FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for production of a functional food product immediately consumed as a medical and preventive food product. The functional food product consists of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, fat-soluble vitamins - vitamin E and β-carotene, sugar or its substitute, ferric sulphate, flavonoids, a dry water-soluble extract of Karkade tea, a dry water-soluble extract of common licorice roots.

EFFECT: functional food product has high antitoxic properties.

The invention relates to the food industry and can be used to obtain a functional food product, used for direct consumption as a therapeutic and prophylactic product.

Known phospholipid food product "Vitols-cocktail"consisting of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, citric acid, fat-soluble vitamins, flavour and sugar or substitutes (Patent No. 2134986 IPC RU 23D 9/00, 9/02, 9/013. Appl. 20.02.1998. Publ. 27.08.1999. Bull. No. 24).

The disadvantage of this product is not high enough antitoxic properties.

The objective of the invention is to achieve a functional food product high antitoxic properties.

The task is solved in that the functional food product with antioxidant properties, consisting of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, fat-soluble vitamins - vitamin E and β-carotene, sugar or a substitute, additionally contains sulphate of iron, flavonoids, dry water-soluble extract of hibiscus, dry, water soluble root extract licorice, in the following ratio of initial components, wt.%:

The technical result is the achievement of high antitoxic properties of the claimed functional food product.

To assess the antitoxic properties of the claimed functional food product was determined indices protective role in the body during exposure to toxic factors in experiments on rats.

Animals were made fun of the trichothecene mycotoxin T-2 (injected inside in 0.1%aqueous solution in a dose of 1 mg/kg for 9 days), then the animals received a full feed mixture, 25% of the diet which has been achieved by the claimed product.

the completed group received a well-known product.

Feeding was carried out on the principle of "plenty" with free access to water. The duration of the experiments was 3 months.

Antitoxic properties of the claimed functional food product illustrated by the examples, the original figures which served as product composition, as determined by the indicators - the content of malondialdehyde in the liver, hemolysis of red blood cells, the percentage of expression of antigen CD-95 and the activity of enzymes of the lysosomes of the liver.

Example 1. Mixed 3.00 g of vegetable phospholipids, 1.50 g of vitamin E and 0.20 g of β-carotene, separately mix of 4.00 g of ascorbic acid, 0.15 g of iron sulfate, 1.50 g of flavonoids, 45,00 g of dry water-soluble extract of hibiscus, 43,65 g of dry water-soluble extract of licorice root and 1.00 g of sugar, then combine both mixtures by grinding to obtain a fine powder.

Food functional product contains, wt.%: plant phospholipids - 3,00, vitamin E - 1,50, β-carotene - 0,20, ascorbic acid - 4,00, sulphate of iron is 0.15, flavonoids - 1,50, dry water-soluble extract of hibiscus - 45,00, dry water-soluble extract of licorice root - 43,65, sugar - 1,00.

Example 2. Mix of 4.00 g of vegetable phospholipids, 0.50 g of vitamin E and 0.25 g of β-carotene, separately mix 3.50 g of ascorbic acid, 0.20 g of iron sulfate, 1,30 g flavonoid is s, 47,00 g of dry water-soluble extract of hibiscus, 42,75 g of dry water-soluble extract of licorice root and 0.50 g of sugar substitute, then both mixtures are combined by grinding to obtain a fine powder.

Food functional product contains, wt.%: plant phospholipids - 4,00, vitamin E - 0,50, β-carotene - 0,25, ascorbic acid - 3,50, ferric sulfate, 0,20, flavonoids - 1,30, dry water-soluble extract of hibiscus - 47,00, dry water-soluble extract of licorice root - 42,75, sugar substitute, 0,50.

As can be seen from the table, the claimed functional food product has higher compared with known toxic properties, and can be recommended for direct consumption as a therapeutic and prophylactic product.

The method for production of fermented and pasteurised liquid natural product consists in addition of probiotic microorganisms (both for living and non-living) into the product fermented and pasterurised liquid base immediately prior to consumption. The produced product may be consumed both for oral and for external application, for example, for body wraps or compresses.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a biologically active food additive and may be used for preventive alimentation. Milled horseradish root is infused in water during no less than 24 hours at a ratio of S: L = 1: (4.5 -5.0). The water extract is subjected to vacuum sublimation dehydration. Produced sublimated horseradish root powder in an amount of 25-35 g is mixed with 900-1100 g of natural floral honey. One introduces (while thoroughly stirring) magnolia vine oil into the mixture in an amount of 35-45 drops per 1000 g of the mixture.

EFFECT: simple mixing of the initial components, in a strictly specified ratio without modification of their chemical composition allows to enhance efficiency of the biologically active food additive impact on the immune system and to strengthen antiviral activity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for food product production. The method envisages mixing of a raw grain component with a dihydroquercetin carrier. The grain component is represented by wheat germy flakes dried at a temperature of 90-100°C during 10-15 minutes, extracted with water in an amount of 1 part of flakes per 10 parts of water at a temperature of 20-30°C during 5-15 minutes. Then the produced extract is separated from the initial raw component by pressing and filtration. Then one introduces into the extract the dihydroquercetin carrier in an amount of 10 g per 10 kg of wheat germy flakes, then one proceeds with stirring and drying of the produced mixture, the product heating temperature equal to 38-40°C.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce an enriched new food product with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, membrane-protective, cardio-protective, immunomodulating, disintoxication and antiallergenic properties.
