FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: telescopic mechanical support has a stem with an eye (for hinged connection with a lower platform), an outer body with journals for hinged connection on the upper platform. The stem is equipped with slots arranged at the specified distance from each other along the entire length. Slots are arranged along a radius of a rotary shift coupled with the stem and a long key hole. An intermediate body is put coaxially onto the stem. The body is equipped with a rotary shaft, having a slot arranged along a radius of a stem coupled with it at an angle of 90, a finger, a fixator, against which a finger of the rotary shaft rests during its rotation, excluding spontaneous disengagement of a mechanical support against vibration, and also a screw dowel and a support cover. Also on the body there are slots (as on the stem) arranged along the radius of the rotary shaft coupled with it. They are arranged at the specified distance from each other along the entire intermediate body. On the body, in its turn, there is an outer body equipped with a shaft, a finger and a fixator.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions of a support, reliable fixation of platforms, perception of loads not only from weight of a platform and process equipment installed on it and from vibration loads.

The invention relates to mechanical supports for fixing the upper platforms of horizontal drilling at an angle to the lower platforms and is recommended for use in pairs with a lifting cylinder.

Known mechanical support for fixing the upper platform, made for example in the form of a hydraulic cylinder (or pairs of cylinders), equipped with hydraulic locks. These supports are simultaneously lifting device and device for fixing the upper platform at an angle to the underside of the platform and is widely used in horizontal drilling. The main disadvantage of such structures is the danger of damage to the hydraulic lines or leaks in the hydraulic locks, which can lead to an emergency situation and stop the continuous process of drilling.

Closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed telescopic mechanical support is a rack and pinion mechanical support used in the installation of horizontal drilling UGB-150 in addition to the hydraulic cylinder. Known bearing is a shaft having an earring for charnin the th connection with the lower platform and lateral teeth, cut along the length of the rail. The rod is put on the body with a pin for pivotally mounting on the upper platform with the wheel that presses against the teeth of the rod response, the rack due to helical gears.

The main disadvantages of the known rack and pinion mechanical support are its large size and the need for additional measurements for placing the upper platform at an angle relative to the underside of the platform.

The purpose of this invention is to provide a compact mechanical support for fixing the upper platform installation horizontal drilling at an angle relative to the lower platform, which will provide the perception of stress not only on the weight of the platform and process equipment installed on it, but from vibration.

This task is solved by:

- creation of a telescopic structure;

reliable fixation of the component parts of the telescopic design of the rotary shafts;

- placement of the fixation elements at a given distance from each other which corresponds to the lifting of the upper platform at a certain angle relative to the lower platform.

The essence of the present invention is that the inventive telescopic mechanical bearing, locking the upper platform installation horizontal drilling at an angle relative to igna platform, comprising a rod with an earring for hinged connection with the lower platform, the outer casing with the trunnions for pivotally mounting on the upper platform, according to the invention on the stem with the slots located at a given distance from each other along the length and radius of the mating with the rod of the rotary shaft and a longitudinal keyway slot, coaxial wearing the intermediate casing, has a rotary shaft having a groove made on the radius of mating with him at a 90 angle stem, a finger, a latch, in which rests against the finger of the rotary shaft during its rotation, excluding spontaneous unfixing the mechanical support against vibration, a screw-plug, cap-emphasis, and grooves on the stem, made by radius mating with him to the rotary shaft, located at a specified distance from each other along the whole length of the intermediate casing, which, in turn, put the outer casing, has a rotary shaft, a finger and a latch (design mirror the existing intermediate housing - see figure 1).

Figure 3 shows a diagram of the installation of the inventive telescopic mechanical bearings in pairs with a lifting cylinder in horizontal drilling, where:

The inventive telescopic mechanical support works as follows.

After the nomination of the latch 4 of the intermediate casing 3 itself, it is necessary to turn the handle rotation 6 down (180) counterclockwise. Then start lifting the upper platform 13 by means of a hydraulic cylinder 12 with the sliding of the intermediate casing 2 on the shaft 1 and the rotation in the hinge connections earrings 2 of the rod 1 and the pins 11 of the outer casing 10. Once the desired angle of the upper platform 13 relative to the lower platform 14 handle turn 6 turn around the rotary shaft 5 (where it mates with the groove of the rod 1) 180 clockwise pushes the latch 4 and the detachable cylinder 12. The upper platform 13 is fixed.

When reaching the maximum elevation angle of the outer casing 10 rests on the lid-stop 9 of the intermediate casing 3, and then turning the handle 6 turn around the rotary shaft 5 by 180 counterclockwise and fix the outer casing 10 relative to the intermediate casing 3. Then pushes the latches 4, after which the upper platform 13 is securely fixed in the desired position. Lowering the upper platform 13 to the initial position is in the reverse order, send the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder 12.

The use of the proposed telescopic leg will reduce the dimensions of the products and to ensure a reliable fixation of the upper platform at a selected angle to the lower platforms horizontal drilling.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: present invention offers a slingshot substructure of mobile drilling rig. In one exemplary version disclosed is a slingshot substructure of drilling rig including foundation with a fixed drill floor mounted thereon, the upper surface of the drilling floor is rigidly fixed on the working height above the foundation for drilling operation at well location at the drilling site. Besides, the composition also includes raising floor made with possibility of installation in lowered transport position for the slingshot substructure transportation to drilling site and lifting into working position, adjacent with a fixed drilling floor for drilling. Elevation of the upper surface of raising floor below elevation upper surface of fixed drilling floor, when raising the floor is installed in lower transport position. Present invention discloses a method of handling the slingshot substructure for mobile drilling rig, wherein the slingshot substructure is moved in horizontal direction above the well head equipment, so that a part of the equipment passes through the pit zone of slingshot substructure under the fixed drilling floor and sideways through the open side of slingshot substructure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency for slant drilling rig in assembly, lifting and moving the drilling rig between neighboring wells during cluster drilling.
