FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to isothermal moulding of magnesium and aluminium alloys. Heat-insulation pad arranged under die and die plate comprises metal sheets. Flexible interlayers are arranged between said sheets. Said sheets are made from metal with heat conductivity lower than 30 W/m·degree while interlayers feature heat conductivity lower than 1 W/m·degree. Pad base and top sheet feature thickness exceeding that of interlayers. Pad base and top sheet have grooves to receive thread bush and flanges aligned therewith. Top sheet is secured to base by said thread bushes and flanges that may displace axially.

EFFECT: decreased heat transfer from hot die to press components, hence, slower die cooling.

The invention relates to equipment for processing of metals by pressure and effectively can be used for isothermal forging parts, aluminum and magnesium alloys.

Similar to the proposed technical solution is the Stamp for hot deformation"of authorship Amerimanga and other No. 462647 declared 12.03.1973, in which in order to reduce heat losses stamp equipped with insulating casing. The disadvantage of analogue is the low efficiency of heating and increased heat loss through the supporting surface of the stamp, as clamping units (stamp) with a reinforced them with a punch and a matrix based on a monolithic strip, do not provide sufficient insulation stamp from the press, in which it is installed.

The prototype of the proposed technical solution is heat-insulating device described in the book "New in the creation and study of press-forging machines", Moscow 1983 (Sat. scient. works VNIIMETMASH), article Wpinc and Ebisawa "Device insulation stamp powerful hydraulic press, p.34...37.

According to the prototype as insulating device, you can use a set of several thin steel plates or sheets - layered strip, in which the very border between the sheets (microprobes and prevents heat transfer from the heated stamp to press parts.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the high loss of heat through a set of steel sheets for press parts due to the high thermal conductivity sheets.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce heat transfer from the heated stamp to press parts and, therefore, reducing the rate of cooling.

The technical result is achieved by replacing steel sheet with high thermal conductivity sheets with a thermal conductivity of less than 30 W/m·deg, between which there is a flexible strip with conductivity less than 1 W/m·deg; the top sheet is bonded to the base with bolts and threaded bushings and flanges, the base cushion and the top sheet has a thickness greater than the thickness of the intermediate sheet, and is made with grooves for installation of threaded bushings and aligned them with the flanges, with the possibility of axial movement.

The proposed heat-insulating cushion depicted in figure 1.

The pillow consists of alternating sheets of metal 1 with low heat conductivity and flexible strips 2 in the form of sheets or fabric mainly on the basis of oxide ceramics. At the base of the cushion 3 is made of a groove, into which are inserted the flanges 4, which are located coaxially with the threaded sleeve 5, are fixed by means of pins in the upper sheet 6. The base of the cushion 3 and the top plate 6 is pulled what altami 7. Items 3, 6, and 7 can be made from a material with low heat conductivity and die steel. Before working in the threaded holes of the sleeves 5 screw cymbalta and a cushion mounted on the punch plate 8, which is placed on the table of the press. Heated to a reference temperature, the stamp 10 is mounted on the bottom cushion mounted on the lower punch plate, and fixed to the punch plates 8 and 11.

The reduction of the heat flux on the surface of the metal surfaces with a thermal conductivity of less than 30 W/m·deg, according Vmopo "Heat transfer in the contact zone of detachable and non-detachable connections" Moscow, the Energy of 1971 (see p.109), is from 2 to 5% on the I of each contact pair, and for non-metallic materials with conductivity less than 1 W/m·deg to 10%. Therefore, heat from the heated dies to punch the plates is difficult and decreases with increase in the number of contact pairs. However, when the stamping heat sink increases slightly, is thermal expansion of the cushion, especially due to the compression gasket, made of low-wired ceramics. Between the heads of the bolts 7, 12 and in contact with the ends of the flanges are formed gaps, the value of which is less than the clearance "A" (see figure 1). Therefore, the operability of the pillows is not disturbed. The heat transfer from the stamp to the punch plates 8 and 11 through bolts 7 and 12 minor because of their small cross section.

The use of thermal pillow is especially useful when the isothermal forging of large parts of aluminum and magnesium alloys in large presses. To maintain the temperature of isothermal forging tonnage stamps need to be heated not only after installation of stamps, but also in the stamping process, therefore, the use of pillows can reduce the energy consumption during operation of the installation.

As the temperature forming of aluminum and magnesium alloys does not exceed 400...480°C, and the average pressure isothermal forging is 30...32 kg/mm2in image quality is as a material with low thermal conductivity can be used, for example, sheets of titanium alloy AT with conductivity less than 15 W/m·deg, thickness from 2 to 6 mm and with spacers of insulating paper on the basis of oxides of silicon, calcium and magnesium 1 mm thick with a thermal conductivity of 0.25 W/m·deg or fiberglass thickness of 0,2...0,5 mm

The present invention reduces energy consumption and heat loss from the punches to punch the plates during operation of the dies due to

- use of sheet metal with a thermal conductivity of less than 30 W/m·deg, between which there is a flexible strip with conductivity less than 1 W/m·deg;

- bonding the top sheet to the base with bolts and threaded bushings and flanges, the base cushion and the top sheet has a thickness greater than the thickness of the intermediate sheet, and is made with grooves for installation of threaded bushings and aligned with flanges them with the possibility of axial movement;

- use fittings pipes and flanges during installation disk with evenly spaced holes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of manufacture of the articles made out of the nonmetallic materials by gluing, in particular, to the external frameworks of the frames of the window openings, the building fencing structures. SUBSTANCE: tubular billet is installed with the possibility of its rotation by rotary-thrust mechanism, which is included in composition of technological complex for production of corrugated pipes. Alternate local heating of billet is performed in the area of every flute production. For that purpose device is used with at least one annular inductor. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of metal plastic working and may be used for parts manufacturing with local deformation with application of local heating. On lower electrode of device for resistance spot welding, matrix of molding instrument is installed, and on upper electrode puncheon is installed. Plate stock is placed between matrix and puncheon. Electric heating of stock is done. For that purpose puncheon is lowered until it touches the stock, and heating current impulse is passed through the stock. Impulse duration is selected with the condition of its exceeding 1.5 - 2.5 times duration of impulse, which is necessary to weld package out of two plate stocks. After period of time, which amounts to 0.7 - 0.8 from the duration of heating impulse, forging force is applied on electrodes. At that puncheon is displaced, and the stock is deformed.
