SUBSTANCE: cutter attachment point includes cams and split sleeve with annular cavity on outer surface and cones on ends, the sleeve is installed in joined grooves of cam and cutter liner. Cutter attachment point is provided with restrainer in a form of a bar installed in cavity of split sleeve and fixed rigidly with it, at that in initial position outer diameter of split sleeve is less than diameter of groove formed by joining of grooves on inner surface of cam channel and side surface of liner, and inner diameter is less than outer diameter of restrainer. Groove in cam for split sleeve is of a stepped configuration.

EFFECT: reducing time required for cutter replacement.

The invention relates to a device for mounting cutters mining machines.

A device for mounting cutters mining machines, including a fist with the cutter and split sleeve is made with an annular groove on the outer surface for the shank of the cutter (see the Contact strength of rocks. M., Nedra, 1966, s).

The disadvantages of this device should include significant time spent on its mounting-Dismounting.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a mount cutter, including a fist and inserted in aligned grooves knuckle and shank cutter split sleeve with an annular groove on the outer surface and the cones on the ends (see avts of the USSR №579413, CL IS 25/38, 1977).

The disadvantages of this device include high chance of damage to the bushing during installation, carried out by the blows of a hammer, and hit pieces of rocks and rubble in the cavity of the collet sleeve. Damage to the bushings can lead, on the one hand, to the additional material costs, and on the other hand to increase the unproductive time spent on dismantling incisors. Hit rocks and rubble in the cavity of the sleeve inevitably leads to an increase in time spent on non-productive work. All this reduces productivity and leads to the growth of sebestoimost and works.

In connection with the stated technical result of the invention is the reduction in time to replace the cutter and lowering the cost of work done.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the site of attachment of the cutter, including a fist and inserted in aligned grooves knuckle and shank cutter split sleeve with an annular groove on the outer surface and the cones on the ends, according to the invention it is provided with a lock in the form of a rod mounted in a cavity of the split sleeve and rigidly attached to him, while the split sleeve in the initial position has an outer diameter less than the diameter of the groove formed by the combination of grooves on the inner surface of the channel of the fist and the side surface of the shank and an inner diameter less than the outer diameter of the lock.

The achievement of the technical result is also that the groove in the fist made of stepped form with the formation of the ledge to limit axial movement of the split sleeve, providing a combination of its ring grooves with a groove of the shank of the cutter.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, in which figure 1 shows the attachment of the cutter in a longitudinal section; figure 2 is a section a-a in figure 1.

The mount cutter includes a fist 1 and installed in aligned grooves 8 and 9 according to the state of the knuckle 1 and the shank 3 of the cutter 2 split sleeve 4 with the annular groove 5 on the outer surface and cones 6 at the ends. The site of attachment of the cutter 2 is provided with latch 7 in the form of a rod mounted in a cavity of the split sleeve 4 and is rigidly fixed with him. This split sleeve 4 in the initial position has an outer diameter less than the diameter of the groove formed by the grooves 8 and 9 on the inner surface of the channel of the knuckle 1 and the outer side surface of the shank 4 cutter 2, and an inner diameter less than the outer diameter of the retainer 7. To ensure precise alignment of the annular groove 5 groove of the shank 3 of the cutter 2 groove 8 in the fist 1 under the split sleeve 4 is made of stepped form. At this stage 10 in the groove 8 of the fist 1 serves as a support for the sleeve 4 and provides the combination of its annular groove 5 groove 9 of the shank 3 of the cutter 2, and hence the fixation of the cutter 2 from falling out in the process.

The cutter 2 is mounted as follows. In the nest of the fist 1 insert the shank 3 to the stop 11, combining the kanaki 8 and 9 respectively of the knuckle 1 and the shank 3 in height. After that, in the groove formed by the combination of the grooves 8 and 9 on the inner surface of the channel of the knuckle 1 and the side surface of the shank 3, insert the sleeve 4 until it stops on step 10, which ensures the alignment of the grooves 9 of the shank 3 of the cutter 2 with a circular bore 5 split sleeve 4 in the horizontal plane. Then, in the cavity of the sleeve 4 introduces the latch 7, which expand the t nut 4 to contact with the side walls of the grooves 8 and 9 and locks the sleeve 4 in the working position. In this lock 7 is held against axial movement relative to the sleeve 4 by the elastic forces of the compression sleeve 4, the inner diameter of which is in the initial position is less than the outer diameter of the retainer 7. Possible options for hard mounting of the retainer 7 with the sleeve 4 by any known means, such as cotter pin, pin, etc. (not shown). Replacement 2 sufficiently removing the cotter pin and retainer 7, which is in the process protects the cavity of the sleeve 4 from the ingress of rock trivia and rubble.

Application of the proposed mount cutter reduces the time for installation and disassembly of the cutter increases the reliability of the mounting by eliminating the spontaneous loss of a split sleeve and reduces the cost of mining.

SUBSTANCE: adaptive unit for fixation of rock-cutting tool includes cutter holder with hole for cutter tail and elastic element coupled with cutter tail. Elastic element is arranged between cutter tail and hole for tail in cutter holder in internal and external races. At the same time elastic element is non-detachably enclosed between external and internal races so that external surface of external race has the shape of cutter holder hole surface, and internal surface of internal race has the shape of external surface of cutter tail.

EFFECT: pliancy of cutting part along and perpendicularly to axis of cutter, increased strength of hard-alloy reinforcement in case of impact loads, increased efficiency of rock-breaking mining machines.

SUBSTANCE: attachment point of mine cutting tool consists of holder, secured on executive device, of cutter with cone cutting part and rotating shank end secured in holder. The attachment point of the mine cutting tool is equipped with a swinging mechanism kinematically coupled with the shank end of a cutting insertion and made in form of a mechanical trigger facilitating a swivel of the cutter around axis. Also the cutting insertion swinging mechanism corresponds to three bushings inserted one into another and equipped with radial lugs axially tapered on ends.

SUBSTANCE: equipped with round shank end cutter is held by means of slit clamping sleeve in aperture of cutter holder and is designed to rotate. Also the clamping sleeve is equipped with holding elements stamped and/or pressed inside; the elements are distributed along perimetre of the clamping sleeve and enter into a circular slot made in the round shank end. Two stamped edges directed across lengthwise axis of the clamping sleeve isolate holding elements. Also stamped edges run along part of perimetre of the clamping sleeve and are arranged at distance one from another corresponding to width of the circular slot in the round shank end of the cutter. Notably, the holding elements form coaxial concave centring section facing the convex bottom of the circular slot.

Cutter with round tail comprises tail, at the same time tail is retained with the possibility of rotation in clamping cartridge. Clamping cartridge is equipped with one or several retaining elements that protrude inside, which enter circular groove arranged in cutter tail, so that clamping cartridge is retained on round tail of cutter without possibility of shift in axial direction. One or several retaining elements are installed in medium transverse plane of clamping cartridge or have identical axial distance from it. Clamping cartridge is arranged with the possibility of installation in two axial positions turned by 180° around its longitudinal axis on round tail of cutter and fixation on it selectively in one of both identical positions. Retaining elements are arranged between two oriented forming edges across longitudinal axis of clamping cartridge and are stamped and/or impressed inside. Besides forming edges pass along part of clamping cartridge circumference and have distance from each other, which is equal or less than width of circumferential groove in round tail of cutter.
