The present invention relates to loaded on top of the washing machine, in particular to a machine for washing clothes, the appropriate restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims. In addition, the present invention also relates to a method of operation of such a machine.

Known washing machines are equipped with doors for closing the openings providing access to the interior of the drum. These washing machines typically include a pair of doors, each of which is attached to the drum of the said access openings, in particular, by means of spring-loaded hinges. Free sites of doors, in particular of land located opposite the spring-loaded hinges, equipped with a locking system that includes a plurality of hooks located on the first door, and plenty of slots located on the second door, and open ends of the hooks facing towards the outer area of the drum. Spring hinges tend to open the mentioned first and second doors to the outside, therefore, when the locking elements of the system are engaged, the hooks of the first door into the cutouts of the second door. To open the door, you need to apply force in the direction to the interior of the drum.

However, the system described above has several disadvantages, namely, that the door can open the sterile due to unforeseen their travels, which is mainly caused by the movement of the drum or friction and shock linen on the inner wall of the door.

For this reason, were designed doors that contain the retaining means, opposing the release of the hooks from the slots when the doors are closed.

In the art there are several locking means, which essentially contain the ledge, which can be intentionally removed by a user of the washing machine by using the appropriate means. The above-mentioned protrusion prevents the mutual movement of the doors when the latter are closed.

In the document FR 2289659 disclosed a device of this type, in which the protrusion is located at the end leaf spring in the area corresponding to the second door, and provided with slots. These protrusion can be removed when bent leaf spring, which is equipped with a pushbutton and which is tensioned on the lower portion of the bracket, the limiting directed outward movement of leaf spring.

In document EP 0402252 described other safety device containing a protrusion that can be intentionally removed by the user. In this device this ledge contains a push button protruding from the hollow support under the action of the spring. Mentioned push button comprises a base adjacent to the flange of the hollow support, while limiting the stroke of the push button up and to the bottom of the recess in the hollow support while limiting the stroke of the push button down.

However, these devices also suffers from significant shortcomings, as it may happen that the door will be opened during the wash cycle due to defective engagement of the hooks in the slots, causing serious damage to the washing machine and contained in her underwear. In fact, in this situation, the drum will continue to rotate and the door will be heavily hit on the inner wall of the washing machine. In addition, the opening of the door during the wash cycle may also endanger the user of the washing machine, in particular, if the door opens during rotation of the drum at high speed.

With the above primary object of the present invention is to remedy these disadvantages by creating a downloadable top of the washing machine, in particular for washing, which helps prevent any damage, as the washing machine, and it contains linen accidental opening of the door during the wash caused, in particular, the movement of the drum, friction linen on the inner walls of the doors or improper engagement of the hooks in the slots.

An additional object of the present invention is to create downloadable from the top of the washing machine, in particular for linen, which is safe for the user in case of accidental opening of the doors at the time of washing.

These tasks are loaded on top of the washing machine, in particular for washing, and the way it works, characterized by the features set forth in the attached claims, which is an integral part of the present description.

Additional objectives, features and advantages of the present invention will become clearer from the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings, which are provided as non-limiting example.

Figure 1 and 2A, the position 1 is indicated generally loaded on top of a washing machine according to the present invention. Washing machine 1 may be a machine for washing clothes, drying clothes or washing machine with dryer.

Washing machine 1 includes a control unit (not shown in the drawings)adapted to control the operation mentioned washing machine 1, the tank 10 has an inlet opening 11 and the drum 20 mounted for rotation in the circle, essentially, the horizontal axis And inside the tank 10. To the drum 20 is attached at least one door 21, 22 to allow access to the interior of the drum 20.

With an inlet opening 11 in a known manner interacts located above it cover (not shown).

According to the present invention of the washing machine 1 includes a safety device 31, 32, 33, connected with the said tank 10 and/or the drum 20. This safety device allows said control unit to determine the open/closed state of at least one of the doors 21, 22, in particular, when the drum 20 rotates within the tank 10.

The safety device comprises a first element 31 that is associated with the tank 10, in particular with the inner edge 12 of the loading opening 11, and the second element 32 associated with the at least one door 21, 22, in particular with the outer surface of the door(21), (22).

Shown in figure 1 the position of the first element 31 provides some advantages in terms of maintenance, because the relationship with the inner edge 12 of the loading opening 11 facilitates the access to the first element 31. However, this explaining the image should not be considered as limiting, since the first element 31 can be located in any IU is the tank 10, for example at the top, bottom or one side of the drum 20.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention mentioned first 31 and second 32 elements contain the means of the magnetic detection to determine the open/closed state of the mentioned at least one of the doors 21, 22. In particular, the first element 31 includes a magnetic sensor, for example, based on the Hall effect, which is adapted to detect the passage of the permanent magnet contained in the second element 32.

In the first element 31 transmits the information about the distance to the second element 32 in the control unit of the washing machine 1. This information is transmitted for each passage of the second element 32 by the first element during the wash cycle, and if the distance between the first element 31 and the second element 32 does not match the predetermined value, the control unit of the washing machine 1 stops the rotation of the drum 20 within the tank 10, stopping the wash cycle.

This prevents any damage to the washing machine 1 and contained in her underwear in case of accidental opening of the mentioned at least one of the doors 21, 22 during washing, thereby eliminating any danger for the user of the washing machine 1.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the aforementioned at least one door 21, 22 presented yet a first door 21 with a plurality of hooks 23 and the second door 22 with many of the slots 24. The said hooks 23 and the above-mentioned slits 24 are located so that when the first 21 and the second door 22 is closed under the action of the return spring 25, the hooks 23 are engaged with the slots 24.

The first door 21 includes a push button 26, in particular made of plastic, which controls the locking means (not shown in the drawings)adapted to prevent reciprocal translational movement of the first 21 and second 22 doors and difficulties of exit hooks 23 from engagement with the slots 24.

In a preferred embodiment, the washing machine 1 according to the present invention the second element (32) of the safety device is associated with the push button 26. This facilitates the connection of the second element 32 of the safety device with the first door 21. Moreover, when performing a push button 26 of plastic material of the second element 32 of the safety device can be easily formed together with it.

Alternatively, the second element 32 of the safety device can be attached to the push button 26 by a weld, or screws, or by any other known connection details.

Shown in figure 1 and 2A, the location of the second element 32, shown only as a non-limiting example, because the second element 32 can be set g is e-or at the first door 21 or the second door 22. However, preferably the second element 32 of the safety device shall be located on any door 21 or 22 at the same depth as the first element 31 of the safety device, and referred to the depth extends in the direction of the axis of rotation of the drum 20 to reduce the distance between the first 31 and second 32 elements of the safety device. This allows to increase the sensitivity of the specified first element 31. In addition, in a particularly preferred embodiment, the second element 32 of the safety device should be placed on any door 21 or 22 at the greatest possible distance from the return spring 25 of the door 21 or 22, which is the second element 32. Thus, in fact, a given angular displacement of each of these doors 21 and 22 causes the maximum linear displacement of the second element 32 of the safety device, thereby facilitating the detection of the first element 31 of the safety device is closed properly the condition of the doors 21 and 22.

In particular, as shown in figa and 2b, the safety device 31, 32, 33 of the washing machine 1 includes an elastic element 33, which provides the mechanical closing of the doors 21 and 22 properly.

This elastic element 33 includes a first section 34, the lighting is separate for connection with the second door 22 by suitable fastening means. In particular, the first portion 34 of the elastic element is attached to the side of the second door 22 facing the inner part of the drum 20 when the doors are closed 21 and 22. In addition, the elastic element 33 includes a second section 35 in the form of a curved leaf spring adapted for insertion into the slot 24 of the second door 22.

The elastic element 33 provides the proper closing of the doors 21 and 22, even when the user when closing the doors doing something wrong. In fact, it may happen that the user engages the said doors 21 and 22 are wrong, so that the hooks 23 of the first door 21 is not fully pushed into the slots 24 of the second door 22, and the Central peak 23A mentioned hooks 23 lying opposite edges of the slot 24. This would inevitably have led to a sudden opening of the doors 21 and 22 during operation of the washing machine 1. According to the present invention, the above-mentioned operation method of a washing machine includes the following steps:

(A) actuation of the drum 20 to rotate within the tank 10 and the beginning of the wash cycle;

B) actuation of the safety device 31, 32, 33, associated with the tank 10 and/or the drum 20, to provide the possibility of determining the said control unit open/closed state of at least one of the doors 21 and 22.

In accordance with the present invention step C) actuate the safety devices 31, 32, 33 includes a step (C) actuation of the first element 31 of the safety device associated with the tank 10, in particular, with the inner edge 12 of the loading opening 11 for detecting the passage of the second element 32 of the safety device and information about a distance between the first 31 and second 32 elements.

In addition, during step (C) may follow the step (D) enabling the control unit to stop the rotation of the drum 20 within the tank 10, if the distance between the first 31 and second 32 elements of the safety device does not match a predetermined value. According to the present invention step A) actuation of the drum 20 to the beginning of the wash cycle may precede the step of testing comprising the step (E), on which the drum 20 is started in such a way as to make a limited number of turns (e.g., one or two turns) at low speed, and step F), which is driven by the first element 31 of the safety device for immediate information on the distance between the first 31 and second 32 elements.

Finally, for step (E) actuating the first element 31 of the safety device can be followed:

any wash cycle, if the distance information between the first 31 and second 32 elements, essentially, corresponds to a predetermined value;

any step G) inclusion of a control unit of the washing machine to stop the rotation of the drum 20, if the distance information between the first 31 and second 32 elements, essentially, does not match a predetermined value.

In addition, the above-mentioned steps (D) and (G) enabling the control unit to stop the rotation of the drum 20 can be supplemented by stage N) actuate the signal means (not shown in the drawings)adapted to preduprezhdeny the user about the doors 21 and 22 of the washing machine has not been properly closed.

Thus, from the above descriptions of the obvious advantages of the washing machine, in particular for washing, and the way it works in accordance with the present invention.

In particular, these advantages consist in the fact that the washing machine according to the present invention prevents any damage to the machine itself and the contained sheets accidental opening of the door during a wash cycle, in particular, caused by the movement of the drum, friction linen on the inner walls of the doors or improper engagement of the hooks in the slots.

Another advantage of this washing machine is that the user of the washing machine is not in danger in case of accidental opening of the door during the wash cycle.

Described in the procedure of example a washing machine and method of operation may be subject to many possible changes without departing from the scope of the invention. It is also clear that in the practical implementation of the invention the illustrated details may have other shapes or may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.

For example, the first 31 and second 32 elements of the safety device may include optical detection means for determining the open/closed is the state of at least one of the doors 21, 22. According to such a variant of the first element 31 of the safety device includes a diode in the emitter/receiver adapted for the emission of the light beam and reception beam of light reflected attached to the second element 32 of the safety reflector device. The resulting information about the distance between the first 31 and second 32 elements is transmitted to the control unit of the washing machine (1).

Thus, it is obvious that the present invention is not limited to the above-described washing machine and method of its operation, but may be subject to many modifications, improvements or replacements of equivalent parts and elements without going beyond the scope of the claims.

Loaded on top of a washing machine (1), in particular, for linen, containing a control unit adapted to control the operation mentioned washing machine (1), tank (10) with an inlet opening (11), drum (20)mounted inside the tank (10) for rotation around an essentially horizontal axis (A), attached to the drum (20) at least one door (21, 22) for access to the interior of the drum (20), characterized in that it contains a safety device (31, 32, 33)associated with the tank (10) and/or the drum (20) and enabling said control unit op is adalat open/closed state of at least one door (21, 22), in particular, when the rotation of the drum (20) inside the tank (10).

2. Washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the safety device includes a first element (31)associated with the tank (10), in particular, with the inner edge (12) feed opening (11), and the second element (32)associated with at least one door (21, 22), in particular, with the external surface of this at least one door (21, 22).

3. Washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first (31) and second (32) elements contain the means of the magnetic detection to determine the open/closed state of at least one door (21, 22).

Washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the first element (31) of the safety device contains a magnetic sensor, in particular based on the Hall effect, is adapted to detect the passage of the permanent magnet contained in the second element (32) of the safety device, with the first element (31) of the safety device is adapted to transmit information about the distance of the second element (32) in the control unit.

5. Washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the first (31) and second (32) elements of safety devices include optical detection means for determining the open/closed state of at least one door (21, 22).

Washing machine according to claim 5, characterized in that the first element (31) of the safety device includes a diode in the emitter/receiver adapted for the emission of the light beam and reception beam of light reflected attached to the second element (32) of the safety reflector device, to transmit information about the distance between the first (31) and second (32) elements in the control unit of the washing machine (1).

Washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one door (21, 22) includes a first door (21) with a plurality of hooks (23) and a second door (22) with many slits (24), and the said hooks (23) and said slot (24) are arranged so that when closed under the action of the return spring (25) of the first (21) and second (22) door hooks (23) engages with the slots (24).

8. Washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the first door (21) contains a push button (26), in particular made of plastic, which interacts with a locking means arranged to prevent mutual relative translational movement of the doors (21, 22).

Washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the second element (32) of the safety device is associated with the push button (26), in particular made of plastic, which interacts with a locking means which has a capability is of avoiding mutual relative translational movement of the doors (21, 22).

10. Washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the safety device comprises an elastic element (33)for mechanical closing of doors (21,22) properly.

11. Washing machine of claim 10, wherein the elastic element (33) includes a first section (34)adapted for connection with the second door (22) via a suitable fastening means, in particular, the first portion (34) of the elastic element attached to the second side of the door (22)facing the inner part of the drum 20 when the doors are closed (21, 22), and the second section (35)containing a curved leaf spring, and mentioned the second section (35) in the form of a curved leaf spring adapted for insertion into the slot (24) of the second door (22).

12. SUBSTANCE: laundry washer of drum type consists of case, of washing drum functioning as drying hopper, of door block, of door opening button, of opening/closing actuating device and of locking device. The case has an aperture on its front side. The door block of a round shape closes the aperture of the case. The door opening button is equipped with the first pivoting shaft, the opening/closing actuating device is equipped with the second pivoting shaft and the device is designed to turn under hold down force applied to the door opening button. In the position of aperture case closing the locking device for fixation of the door block operates in interconnected motion with the opening/closing actuating device, and it releases the door block changing its closed state to an open one under hold down force applied the door opening button. The door block is oriented so, that normal of the first pivoting shaft is inclined relative to the second pivoting shaft and is directed to the centre of the door block.

Motor control circuit (10) for brushless motor (12) of washing machine comprises stage (14) of inverter, to control brushless motor power, and control stage (16) intended for generating control signals for cascade (14) of inverter. Control cascade activates cascade of inverter by means of control wires (46a, 46b, 46c, 48a, 48b, 48c). Protection circuit (50) is provided for disconnection of control wires.

EFFECT: technical result is elimination of activation of engine stage by inverter control cascade until voltage is supplied to control cascade.
