SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway equipment, namely, to dumpcars. Proposed dumpcar comprises lower frame 8 with unloading cylinders 13, body 1 with sides 2, and upper frame 5 with lengthwise elements 6 wherein fixed are hooks 7 with side turn axles 4. Body turn axles 11 are aligned with unloading cylinder axles 12 for attachment said cylinders 13 to frame 5. Aforesaid lengthwise elements 6 wherein fixed are hooks 7 with side turn axles 4 are arranged on the right or left side on rod, above unloading cylinder cover 15. In unloading, side 3 rests on lower frame swivel joint and cylinder brackets 9, 10.

The present invention relates to the building, particularly to hopper cars-trucks (cars), and can be used in industries where used cars.

Known hopper car (Dunker) (drawing) (SU A.C. No. 135902, B61D 9/10, publ. BI No. 4, 1961).

All cars operated in the Russian Federation and CIS countries, include the invention of SU A.S. No. 135902 have a width of the upper frame, approximately equal to the width of the body at the top. The width of the upper frame is determined by the position of the longitudinal members, which set forth the loop, with axes for connection to the hinge side.

When unloading (when turning the body at 45°) longitudinal upper frame elements are arranged near the side surface of the discharge cylinder, a gap Δ=15-20 mm (drawing), so the loss of stability when unloading occurs, the damage to the side surface of the discharge cylinder.

The main drawback of the current design is the inability to increase the volume of the body without increasing the distance between the floor of the body and the railhead - N, exhausted because the size of the structure and permissible distance ΔN between the railhead and the edge of the Board, when the body is rotated 45°. In this case, to increase the volume of the body is possible only by increasing the height of the body inside, but this is only possible due to the velichenie distance H, which leads to deterioration of already not insufficient stability during unloading.

The aim of the invention is the increase of the body, reducing its mass, prevention of damage to the unloading cylinders.

This goal is achieved by changing the shape of the body by the location of the longitudinal members of the top frame, pinned them in loops side, left and right of the stem of the discharge cylinder so that during unloading, when the rotation body at 45°, the longitudinal elements of the upper frame located above the covers unloading of cylinders.

In this case, the unloading can be done bearing hinge flanges on the bottom bracket of the frame, thereby to reduce the load on the loop side by increasing the distance between a point of intersection with the loop to the axis of rotation of the bead. When the transport position may support the upper frame of the lower sheet on the spinal beam of the lower frame, thereby to reduce the bending moment on the transverse elements of the upper frame from the effects of stress on the body.

A specific example of implementation of this proposal is shown on the drawing, where the dash-dotted line shows the dimensions of the analogue, dotted line and solid line - the dimensions of the proposed dump cars (longitudinal elements of the upper frame to the left of the piston rod - dashed line and the longitudinal elements to the right of the piston rod - solid line). The principle of operation.

2) to reduce the weight of the body by 13% due to the decrease of the width of the metal upper frame and increase the height of the Board is less bulky compared to the upper frame;

3) to prevent damage to the discharge cylinder C is by location during the unloading of the longitudinal members of the top frame above the covers unloading of cylinders;

4) to increase stability during unloading at the expense of the approximation plane of the Board and of the body during rotation of the body at 45° to the axis of tipping (head rail);

5) to increase the strength of the loop sides and top of the frame by increasing the distance from the axis of rotation of the Board to the point of intersection with the loop side on the bottom brackets of the frame.

The proposed dumper platform lifting device incorporates pump (1), oil tank (4), control valve (7), adjusting valve (8) and hydraulic cylinder (9).
