FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to control systems for propulsors including those with adjustable-pitch screw, jet propellers with reversing steering device consisting of rudders and rums, and vane propellers. Control system comprises setting device, comparator, two amplifiers, working fluid constant-flow rate slide valve and device to vary rate of working fluid feed into actuator. Besides, system additionally incorporates device to load turn angle variation rate.

EFFECT: reliable control over turn angle variation rate.

The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to control systems of propulsion, including controllable pitch propeller (CPP), thruster (PU), the jet propulsion units (APU) with reversal-steering device (RDD), consisting of wheels and drums, and propellers propulsion (KD).

The known control system thruster that is closest to the technical nature of the offer is a management system propulsion (USSR Author's certificate No. 1634569, CL VN 3/10, 25/30, 21/22, 17.01.1989)containing driver, the output of which is connected to one of the inputs of the block comparison, its output connected to the inputs of the main amplifier with a higher gain and a higher sensitivity and additional inputs of amplifiers with gain, smaller than the main, to which is connected a solenoid valve constant flow of the working fluid and the electromagnets extra spool with greater or equal than the main valve, reduced cross-section and flow. The spools are connected by their outputs with the Executive mechanism of propulsion, with its output connected to the input of the feedback sensor, whose input is connected to the second input of the comparison.

The disadvantage of this system is the inability variable speed control changes the specified angle, that leads to the fact that at certain angles of rotation of the propulsion drive motor is overloaded, which leads to the necessity of changing the angle of rotation opposite to the complete removal of the overload of the drive motor, which causes delays in the management of a vessel.

The purpose of the invention is the provision of a speed control changes the specified angle around the reference range of the rotation angle.

The control system includes specifying the device 1, the output of which is connected to one of the inputs of the unit of comparison 2, its output connected to the inputs of the amplifiers 3, 4, the outputs of which are respectively connected to the electromagnets 7, 8 of the valve 6, the output of which is connected to the actuator 10 and the input device changes the feed speed of the working fluid 9, the output of which is connected with the actuator 10, the output of which is connected with the propeller 11, whose output is connected to the input of the feedback sensor 12, whose input is connected with the second input unit of comparison 2, a third input connected to the output of the input device, the rate of change of the angle of rotation 5.

The control system operates as follows.

When the deviation setting device 1 at a relatively small angle block comparison 2 generates a signal suitable for the NGO forward or backward, which is fed to the input of amplifier 3 and 7 (forward) or 4 and 8 (back), and a small signal device to change the speed of the working fluid supply 9, which is supplied to the actuator 10, the flow in which the propulsion device 11 is provided by the inclusion of the valve 6 solenoid 7 (forward) or 8 (back). Thereby the rotation of the propeller at a small angle with the low speed forward or backward.

When the deviation setting device 1 on a large corner block comparison 2 generates signal respectively forward or backward, which is fed to the input of amplifier 3 and 7 (forward) or 4 and 8 (ago), and depending on the signal rate of change of the angle of rotation from the input device, the rate of change of the angle of rotation 5 a signal to the device to change the speed of the working fluid supply 9, which is supplied to the actuator 10, the flow in which the propulsion device 11 is provided by the inclusion of the valve 6 solenoid 7 (forward) or 8 (back). When you change the value of the rate of change of rotation angle, which is fed to the input device rate of change of the angle of rotation 5, the block comparison 2 changes the signal received at the device to change the speed of the working fluid 9, thereby the rotation of the propeller at an angle at a given speed forward or backward.

The proposed system allows to receive the te mode of maintaining the ship's course on anterior-posterior course (or when maneuvering left and right) processing of rotation of the engine at small angles with low speed, necessary to ensure the specified accuracy of the installation angle of rotation of the propeller (CPP blades, rudder stock, rudder and drums and so on).

In addition, the modes of reversing or manoeuvring occurs smooth processing of rotation of the propeller at large angles with great speed without overloading the drive motor, i.e. improve the performance of the control system thruster, which significantly reduces the time manoeuvring, improving flexibility, smoothness and manageability of the vessel, for example, when mooring, passing through narrow places and near other vessels, facilitates the work of sudovoditelei.

Thus, the proposed control system with izmeneniami speed testing of the thruster control signals significantly improves the tactical and technical quality of the vessel, its maneuverability and reduces the likelihood of accidents and collisions when mooring, the aisles are narrow places and near other vessels.

The control system of the propulsion device containing specifying device, the output of which is connected to one of inputs of the block comparison, is connected to the input of the at least one amplifier, the output of which is connected to the electric valve provided with inlet actuator mover, and the feedback device is connected to another input of the comparison, different is connected with the fact, that, to ensure the speed control changes the specified angle, in the whole range of job rotation angle it is equipped with the input device rate of change of the angle of rotation, the output of which is connected to the third input of the comparison, the output of which is connected to the input of the speed change of the working fluid supplied to the actuator.

Transducer is capable of measuring mechanical stress caused by torsional oscillations and constant component of torque. There is compensation circuit of zero signal and automated remote control system for main engine of vessel's power plant. Apart from it, device has synchronous detector, lower frequencies filter, upper frequencies filter, and threshold devices.

EFFECT: increase of reliability and efficiency of vessel's power plant at expense of prevention of operation of diesel in sphere of mechanical stress from torsional oscillations exceeding preset value and its protection from overload.

SUBSTANCE: proposed panel has control stick made integral with gear thrown into engagement with toothed rack to which one end of rope is secured; rope is connected with fuel supply lever. Gear has taper hole for fitting it on cone of supporting axle and pressing it by means of spring.

Minor consumers ON/OFF control is executed to ensure the efficient operation of generator units and higher quality of supply voltage. Dynamics of acceleration and deceleration of screw propeller and its drive is controlled subject to ship motion, navigation conditions, current and forecast electric power and quality parameters. Dynamics of turn of steering house, if any, is controlled depending on generated and forecast power of generator units.
