Known drilling fluid (U.S. Pat. RU # 2012588, publ. 15.05.1994)adopted for the prototype. The drilling fluid contains clay, water and lubricant additive. As a lubricating additive contains a modified waste production of fish oil with stage treatment of industrial effluents by ethylsilicate sodium or Petrosian in the following ratio, wt.%:

Disadvantages are low lubricating properties, the need for modification of waste plasticizer of ethylsilicate sodium, which has a cauterizing effect on the skin.

The technical result is achieved in that the drilling fluid containing clay lubricant additive and water, further comprises a defoamer, and as lubricant additives contains waste products of deep processing of wood-based diterpenes in the following ratio, wt.%:

Clay is used as amendment and regulator thixotropic properties of a drilling fluid (increased holding and carrying capacity).

Add defoamer to prevent foaming of the solution. As antifoam use kerosene. You can also use other defoamers, for example MAS-200 - fine gidrofobizirovannym of organogenesis (silica), Penta-465 - multicomponent silicone antifoam, S-5 - fine modified organogenesis (silicon dioxide), CAPEXIL-310 - hydrophobic silicone fluid, Alpona-79 - a mixture of synthetic fatty alcohols and the R. Use as lubricant additives waste deep processing of wood-based diterpenes allows you to simultaneously reduce the friction coefficient and the water loss solution. Studies of the impact of waste on the properties of drilling fluids showed that the increase of their content in the solution of more than 1.1% does not lead to a significant improvement of technological parameters.

Used waste-based diterpenes take rosin-terpentine reprocessing plants gum where to get main products: turpentine and rosin. These wastes are formed in the deep processing of wood for pulp in the sulphate process cooking at the stage of processing of sulfate soap and represent diterpenes, mainly oxygen, the so - called "resin acid", which includes mainly: sundarakanda, itimanova, abietic, neobyatnoy, other diterpene acids.

The method of preparation of drilling mud

Example

In mechanical stirrer preparing standard clay mud containing water 95,7 wt.% and bentonite clay to 3.0 wt.%. Then the solution is injected kerosene 0.3 wt.%, the lubricating additive of 1.0 wt.% and mix until smooth.

Afterwards STD is bound tests of the obtained solutions in laboratory settings. To determine lubrication and filtration properties of drilling muds carried out relevant studies, the results of which are shown in the table. The coefficient of friction was determined on the boundary of the metal-metal device USER. The reduction of the friction coefficient is observed even at the lowest concentrations lubricating additive is at a concentration of 0.2 wt.%. The minimum value of friction coefficient is observed in the range of 0.8-1.1%, and the coefficient of friction decreases in 2.5-3 times. Thus, lubricating and filtering the mud properties are improved.

The table shows that the use of the drilling fluid reduces torque during the rotation of the drill pipe string and reduces the resistance forces during longitudinal movement of the column in inclined and horizontal sections of the wells, which reduces the likelihood of tacks and increase the service life of the drilling equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling oil and gaseous wells, in particular, to polymer-clay fluids for drilling used under conditions of permafrost rocks.
