The technical field to which the present invention

The present invention relates to a method of sterilizing a cosmetic product, in which the mentioned cosmetic product consists of the fluid circulating under high pressure in the sterilization loop, the method of sterilization is sequentially performing the following operations: (a) pre-heating the sterilized product, (b) rapid heating of the sterilized product to a high temperature, (C) immediate cooling of the sterilized product and (g) the acclimatization of the product in a sterile atmosphere.

The present invention relates to the field of cosmetology, in particular to the production of cosmetic products.

The present invention specifically relates to a method of sterilizing a cosmetic product and device for implementing this method.

The background to the present invention

In order to improve the safety of cosmetic products in their composition is administered preservatives, which are designed to preserve the properties of the cosmetic product, while simultaneously protecting it from the factors of damage. The preservatives listed in the list approved by the competent authorities. One of the groups of conservative are parabens (esters of para-oksibenzoynoy key is lots) which have the ability to slow the growth of fungi and bacteria. However, the preservatives in this group are inherent to the disadvantage that they are to the human body of toxic and pose a danger to the health of the user.

Therefore manufacturers try to replace parabens on other components that can serve as preservatives. However, they use components are not always present in 30 approved lists and not fully meet the requirements.

So instead of using preservatives began to think about the sterilization of cosmetic products. From the prior art there are several methods and devices for sterilization cosmetic products using heating to a temperature of from 50 to 80 degrees Celsius - see, for example, the publication of JP 60025907 and JP 10025235. However, the device used is not fully satisfy the requirements from the point of view of the shelf life of the product, and complex in execution.

So they began to think about sterilized at very high temperatures in the range from 135 to 150 degrees Celsius, while the fluid circulates through a certain path, passing through the heating and cooling baths. Such a device is described in the publication US 2002/164159 and is suitable for sterilizing products of several types, such as cosmetic products, but is designed specifically for the sterilization of milk.

This device has the inherent disadvantage that it is intended for sterilization of a single product. The duration of sterilization in this device is coordinated with the length of the circuit. Therefore, each unit is designed only for a single product has a specific viscosity. In addition, the duration of sterilization is very high, about 80 minutes, and the circulation is carried out in a tubular heat exchanger, which uses the Joule. High temperatures combined with long duration are forced to resort to high-speed (about 5 m/s) circulation of the product.

It was also suggested other solutions, see, for example, the publication US 5976595, in which is disclosed the use of an electromagnetic field, which is irradiated with the product and, thus, heats it, and then subjecting the product to a cooling water-glycol bath to a temperature of approximately 15 degrees Celsius. However, such a device is not fully meet the requirements due to its complexity and high cost of its use and the resulting product. In addition, one specific setting can be used only for one specific product with a specific viscosity.

A brief description of the invention

The purpose of the proposed image is to be placed is overcoming the shortcomings of the prior art by creating a method for obtaining a cosmetic product, when the composition of the cosmetic product does not add preservatives.

In addition, according to the present invention, the same setting allows sterilization of cosmetic products with different densities and different viscosity. According to the invention, the control duration of sterilization operations, i.e. heating and cooling is carried out by regulating the circulation pressure.

According to the invention, a method is sterilization cosmetic product by quickly bringing its temperature to a high value and then rapidly cooling to a specific device.

Thus, the present invention relates to a method of sterilizing a cosmetic product, in which sterilized cosmetic product formed fluid medium circulating through a certain path, passing through the corresponding temperature of the bath under pressure, which is regulated in accordance with the mentioned viscosity of the fluid. This method is characterized by the fact that it includes the following sequentially performed operations: (a) pre-heat sterilized cosmetic product in the bath pre-heating, (b) fast, within a few seconds, the heat sterilisable Kosmet is ical product to high temperatures in a high temperature bath, (b) immediate and rapid cooling of the sterilized cosmetic product in the low-temperature glycol bath and (d) the conditioning of a cosmetic product in a sterile atmosphere, i.e. the adoption of measures to preserve the product in a fresh condition.

In addition, the present invention relates to a device for the above-described method of sterilization cosmetic product that contains sterilizing circuit, implemented with the possibility of circulating fluid under controlled pressure to ensure consistent completion of this fluid environment through: (a) means for pre-heating a fluid medium, made in the form of baths with the medium whose temperature is increased to a certain value, (b) a means for heating the fluid to a high temperature, made in the form of baths with the medium whose temperature is raised to a certain (high) values, (C) a means for cooling fluid is made in the form of a glycol bath, and (d) means for conditioning the product in a sterile atmosphere.

Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the subsequent detailed description of examples of its implementation, does not limit the present invention, with reference to alagaesia drawing, which schematically illustrates a stage of the method according to the invention.

Detailed description of the invention

The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for sterilization of a cosmetic product with the use of ultra-high-temperature processing of the product related to the field of agricultural and food products.

Ultra-high-temperature sterilization is pre-heated cosmetic product followed by heating it to a high temperature within a short period of time before cooling to room temperature, after which the thus treated cosmetic product is packaged under sterile conditions.

Thus, according to the invention, the essence of the proposed method is to pre-heat sterilized cosmetic product, heating it for a short time to a high temperature and subsequent cooling.

The drawing shows a device for sterilizing a cosmetic product according to the invention.

According to the invention a feature of the proposed method is that sterilized cosmetic product circulates in the sterilization circuit 1. So received in the sterilization loop 1 of sterilized is used cosmetic product during sterilization processing and subsequent packaging is no longer in contact with the external environment, making it possible to avoid any risk of contamination of the cosmetic product after sterilization.

Air conditioning, i.e. packaging a cosmetic product is carried out in a sterile atmosphere. In preferred embodiments of the proposed invention sterile conditioning treatment 2 contains filtered air ceiling blowing. Packaging a cosmetic product is carried out under reduced pressure without admission of air from the outside to avoid contamination.

Sterilization circuit 1 is made with the possibility of circulating therein a fluid medium under pressure. The said sterilizing circuit 1 is made in the form of a pipe 3, in which fluid under pressure flows from the inlet 4 to the outlet 5.

Inlet 4 at the end of the pipe 3 are the source of the product and the pump 6, which provides the pressure in the sterilization circuit 1.

The outlet 5 at the other end of the pipe 3 at the level of the sterile conditioning means 2 is located an adjusting means 7 designed for pressure control, namely the control valve.

According to one of embodiments of the present invention sterilizing circuit 1 is made in the form of a coil, vnutrikorovogo circulates sterilized fluid cosmetic product. In preferred embodiments of the proposed invention the internal diameter of such a coil is 5 mm According to one of preferred embodiments of the present invention sterilizing circuit 1 is made of stainless steel pipeline with a diameter from 5 mm to 10 mm Parts coil, immersed in each bath, to be discussed next, have the same length. In addition, the round shape, namely the form of a helix, provides uniform heating and cooling of the product circulating in the sterilization loop.

It should be noted that an important feature of the invention is that the cosmetic product should be a fluid environment. The pressure inside the sterilization of the circuit 1 is adjusted depending on the viscosity of this fluid. Depending on the implementation of the present invention and the nature of the fluid in the sterilization loop 1 this pressure may be in the range from 8 bar to 160 bar, preferably from 80 bar to 120 bar. When such a high pressure is better emulsion product, particularly a cosmetic product.

Sterilization circuit 1 sequentially (which, however, is not a limiting feature) passes through redtwo preheats 8, the heating means 9 and the cooling means 10.

According to a preferred variant implementation of the invention, each of the tools mentioned (means preheats 8, the heating means 9 and the cooling means 10) made in the form of baths containing environment whose temperature is brought to an appropriate value depending on the type of the bath, i.e. whether it is heating or cooling.

According to a preferred variant implementation of the invention the cooling means 10 is a glycol bath whose temperature is -10 degrees Celsius, the means of pre-heating 8 is a bath whose temperature is 90 degrees Celsius, so that she was provided with heat sterilized cosmetic product to a temperature of at least 70 degrees Celsius, and the heating means 9 is a hot bath, the temperature of which is 180 degrees Celsius, so that she was provided with heat sterilized cosmetic product to a temperature of at least 135 degrees Celsius. It should be noted, however, that the values of the temperature of each bath can singular be changed depending on the nature of the cosmetic product to be female sterilization in the AI.

In most cases, the temperature of each bath is maintained at the same level and subject to change only the length of time during which the fluid medium flows through one or the other tub. The invention essentially consists in moving sterilized cosmetic product from one temperature zone to another temperature zone with the regulation length of stay in these temperature zones.

Through ultra-high-temperature zone is carried out quickly, for a time not exceeding a few seconds. In particular, the duration of the passage of sterilized cosmetic product through the heating means 9 may be reduced to 3 seconds.

The duration of passage of sterilized cosmetic product through a particular temperature zone can be adjusted by changing the pressure, taking into account the viscosity of the fluid passing through the sterilization loop 1.

Serial passage from ultra-high-temperature zone to the low temperature zone, preferably having a negative temperature Celsius, promotes sterility and safety of a cosmetic product. In fact, even if the cosmetic product does not acquire negative temperature, quenching predator which prevent its degradation.

Finally, thanks sterilization system, similar to the so-called ultra-high-temperature method, using the present invention in a continuous mode without making changes to the installation process cosmetic products of different viscosity.

The sterilization method according to the present invention will find particular use for a number of cosmetic products based on thermal waters. High-temperature sterilization allows essentially to support mineral and trace element composition of water. These cosmetic products, in particular, include water and cleaning lotions, cleaning gels, shampoos, emulsions of the type oil-in-water, etc.

Obviously, the invention is not limited to the described and illustrated above examples, and may have variations and modifications are within the scope of the invention.
