FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: tow hitch is made in the form of rods, eyelets and two mutually perpendicular axles of different diameters, with a smaller diameter axle that passes through a hole in the large-diameter axle for rotation and is connected through the eyelet with a thrust, and the axle of diameter is inserted with a gap into eyelets of a stretcher section of the loading elevator.

EFFECT: free movement of the machine in three directions with respect to the loading elevator, simplified design, reduction of overall size and weight of the loading elevator.

The invention relates to the field of mining engineering and can be used in the construction of mining machines, namely, loaders and trailers conveyors for transportation of rocks.

Famous loader harvester PC-9R (see "Tunneling machines", AIESEC, Vignudelli, Ulakov. M.: Nedra, 1974, str-159), which its front end is suspended by means of ball heel to the rear of the harvester PC-9R. The disadvantage of this technical solution is the low reliability of ball bearings at high angles rise material handler in communication with a limited angle of movement of the ball joint at the heel.

The closest technical solution adopted for the prototype, is the material handler (patent RU №2313669 C1, AS 27/00, E21D 9/12, from 27.12.2007, bull.№36), in which the turnbuckle is made in the form of two rings arranged coaxially to each other and interconnected for rotation relative to each other, and the one ring rigidly mounted on the conveyor of the combine, and the other ring is made with vertical grooves cheeks, covering the loader and connected to the loader through the vertical slots of the cheeks and eyes loader. The disadvantage of such a braking system is the inability of the free movement of the harvester relative to the loader, the complexity of the design, large overall dimensions and weight.

The present invention is the provision of free movement in three directions of the harvester relative to the loader, simplifying the design, reducing overall size and weight of a hitch.

The inventive loader equipped with a towing device having the following features:

- turnbuckle made in the form of traction lugs and two mutually perpendicular axes of different diameters;

the axis of the smaller diameter passes through the hole in the axis of the larger diameter rotatably connected through the eyelet with a thrust;

the axis of the larger diameter is inserted with a gap in the eyes of the tension section of the material handler.

Comparison of the claimed material handler prototype allows to make a conclusion about the absence in the latter of signs similar to a distinctive signs in the claimed material handler:

- turnbuckle made in the form of traction lugs and two mutually perpendicular axes of different diameters;

the axis of the smaller diameter passes through the hole in the axis of the larger diameter rotatably connected through the eyelet with a thrust;

the axis of the larger diameter is inserted with a gap in the eyes of the tension section of the material handler.

The set of features of the claimed technical devices which is different from the prototype and known similar and should not be explicitly studied the prior art, therefore, the authors believe that the object is new and involves an inventive step.

The proposed solution involves an inventive step and due to the fact that the combination of characteristics, namely:

- turnbuckle made in the form of traction lugs and two mutually perpendicular axes of different diameters;

the axis of the smaller diameter passes through the hole in the axis of the larger diameter rotatably connected through the eyelet with a thrust;

the axis of the larger diameter is inserted with a gap in the eyes of the tension section of the loader solves the problem: ensuring free movement in three directions of the harvester relative to the loader, simplifying the design, reducing the size and weight of a hitch loader.

The invention represents a definite step in the development of technology and is a progressive, because it allows to provide free movement in three directions of the harvester relative to the loader, to simplify the design, reduce the size and weight of a hitch loader.

These characteristics are related to each other so that when the removal of one of them disappears produced by the invention of the technical result. The loader, which claimed the invention may find wide application in mining engineering,ie is industrially applicable technical solution.

The achievement of the technical result when the loader is provided that:

- turnbuckle made in the form of traction lugs and two mutually perpendicular axes of different diameters;

the axis of the smaller diameter passes through the hole in the axis of the larger diameter rotatably connected through the eyelet with a thrust;

the axis of the larger diameter is inserted with a gap in the eyes of the tension section of the material handler.

Such a construction trailer unit allows you to provide free movement in three directions of the harvester relative to the material handler.

The loader contains (1) turnbuckle 1, containing (2, 3) axis 9, 10, the lugs 11, 12, rod 13, the finger 14, cotter pins 15, becoming 2, a tension section 3, the drive section 4, the end section 5, section monorail 6, the suspension 7, the tape 8.

Work material handler in the following order:

- (1) sections of the monorail 7 are fixed to the upper lining elements production;

- material handler (figure 1) attaches to the harvester by using (2) of the finger 14 and secured by a cotter pin 15;

- (1) tape 8 loader natives the use of a tension section 2 and is driven by means (1) drive section 3.

As the harvester (figure 1) sections of the monorail 7 are swapped in the front of the loader.

The design of the trailer unit (2, 3) allows you to move the harvester relative to the material handler in three directions.

The material handler containing the turnbuckle, becoming the loader, the tension and the drive section, end section, section of monorail pendants, characterized in that the turnbuckle is made in the form of traction lugs and two mutually perpendicular axes of different diameter, and the axis of the smaller diameter passes through the hole in the axis of the larger diameter rotatably connected through the eyelet with a thrust, and the axis of the larger diameter is inserted with a gap in the eyes of the tension section of the loader.

SUBSTANCE: in complex based on horizontally closed scraper chain a traction element is arranged as double-chain. Scrapers at side external relative to longitudinal axis of conveyor and at the length of contour equal to length L of the conveyor are arranged with stands perpendicularly aligned to scrapers in the form of beams with equal resistance in mutually perpendicular planes. Detachable cutters are fixed on stands, being aligned aside from conveyor longitudinal axis, besides, height of cutter cutting edges and their location along height from upper plane of scrapers are defined based on mathematical ratios. At the same time total height of cutting edges in all cutters is equal to capacity of mineral bed, and location of scrapers with cutters along conveyor length is accepted as stepped with pitch between cutters l=L/n with increasing height of cutters location on scrapers hi to the side opposite to direction of traction element movement. Besides, height b0 of cutting edge in lower cutter is selected on the condition of providing zone cleaning near bed foundation, and height b1 of cutting edge in the first cutter and height h of its location above upper plane of scraper are selected on the condition of providing strength of unit for fixation of stand with cutter to scraper. All scrapers equipped with cutters, at the side opposite to the cutters are equipped with additional vertically aligned stands of the same height, with the possibility of their interaction with vertical boards of panline both at weight-bearing and idle branches. Surfaces of additional stands at the side of panline boards are coated with a layer of antifriction material.

EFFECT: using scraper chain both as transportation device and a mining device.

Side edges of the auxiliary belt rest on horizontal damping rollers-supports at a section of load flow receipt; they rest on tilted re-loading rollers-supports at the section of re-loading. The facility is equipped with a frame with a vibrator; re-loading rollers-supports are rigidly fixed on the frame. By means of flexible elements the frame is installed on poles and can be vertically reinstalled.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining industry, namely to charging devices for belt conveyors, intended for transportation of large-sized materials. Rotary-vane feeder of conveyor comprises drum, which consists of two rims joined to each other by means of radial blades, support rollers and tray, which are installed on frame. Besides support rollers are installed in pairs on balancing levers, which are hingedly joined to frame. Radial blades are equipped with breaking beams, which are arranged over blades and are connected to them by means of elastic elements.

EFFECT: increased reliability and durability due to reduction of contact tensions between rims and rollers and reduction of dynamic impact loads at blades.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method for travel of mining conveyor section between the first position, co-axial with content of conveyor sections, and the second position of storage, located not endwise the content of conveyor section. Device contains carrier of section and guide, which directs movement of section between the first and the second positions. Additionally device is implemented with ability of connection to manipulation device by composition of conveyor sections so that carrier of section at least partially moves independently of manipulation device. Carrier of section with ability of rotation is connected with guide by means of intermediate pivot pin and allows travel stabiliser. Also it is provided method of travel of mining conveyor section.

SUBSTANCE: it is intended for simultaneous work with the loading machine, boring plant or with timber-mounting mechanisms having the possibility of being moved along the rigid trough line of drag conveyor by means of chainless supply mechanism when performing mine openings by drill and fire method. Pickup mechanism includes drag conveyor with a rigid line, a wedge nose piece which is mounted on the front part of drag conveyor and which serves for penetrating into the mined rock dump and for protecting the transporting member of conveyor against straight blow when breaking up the work face by explosives, two enclosing shields, support plate located in the front part of drag conveyor, power spacer-feed mechanism and the end spacer mechanism. Support plate is made with the possibility of perpendicular movement and attachment thereof relative to longitudinal axis of drag conveyor by means of two T-shaped guide beams and slots of the rigidly mounted semi-jacket, and longitudinal movements of bottom-hole pickup mechanism are performed by means of power spacer-feed mechanism mounted on the guide semi-jacket enveloping the lower part of the drag conveyor trough line, and consisting of two horizontal equally-spaced, parallel, opposite-directed and telescopic spacer hydraulic jacks and two feed hydraulic jacks located along the sides of drag conveyor and hinged to rigid semi-jacket of support plate and to the guide semi-jacket of power spacer-feed mechanism.

EFFECT: development of structural scheme of self-moving pickup mechanism with a rigid trough line designed for taking considerable loads from the mined rock broken with blasting and for moving along the trough line of the loading machine, boring plant or another excavation equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mineral resource industry and can be used for transporting loose masses in wells, coal strip mines and storage areas. On the ends of the conveyer line up to 2 km long there located are power-drive stations which include extension drive shaft installed in the supporting rolling assemblies. At that, on the shaft ends there rigidly fixed are drive sprockets for transmitting rotation to the shaft through flexible chain connections from even number of electric drives, and in the middle of the shaft there rigidly fixed are drive sprockets for the conveyor pull chain drive. At that, on horizontal links of the pull chains there rigidly fixed are drag bars at a distance of 200-300 mm from each other. Metal plates are hinged to the drag bars from above and form a flexible hinged metal transportation belt with friction factor of 0.15.

EFFECT: developing reliable design of drag conveyor, which allows transportation of loose and plate materials for up to 2 km and more with the angle of slope of loose material transportation plane up to 40°, and increasing capacity up to 1500 t/h.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to driving facility for sprockets of chain drives, particularly to drive of scraper-chain transporters or chain plane knives for underground mine developments. Drive incorporates the asynchronous electric engine and a gear box. Also the asynchronous electric engine consists of an engine with feeding from a frequency converter, while there is an intermediary two-speed sprocket gear box in the driving block between an engine shaft and the gear box; the intermediary gear box is designed in particular as the front gear box with one starting and one normal stage, when by means of the latter starting effect in the starting stage can be achieved, which is required for starting of loaded scraper-chain conveyer or for free pulling of the chain plane knife.

SUBSTANCE: complex comprises a receiving wedge part with a loading module, a hopper for exploding and loading, an unloading scraper part, a self-movement mechanism, a pump station, a control panel, a hydraulic manipulator with a drilling machine on a portal trolley moving along a loader column, a safety support moving along guides at hopper boards with the help of sliding carriages. At the same time the inner part of guides at boards of the hopper for exploding and loading is arranged in the form of a geared rack, and wheels of sliding carriages of the safety support - in the form of geared wheels moving along the rack, besides, movement to geared wheels is transferred from electric drives installed inside sliding carriages, and their supply is provided by electric cables wound onto drums installed in a tail part of the hopper for exploding and loading and having a mechanism of automatic winding making it possible to pull a cable from a drum as sliding carriages move along the hopper to the bottomhole, and to wind the cable back onto the drum as sliding carriages move away from the bottomhole.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining, namely, to devices for collection of broken rock from tunneling machine in process of underground mining. Device for removal of broken rock from tunneling machine comprises pipe fixed on partition, conveyor installed inside pipe, holes arranged in pipe for supply of rock and hardener, mechanism of mixing rock and hardener in moulds and opening with gate for rock discharge, which are arranged in the same plane that is transverse to pipe axis at its back end, where a double-arm lever is also installed with compaction mechanisms, being connected to gates. SUBSTANCE: cutter-loader comprises conveyer, loading crane with lugs, hitch to connect loading crane with conveyer. The hitch is arranged over loading crane and includes two rings having inner diameters exceeding conveyer width. The rings are coaxial one to another and connected with each other so that the rings may perform mutual rotation. One ring is fixed to conveyer. SUBSTANCE: control method involves determining vehicle route from distances between vehicle and mine wall measured by means of vehicle sensors, angular vehicle velocity and left and right vehicle wheels or caterpillar velocities, as well as vehicle acceleration with the use of controller to direct vehicle to the nearest route point. Control system has distance and angular position measuring means to determine position of movable bridge conveyer 10 and angular position of associated face chain conveyers 30. Operation booth is located in zone of connection with inclined collapsible drops.

EFFECT: increased compactness, maneuverability and universality of machine, improved quality of cleaning of inter-rail and rail-adjacent space.
