The method includes thermal softening and melting of a rock massif with subsequent formation and strengthening of well walls with axial feed of a drill string. Thermal softening of rocks and melting of rock mass in well walls is carried out by means of impact from a high-temperature penetrator, heated by laser beams focused on inner walls and the end part of the penetrator, to the temperature that exceeds temperature of rock melting by 200-250°. The device comprises a source of thermal energy, a hoist, a load-carrying cable, a high-temperature penetrator, a shaping crystalliser, a centraliser. The source of thermal energy is a laser connected via a current collector, a centraliser and a weighting agent by means of a fibre optic cable to a laser head placed inside the pipe cavity. The upper end part of the high-temperature penetrator body is rigidly connected to the pipe via the shaping crystalliser equipped with a well expander, freely installed on the external surface of the shaping crystalliser, and the external surface of the penetrator is formed by rotation of a chain line around the vertical axis.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic impact mechanism comprises a cylinder with outlet channels, a working tool with a tail, a stepped striker with a stem and a main parts with a central through channel and a bushing with a slot channel in the stem part of the striker, separating the cylinder cavity into an idle chamber at the tail side, a distribution chamber at the side of the stem part of the striker, a circular chamber of a forward stroke, a network air chamber, a circular cover installed between the network air chamber and the distribution chamber with a channel of air supply from the network air chamber into the distribution chamber, a rod rigidly fixed relative to the cover with a piston part, which is permanently installed in a central through channel of the striker, interacting with the slot channel of the bushing, connecting periodically, depending on the position of the stepped striker, the distribution chamber and the idle chamber between each other. The distribution chamber and the circular chamber of the forward stroke are permanently communicated to each other with a circular throttling channel, coaxially to the distribution chamber there is a sleeve installed, forming an additional circular chamber of an attached volume, permanently communicated with a relief channel to the circular chamber.
EFFECT: reduced back pressure of striker braking at an idle moment, reduced recoil force acting at a cylinder.

The invention relates to mechanisms used in machines percussion for various purposes: in the manual hammers, the hammers hinged, machines for strip wells trenchless construction, machines for clogging pipes for municipal purposes related to the field of construction.
Known pneumatic percussion mechanism (see, for example, as the USSR №275931, Ál E21C 3124, 1970)containing a stepped cylinder, a control rod fixed relative to the cylinder, the drummer with the Central channel, periodically communicates with the rod and dividing the stepped cylinder on camera: a network of air from the rod, the intermediate ring of the stroke and idling on the side of the shank of the stroke, the exhaust ports in the cylinder wall for periodic exhaust of air from the annular chamber of the stroke and the camera idling.
Pneumatic percussion mechanism has a drawback: as the closing and opening of the axial bore of the striker rod is sharply with the impact about the mouth of the hole drummer, it causes inhibition of the drummer and degrades the characteristics of the mechanism.
Also known pneumatic percussion mechanism (see, for example, as the USSR №359382, MCL E21C 3/24 1972), comprising a cylinder with inlet and outlet channels, a work tool shank, twenty drummer with a Central through-channel and the sleeve channel - groove rigidly fixed relative to the cover rod that resides in a Central through-channel drummer interacting with the channel groove of the sleeve. Drummer divides the cylinder chamber to the distribution chamber, the atmospheric pressure from the rod side of the drummer and the camera idling on the side of the shank of the working tool. The channel is a groove in the sleeve, when interacting with part of the piston rod, provides the opening and closing of the Central channel of the drummer. On the site of interaction with the rod part of the drummer in the cylinder is installed, the sleeve forming an annular step of limiting the stroke of the striker from the side of the chamber with the atmospheric pressure. Pneumatic percussion mechanism as containing the greatest number of essential features that are included in the proposed technical solution is adopted as a prototype.
The mechanism of the prototype has major drawbacks: the annular chamber formed by the cylinder body and the rod part of the drummer, not involved in the formation of the power pulse of air pressure, which prevents the increase of the impact energy; the execution of the rod portion of the striker shall ensure that the landing installed in the cylinder sleeve, ensuring its alignment with the rod that is almost impossible and, as a rule, leads to bias the rod and increase the resistance forces to the motion of the piston of the rod in the sleeve, inhibition drummer and reduce reliability of the terminal.
Noted disadvantages of the mechanism are eliminated completely or partially, if the site of interaction of ring-stage sleeve cylinder rod portion drummer to perform an annular throttle gap with the estimated reduced cross-section, continuously connecting the ring chamber from the side of the rod portion of the striker with the distribution chamber and coaxial distribution chamber to form an additional annular chambers attached volume, constantly communicated to the bypass channel with the annular chamber.
