with known time interval is equal to zero. Spectral components caused by human heartbeat have regular nature and easy to recognise by applying correlation processing of signal. Microcontroller performs digitisation of signal present at output of infrasound frequency amplifier and generates correlation processing sequence of digital data at given time interval. As a result of this processing microcontroller provide components having periodic structure, which, in fact, correspond to human cardiac rhythm. Further, via its standard digital interface microcontroller outputs data to recipient of information on miner's heart rhythm.

EFFECT: disclosed is sensor for permanent miner's heart rhythm monitoring, which can be used for permanent monitoring of heart rhythm of whole personnel in mines, both during execution of scheduled operations, and in case of emergency situations, resulting in mine personnel insulation beyond/under blockage of mine rock.
