More specifically, some embodiments relate to heat the structures to reduce the temperature of the handle BBQ grill and the surrounding area.

BBQ grills are well known in the art. Typically, these BBQ grills contain the cooking chamber and a support structure. The cooking chamber can contain only a roasting pan with an open top or Association brazier and cover. In recent years, as the growing popularity of barbecue grills were formulated various standards and guidelines that define strict security settings for barbecue grills. In attempts to meet this standard manufacturers BBQ grills adopted and implemented two alternative solutions. The first is to increase the distance between the area of the grip handle and the cooking chamber. It is not surprising that manufacturers gril who made this obvious solution. Indeed, it is known that the distance of heat transfer by radiation between two objects is inversely proportional to the distance between two objects, i.e. the farther the objects are removed from each other, the less the amount of heat transfer by radiation. The same in General relates to conductive and convective heat transfer between two objects. The second solution is to use material that is installed by the standard, which has high temperature criteria, such as wood. This solution is also obvious.

Although both solutions mentioned above are sufficient to meet the conditions of standard EN 1860-1:2003, they both have drawbacks. For example, both solutions lead to such appearance, which is less attractive and possibly less functional and durable. The increase of the distance between the handle and the grill can give BBQ grill less proportional appearance and may cause difficulties with compact packaging grill for retail sale. The elongated handle may also lead to spatial limitations for the consumer. The use of wood as an alternative material is undesirable, since most wood finishes quickly destroyed when exposed to high temperatures when heated and the sun: two conditions are almost always present during operation of the barbecue grills.

The aim of the present invention was the creation of variants BBQ grilling with heat shield for handle barbecue grill that uses various solutions to reduce the temperature of the handle BBQ grill and the area around it, contrary to generally accepted solutions other professionals, skilled in the art. The solution according to the invention is reduced to zero, the increase of the distance between the handle and the cooking chamber of the grill and the need for use of materials with extreme resistance to heat, such as wood. These decisions, therefore, provide the engineer grills flexibility in the design and choice of material for the handle BBQ grill.

This goal is achieved by creating a barbecue grill, which according to the invention includes a handle attached to the outer surface of the cooking chamber; and a heat shield adjacent attached to the cooking chamber, and at least a section of the heat shield has a location spaced from the cooking chamber, for forming a thermal barrier between the heated volume of the cooking chamber and a pen.

Preferably, the heat shield attached adjacent to the inner surface of the cooking chamber for formation of the insulating volume, located opposite the handle.

Preferably, the heat shield includes an area along the perimeter to which OMCI and Central region, moreover, the area along the perimeter edge is in at least close proximity to the inner surface of the cooking chamber and surrounds the Central region of the heat shield, and at least the area of the Central region of the heat shield has a location spaced from the inner surface of the cooking chamber.

This problem can be solved by creating a barbecue grill, which according to the invention contains a cooking chamber formed by tank fire and cover, and the cooking chamber has an internal and an external part; a handle attached to the barbecue grill outside of the cooking chamber, and the handle contains a plot of capture; and a thermal barrier, education is hydrated at least partially closed volume, located between the heated volume of the cooking chamber and the area of the grip handle, and a thermal barrier is located at a distance from the cooking chamber.

Refer now to figure 2-3, which presents two views with cross sections that depict the first variant implementation of the heat shield 60 in more detail. As depicted, the heat shield 60 is attached adjacent to the outer surface of the cover 24 and is located between the outer surface of the cap 24 and what castcom 42a grip handle. The heat shield 60 includes holes that combine with the holes on the handle 40a and the cover 24, there can be used the same fasteners 56a, 58a for attaching the heat shield 60 to the cover 24. Preferably, the heat shield 60 is made of sheet metal containing stainless steel, thus the heat shield 60 has a reflective surface from which Eisenia of heat transfer by radiation.

Returning now to figure 4 and 5, which presents a cross-section of views and diversity of parts, depicting in more detail the second variant implementation of the heat shield 80. As depicted, the heat shield 80 is attached adjacent to the inner surface of the vessel 22 for a fire opposite the handle 40b. The heat shield 80 includes openings that are aligned with the holes on the handle 40b and capacity 22 to fire, and can be used the same fittings 56b, 58b to attach a heat shield 80 to the tank 22 for a fire. It should be noted, however, that additional nuts, which are placed between the heat shield 80 and the container 22 to fire and which provide a distance between the heat shield 80 and the inner surface of the tank 22 for a fire. The heat shield 80 includes a region 82 along the perimeter edge and a Central region 84. Region 82 along the perimeter edge of the heat shield 80 is at least in close proximity to the inner surface of the container 22 for the fire that surrounds a Central region of thermal screen. At least the area of the Central region 84 of thermal screen is at a distance from the inner surface of the tank 22 for a fire. In the depicted configuration, it is preferable because the heat source (i.e. charcoal) is approximately the same height as the heat shield. So fresh cold air may flow into the at least partially enclosed volume to better isolate the handle. As with the first variant implementation, the second option is the implementation of a heat shield 80 is made of sheet metal containing stainless steel, thus the heat shield 80 has a reflective surface to reduce heat transfer by radiation.

1. 2. BBQ grill according to claim 1, in which the heat shield is attached adjacent to the outer surface of the cooking chamber and located between the outer surface of the cooking chamber and the area of the grip handle.

3. BBQ grill according to claim 2, in which the heat shield contain what it at least one upturned section and the lower part, which have a location spaced from the outer surface of the cover, and at least one upturned plot made with the possibility of location laterally from the handle for directing heated air from the handle and thus reduce convective heat transfer from the cooking chamber to the handle.

7. BBQ grill of claim 1, wherein the heat shield has a reflective surface to reduce heat transfer by radiation.

8. BBQ grill, containing the cooking chamber formed by tank fire and cover, and the cooking chamber has an internal and an external part; a handle attached to the barbecue grill outside of the cooking chamber, and the handle contains a plot of capture; and a thermal barrier formed at least partially closed volume located inside the cooking chamber between the heated volume of the cooking chamber and the area of the grip handle, and a plot of thermal barrier is located at a distance from the cooking chamber, and at least partially enclosed volume is limited to the first wall and the second wall, the first wall has a the area around the perimeter of the edge, which is adjacent to the second wall.

9. BBQ grill of claim 8, in which the first wall is formed of a heat shield containing sheet metal that is attached adjacent the inner surface of the cooking chamber and opposite the handle, and a second wall formed by the wall of the cooking chamber.

10. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to cutlets manufacture. The method envisages forming meat or chicken or fish mince cutlet evenly coated on all sides with croquette mass casing. Cutlet pieces are cooled to a temperature equal to 2-6 degrees Celsius, put into mortises on the surface of the lower part of the griddle, covered with the upper part of the griddle with mortises for enclosing the upper part of the cutlet pieces. One introduces stick parts (within the range of 0.3 - 0.7 of the total stick length), preliminarily greased with egg yolk, into every cutlet through the side holes. The cutlets are fried on the griddle till complete readiness. The cutlets are unloaded onto paper towels. The bottom consists of two fixedly connected layers made of different materials motonically increasing from the center to the periphery. The contact line is made in the wavelike amplitude and the ratio to the wave length. Besides the maximum wave amplitude doesn't exceed 0,1-0,3 of the thickness of the most thin layer. The method of multilayer bottom production includes the connection of different materials by explosive welding.
