Proposed device consists of conveyor rubberised fabric belt fitted on drive and driven drums, drives, magnetic system of permanent magnets, frame, and suspension bath. Magnetic system arranged above conveyor lower flight is provided with straight rolls mounted at its lower section to rest on bearings. Suspension bath loading side features superficial rectangle arranged all over the length of magnetic system and inclined along suspension transfer through 1 to change into deep chute with length two times larger than bath rectangular section with inclination 15.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality, reduced costs.

The invention relates to mining, processing and enrichment of minerals and can be used in coal and mining industry for mineral processing in dense medium gravity separators.

Dense medium gravity separators are used to separate the feedstock minerals on light and heavy fraction. In relation to the coal light fraction is concentrate, and heavy rock. In relation to the ore (such as iron or lead), on the contrary, the light fraction is rock and heavy concentrate.

As a separation medium in a dense medium gravity separators used magnetite suspension of certain density for each mineral, which is called conditional suspension.

Conditional suspension of the enrichment process, for example, coal zellamsee (polluted) fine particles of coal and rocks that are formed when samoizmenenie. As a consequence, increases the viscosity and decreases its density. Both these factors reduce the effectiveness of enrichment, i.e. decreases the output of concentrate and increase the loss of the coal fractions in the waste (rock) [1].

To prevent this, at a coal preparation plants part of the magnetite suspension is constantly exposed to the process of regeneration. Regeneration of suspension performance is by electromagnetic separators type EBM, which have a complicated structure and high cost. Thus, the separator EBM 90/250 has a price of about 3 million rubles.

Electromagnetic separators used for the regeneration of magnetite suspensions differ from electromagnetic separators used for the enrichment of iron ore the fact that their design is provided for receiving drain, which is used to launder magnetite products from enrichment dense medium gravity separators. Concentrates dense medium gravity separators (breed and concentrate), after separating them from the conditioned suspension, contain on their surface grains of a large number of fine magnetite particles of micron size. Therefore, in order to reduce losses of magnetite with food enrichment, intensive rinse technical water for washing magnetite. In the rinsing of the breed and the concentrate obtained is diluted (non-conforming) suspension containing particles of magnetite and coal slurry. Substandard suspension is served on regeneration in the separators of the type EBM.

In the regeneration off-spec suspension on the separator EBM get three products: magnetic fraction is returned again in the technological scheme; plums, i.e. water, separated from the sludge and magnetite, is used for rinsing dressing products; water slurry is displayed outside FA is Ricky or served for enrichment by flotation.

Significant disadvantages of electromagnetic separators are the complexity of the device, high commercial price, large power consumption, high content of sludge in the sink and high operating costs, which ultimately increases the cost of the process of mineral processing in harsh environments [2].

Based on the above, we conclude that enrichment plants using the method of mineral processing in harsh environments, to reduce the cost of the enrichment process and improve the quality of enrichment products, it is necessary to develop a simpler and more efficient device for the regeneration of the magnetite suspension.

Known designs of electromagnetic pulleys type SHENG [2] and electromagnetic teletourville type mud and PSG [2], which are used for trapping and removal of ferromagnetic objects from the flow of coal.

Known construction inkjet hub [3], which are used for the enrichment of placer minerals, but can also be used to separate solid particles from the water, at a relatively small size compared to the thickeners.

The aim of the present invention to provide a simple, inexpensive device for the regeneration of the magnetite suspension with high e is the efficiency of extraction of magnetite and purification of water from sludge, that will reduce the cost of the enrichment process and improve the quality of enrichment products.

Prototypes of the device are the separators of the type of mud, PSG and inkjet groove [2]. According to the invention this goal is achieved using energy permanent magnets and connection in a single unit element separators type mud or PSG and blasting trench. The invention is illustrated by drawings, which shows the General scheme of the device (figure 1) tub and suspension when viewed from above (figure 2). The proposed device consists of a rubber-fabric conveyor belts 2, drive 1 and the driven drum 3, the permanent magnets 6, the suspension 7 baths, consisting of two parts and frame 5 (Fig 1).

The device operates as follows.

Substandard suspension containing particles of magnetite and coal slurry, is supplied by pipeline 9 in suspension tub 7. For uniform loading of the suspension bath over the entire area in the pipeline there is a gap 18. The suspension bath consists of two parts - boot part 7 (wide and shallow), with rectangular shape and tapering deep discharge part 8. The boot part of the suspension bath has a slope of 1-2 in the direction of movement of the suspension. The bottom of the tapering part of the tub is tilted to the horizon 15. Over suspend the Onna bath at a distance of 10-15 mm is installed thin-layer conveyor belt, put on drive 1 and slave 3 reels, mounted on bearings 4. Drive pulley receives rotary motion from a drive consisting of a motor and gearbox. For simplicity of the drawing, the actuator 1 is not shown. Above the lower branch of the conveyor belt, at a distance of 10 mm is mounted magnetic system 6 consisting of individual elements of permanent magnets over the entire area of the rectangular part of the suspension bath. The conveyor belt is driven by a driving drum 1, while the lower branch of the tape is moving in the direction opposite to the movement of the suspension.

Under the force of permanent magnets mounted on the bracket 16, the magnetite particles are extracted from the stream of suspension and are deposited as a thin layer on the lower branch of the conveyor belt. The movement of the tape layer of magnetite is transported into the zone, where it stops the action of the magnetic field and the magnetite is discharged into the chute 11 under the action of gravitational forces. For completeness of removal of magnetite from the conveyor belt, used wash water supplied through the pipe 14 through the nozzle 15. Particles of coal sludge contained in a-spec suspension, does not have a magnetic susceptibility, so they are not influenced by the magnetic field and the flow of water transported in a narrowing deep discharge part of the suspension bath 8. Since the side walls of the unloading part of the bath is narrowed, and the angle of the bottom of this part of the suspension of the bath is approximately 15, the thickness of the water sharply increases, and the speed of its movement is reduced. Therefore, in this part of the suspension tubs are created favorable conditions for the deposition of sludge particles in the lower layers of the liquid under the action of gravitational forces. For a more complete deposition of the coal slurry, the length of the tapering of the trench should be 2 times the length of the rectangular part of the suspension bath.

Thus, in the proposed device, the regeneration of the magnetite suspension occurs in two stages. At first the stage under the influence of a magnetic field is extracted magnetite, and in the second stage under the action of gravitational forces is separated sludge.

After regeneration magnetite suspension magnetic fraction is returned again to the process, the clarified water (i.e. purified from magnetite slurry) through the gap 10 is fed into the collector 13 and is used to launder magnetite from dressing products, and slurry water is fed into the collector 12 to the enrichment in photomachine. The amount of sludge and clarified water is regulated by the cutter 17.

The proposed device for the regeneration of the magnetite suspension has the following advantages in comparison with electromagnetic separators type EBM:

- has 6 times lower intensity;

- does not require electricity to the excitation magnetic field;

- simple design that does not require large operating costs;

more effective degree of regeneration of the suspension;

- high operational reliability;

- the price of the device is lower than the cost of the separator EBM 90/250 about 3.5 times.

The advantages indicate that developed a new device for the regeneration of the magnetite suspension can be successfully used on all concentrators using mineral processing heavy environment.

Proposed separator comprises vibrating table with current winding thereunder fitted on magnetic polar tips supplied with three-phase and having axes directed perpendicular to separation table. Travelling magnetic field inductor consists of two parts A and B to vary feed current frequency and distance to separation surface with opposite direction of travelling field. Inductor current coils may be displaced in parallel in direction of pulp motion and consist of several sections that allow disconnection of some of them.
