The invention relates to the tobacco industry, namely to obtain flavored tobacco mixture, designated Smoking area using a hookah.

Widely known hookah tobacco, which are not used in no other way area, as classic tobacco for Shisha wet and sticky and consistency similar to jam. This tobacco is usually flavored by soaking in the fruit (berry juice) or even wine. In addition, use of a variety of flavors for water in the hookah: fruit and flower oils. Three main types of tobacco for Shisha: tombak (pure tobacco middle-Eastern origin, without additives), zhurak (tobacco Indian origin with essential oils and fruit pieces) and moassel. The most popular hookah tobacco Moisil, a mixture of tobacco and molasses or honey. To the mixture add the glycerin and essences from various aroma of fresh fruit, mint and taste of prunes, nuts, etc. from the Main fruit varieties of hookah tobacco is Apple (Avivideo. The world of tobacco. Harvest. 2006 275 pages).

The first hookah tobacco produced in Russia under the control of Elite Tobacco trade" called "Shisha" (translated as "hookah"), with recipes that include apricot or orange, or banana. Tobacco is produced in two variants packs in a carton of 40 g or plastic Bank 250, Tobacco "Tajmahal" is produced in Russia. The manufacturer has developed a taste recipes, which include orange, or banana, or vanilla, Packed in a sealed container 50 grams (website: www.tabak.tabak.ru/catalogue/Hookahs_tobacco/).

The above compositions are included in the traditional substances that improve the taste and aroma, and do not have the original flavor of tobacco smoke.

Known Smoking composition (EN 2380991 C1, 10.02.2010, bull. No. 4), which includes tobacco material, flavorings "Apple" and "Vanilla", it also contains corn starch, glucose crystalline hydrate, sodium benzoate, food coloring - paint red PONCO E124, honey, lemon, soda, glycerin and sugar syrup in the following ratio, wt.%:

The disadvantage of the Smoking-room of the composition is the complexity of the mixture and the application of additional preservative (sodium benzoate).

This composition is close to the constituent components of the mixture and adopted for the prototype.

The technical result of the invention is to simplify the process while maintaining the original bouquet of tobacco smoke, stable quality Smoking mixture, reducing the cost of the target product, line extension.

To achieve a technical result in Smoking mixtures for Shisha, including tobacco material, flavoring and aroma additives and food dye, according to the invention, as a flavoring additive in the mixture introduced beet molasses, the ratio of the components of the flavoring substance - glycerine, honey, beet molasses and lemon is(3:2:2:1), as aromatic additives used a solution of aromatic substances in ethanol, polypropylenglycol and water in the ratio of(1:3:1:3), and the content of the following components of the mixture, wt.%:

Flavoring (sauce), as a rule, is a water-soluble mixture of different ingredients, each of which has a directional functional value. Traditional ingredients that are part of the sauce, are substances, characterized by:

- high in carbohydrates, such as sugar, honey, glucose, fruit syrups;

- hydrophilic properties, such as glycerol;

- changing the acidity of tobacco smoke, such as citric acid;

- preservatives such as sodium benzoate.

In the present invention flavoring (sauce) consists of a mixture of traditionally used substances: glycerin, honey, lemon, and the composition is introduced beet molasses. This is a byproduct of sugar production, in which the mass fraction of sucrose not less than 43%. Beet molasses contains a large number of the number of carbohydrates, soluble in water, tech, has no unpleasant odor, has a low cost.

Glycerin is used to make the smoke as the main indicator of the quality area using a hookah, so its value in flavoring additive should be higher.

Honey in the flavor additive used as a preservative and to give sweets and sensations honey flavor and aroma. Honey GOST 19792-2001.

The lemon in the flavor additive regulates acidity, gives a natural aroma and taste.

To identify the optimal number of ingredients to make sauce in various ratios. Comparative analysis of taste and Smoking properties of mixtures for hookah use sauces with different ratio of ingredients showed that the most high degustation evaluation obtained mixture, consisting of glycerin, honey, molasses and lemon in the ratio(3:2:2:1). Use sauce proposed composition for treatment of tobacco allows you to improve the taste of tobacco smoke mixture for Shisha and to give stability to the quality of the claimed Smoking mixture.

As an aromatic additive to hookah mixture, natural flavour additives, which are used to enhance, modify and stabilize the flavor of tobacco smoke In the present invention as an aromatic additive used a solution of aromatic substances in ethanol, polypropylenglycol and water in the ratio(1:3:1:3). An aqueous solution of the alcohol dissolves better flavoring and propylene glycol stabilizes the flavor, which in combination allows to obtain the target product with constant properties, stabilizing as claimed Smoking mixture. When selecting ratios it was found that the increase in the number of aromatic substances in the composition of the solution leads to deterioration of the taste of a tobacco blend, as oppressed traditional taste of tobacco material, a smaller number of aromatic substances is hardly felt when Smoking hookah, the best taken above the value.

The Smoking mixture for Shisha is made as follows.

Pre-sorted and selected tobacco leaves types of Virginia, is not damaged by diseases and pests. Remove from tobacco leaf secondary veins. Shredded tobacco leaves to the size of not less than 1 cm2. Shredded tobacco leaves washed with water with a temperature of 85°C for 8 hours with a change of water every hour. Separate the shredded tobacco from the water and produce the drying and mixing, which break the bonding. Then dried by heating the shredded tobacco in an open tank to a moisture content of 20%. Then put the tobacco in a closed container and keep it at the same time is the temperature value 45°C for 7 days. Pre-prepare a solution of sauce: glycerin, honey, sugar beet molasses and lemon mixed in a ratio of 3:2:2:1, heat the mixture on a water bath to a temperature not exceeding 60°C with constant stirring until a homogeneous mass, and then cooled to room temperature. The cooled solution was put on the prepared sauce shredded tobacco and mix. Prepare the aromatic Supplement of a solution of aromatic substances in ethyl alcohol, polypropylenglycol and water in the ratio (1:3:1:3) and give him food coloring, red paint PONCO E124. Then in a mixture with tobacco sauce introduce cooked aromatic additive. Thoroughly mix all components of the mixture, carrying out its homogenization. Perform binning of a homogeneous mixture in a closed container at room temperature for 7 days, with this stirred mixture every 6 hours. The obtained target product Smoking mixture the consistency resembles jam. The Smoking mixture is Packed in a sealed package.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.

Specialists of the tobacco industry in the study of the above description can be made in numerous variations and modifications of this invention, therefore, they fall under the scope of the claims expressed in the claims.

Thus, the proposed Smoking mixture for Shisha provides an original bouquet of tobacco smoke, the stability of the quality claimed Smoking mixture, reduces the cost of the target product and to expand the range.
