SUBSTANCE: regular head piece for counter-flow heat-mass-exchange units consists of vertically installed inclined texturised plates the projections of which contact each other. Texturised plates contain many projections of pyramid shape, which represent flattened tetrahedrons in upper part of which a hole is made.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency of uniform distribution of gas and liquid flows across cross section of the unit.

 

The invention relates to the field of heat transfer, in particular to the field of heat exchangers, and can be used as an element of heat and mass transfer devices General purpose, namely, in the processes of distillation, absorption, adsorption of natural gas, as well as mixers for liquid and gas flows, as separators phases in the separation device, as contact elements in the capacitors of mixing and can be used in almost all industrial processes, oil and gas industry.

Known (AHISKALI. Processes and equipment of oil and gas processing and petrochemistry. - M.: Nedra, 2000, s-264, .VII-26) regular nozzle, representing the package installed vertically perforated corrugated sheets, shirring which is executed at a certain angle to the vertical, and adjacent sheets are directed in opposite directions.

The disadvantage of the existing nozzle is low efficiency due to the lack of path flows in the channels of the nozzle guide or separation of the elements that could contribute to a better redistribution of gas (vapor) and liquid in the nozzle layer, and also the significant entrainment of the liquid phase with the gas phase.

Known (RU, patent 2188706) regular nozzle, consisting of a VERTIC is correctly installed corrugated sheets, contact protruding corrugations with each other, with the corrugations of adjacent sheets are directed relative to each other in opposite directions. Each corrugated sheet is made with a back concave elements, which are located at the intersection of parallel lines with the edges of the corrugation. On flutes along parallel lines at their intersections with the edges of the corrugation made transverse incisions, each incision placed back concave elements in the form of a triangle with a base equal to the length of the incision, with the vertices located on the edges of the corrugation, and bent in such a way that breaklines are located on the back of concave edges, bumps, and cuts with back concave elements are made and flutes on the reverse side of the sheet. Parallel lines, intersecting ribs bumps in places run back concave elements are at an angle of 60-90° to the edges of the corrugation. Between the corrugated sheets are installed perforated sheet or grid.

The disadvantages of the known nozzle is manufacturing complexity and low efficiency in environments with increased pollution and prone to sludge formation, which is associated with the presence of a back concave elements, sheet perforated and mesh material between the corrugated plates, which contribute to the deposition of Zagreb is znani on the surface of such elements, their clogging and reduce the efficiency of the nozzle.

Known (US patent 4643853,) regular nozzle for flow of heat and mass transfer apparatus, which is made of a vertically installed corrugated sheets in contact protruding corrugations with each other. The corrugations on each of the sheets are located on the diagonal and is made with holes or notches along or across bumps.

The disadvantage of this nozzle is that it is not effectively provides uniform distribution of gas and liquid flow in cross-section of the device.

This decision was taken as the nearest equivalent.

The technical problem to be solved by the developed design is to optimize the heat transfer.

The technical result obtained by the implementation of the developed design regular packing for counter-flow heat and mass transfer apparatus, is to increase the efficiency of uniform distribution of gas and liquid flow in cross-section of the device.

To achieve the technical result of the proposed use regular nozzle for counter-flow heat and mass transfer apparatus of the developed design. Regular nozzle for flow of heat and mass transfer devices are developed design sostoi is installed inclined embossed sheets, contact ledges of relief with each other, and the relief is formed by a set of pyramid-shaped protrusions. In one implementation options of the design projections are truncated tetrahedra, in the upper part that has a hole. Preferably the size of the base of the protrusion ranges from 5 mm to 400 mm, and the length of the side face from 5 mm to 400 mm

The implementation of the relief in this way allowed us to optimize the distribution of gas and liquid flow in cross-section of the apparatus and thereby to increase the efficiency of heat and mass transfer in separation of multicomponent mixtures, to reduce the hydraulic resistance due to the formation of one element inclined distributed flows, aimed in different directions, to increase the intensification of mass transfer by optimizing flow distribution over the surface of the sheet and to simplify the design.

Designed so the leaves were allowed to get the design of the nozzle, ensuring the reduction of hydraulic resistance, improved contact between the gas and liquid streams.

The applicant is not known constructions of regular nozzles, in which the efficiency of heat and mass transfer, reducing the hydraulic resistance due to the formation of one element inclined distributed streams, n is pointed in different directions, increasing intensification of mass transfer due to the topography of the sheet inside the nozzle layer and the simplification of the structure was achieved in a similar manner.

Regular nozzle for heat and mass transfer apparatus in the preferred embodiment is made of a vertically installed embossed sheets, contact protruding relief elements with each other.

The offered nozzle is easy to manufacture, can be made by rolling or stamping.

Use regular packing for counter-flow heat and mass transfer apparatus of the developed design can improve efficiency and uniform distribution of gas and liquid flow in cross-section of the device.

SUBSTANCE: proposed counterflow plate ceramic matrix-ring recuperator is designed in the form of a row of cylindrical heat-exchange matrices of identical width and different diameter. Matrices are installed one into another coaxially. The matrix is a cylindrical sleeve assembled in the form of a pile of flat circular sheets - plates with holes and transverse slots that create a system of longitudinal channels when the plates are folded, and whenever matrices are coaxially installed one into another - a system of short transverse channels with a certain circumferential pitch. Holes in circular sheets create axial channels in the space, in which flows of heated air and heating gases that do not mix anywhere move separately in opposite directions. Along the perimetre of walls of openings in each plate with a certain pitch there is at least one intensifier arranged to renew a border layer, for instance, in the form of transverse grooves, systems of holes, ledges, etc.

EFFECT: considerable improvement of characteristics of regular plate recuperators used in open cycle gas-turbine plants.

SUBSTANCE: plate-type heat exchanger includes multiple first and second heat exchange plates located near each other for formation of pack of plates, which has enveloping end side and the first gaps between plates for the first medium and the second gaps between plates for the second medium. The first heat exchange plate forms together with the second heat exchange plate a pair of heat exchange plates. Pack of plates includes a lot of such pairs. Each heat exchange plate has two holes which form passages passing through pack of plates and interconnected with the first gaps between plates. The second gaps between plates are open through the enveloping end side. Every first heat exchange plate includes the first bent part that interacts with bent part of the second heat exchange plate in order to ensure that those two heat exchange plates will occupy the specified position relative to each other. Each hole of the first heat exchange plate interacts with the corresponding hole of the second heat exchange plate to ensure that each pair will occupy the specified position relative to adjacent pairs.

SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger is proposed, comprising a packet of plates, in every of which there is at least one row of hollow cone-shaped ledges arranged, besides, ledges of one plate enter holes near base of the adjacent plate ledges to form pipe cavities for passage of one of fluids (for instance, hot water) through the heat exchanger. Proposed method comprises: using open reactor made up of set of plates to form, at least, one unit with reaction chamber formed between two heat exchange lateral chambers that serve to circulate heat exchange working fluid, appliances to feed continuous flow of one or several reagents into reaction chambers and appliances to feed continuous flow of working fluid into two lateral chambers, construction of reactor dynamic model on the basis of reaction chamber model and heat exchange between reaction chamber and lateral chambers for circulation of working fluid. Note here that dynamic model incorporates material and power balance equations and limitative equations. It comprises also applying integrating programming means to dynamic model to solve aforesaid equations, determination and optimisation of a number of reactor sizes by correcting parametres, i.e. the number of points of feed into reaction chamber, direction of working fluid flow relative to reaction medium, nature and distribution of working fluid, reaction chamber volume and/or volumes of lateral chambers for working fluid circulation and/or reactor physical parametres, namely, temperatures, pressures, compositions or reaction medium and working fluid flow rates. Besides it comprises producing plate-type reactor in compliance with optimised parametres, measuring said parametres, and testing reactor serviceability.

EFFECT: possibility to ensure preset reaction yield at required temperature constraints and variable reaction parametres.

Regular packing consists of contact packs 1 arranged spaced apart along apparatus height and made up of corrugated sheets 2 mounted vertically and in parallel to stay in contact by extending crimps 3 so that free channels 4 are formed. Sets of spacings 6 are fitted between said contact packs and made up of bulk elements arranged in rows. Every said bulk element represents triangular prism 8 with two convex top faces and concave bottom face. Prism lattice surface features identical-shape holes with free area. Height of aforesaid packs 1 relates to that of set of spacings 6 as 2:1. Total height of said set makes, at least, two rows of prisms turned through 90° in adjacent rows. Corrugated sheets 2 of adjacent contact packs are turned through 60-120° relative to each other in horizontal plane.

Proposed device comprises box-like nearly plane parallel elements made up of nearly vertical and parallel webs and turbulisers. Said webs have two walls arranged across plane parallel elements. Turbulisers are arranged between said webs and provided with said flanges arranged in parallel. Web widths equals or exceeds that of turbulisers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of decomposing high-boiling by-products of production of isoprene from isobutylene and formaldehyde by mixing high-boiling by-products with superheated water vapour and contact with a catalyst in one or two deck-type reactors while heating to obtain isoprene, formaldehyde and isobutylene, characterised by that liquid high-boiling by-products are first evaporated and superheated to temperature 300-350°C together with water vapour in ratio 1:1.0-1.2 in the convection part of a vapour-superheating furnace in a system of straight pipes fitted with a self-contained collector, and then mixed in a mixer with superheated water vapour to weight ratio 1:3.0-4.0, and then fed at 400-450°C into a reactor, in the over-catalyst zone of which there is a clearing-distribution grid with common clear area of 15%, having 20 mm holes and caps with diameter of 100 mm and height of 80 mm.

EFFECT: use of the present method enables to loser specific consumption of water vapour when splitting high-boiling by-products with simultaneous increase in output of desired products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rectification equipment, particularly, to regular attachments of rectification columns. Most promising is using proposed attachment for vacuum rectification column. Proposed attachment consists of one or several rolls of required length consisting of alternating layers of corrugated mesh and flat mesh arranged to form screw steam passage channels there between. FIELD: chemical industry; fine gas separation from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorbing and rectifying columns.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of chemical industry and intended for fine separation of gas from a liquid at reconstruction of separators and filter-separators of the absorptive and rectifying columns. The multi-cartridge ring-type separating nozzle contains: a cover, a filtering unit, a device of water separation, an inlet connection pipe connected with the filtering unit by a pin, gas-distributing discs fixed to the pin. The filtering unit is made in the form of mesh cartridges mounted one on another. At that the internal surfaces of the mesh cartridges form a gas-distributing collector. The device of water separation is made in the form of the overflowing pipes located in the cartridges and mounted under them the drain pans with the axial apertures. Each mesh cartridge is supplied with a baffle made in the form of a plain disk with an axial aperture and a ring-type bead along the disc perimeter. Each mesh is formed by simultaneous winding of two parallel bands of the mesh, one of which is made out of a flat mesh, and the other - out of a corrugated mesh. On the side of its cylindrical internal surface a mesh cartridge is supplied with a cylindrical perforated shell. At that the first layers of the mesh band are fixed to the perforated shell by metal staples or welded to the perforated shell. At least two external layers of each mesh band are fixed by metal staples. The number of the mesh cartridges makes 6. The overflowing pipes are installed uniformly around the nozzle on a circumference, diameter of which makes from 0.85 up to 0.92 of the external diameter of the mesh cartridge and the diameter of a flow area of each overflowing pipe makes from 0.038 up to 0.05 of the external diameter of a mesh cartridge, and the total area of apertures of the shell perforation makes from 50 up to 60 % of the area of the internal cylindrical surface of the shell. In result the invention allows to increase efficiency of separation at the expense of prevention of the separated liquid accumulation in the cartridges of the nozzle.

EFFECT: the invention ensures increase efficiency of separation and prevention of the separated liquid accumulation in the cartridges of the nozzle.
