The invention relates to woodworking industry, concerning the technology of production of composite wood materials and can be used in the manufacture of fire protective chipboard.

Known compositions for the manufacture of fire protective chipboard (odsp) by drawing on their surface or by introduction into the structure of the mineral additives that hinder heating of the wood particles to a temperature of pyrolysis (Leonovich A. New drevesnoplitnye materials. - SPb.: Hemostat, 2008. - 160 C., chap 2 "Fire protection drevesnoplitnye materials").

The disadvantages of the known technical solutions are loss decorative appearance of the wood surface, the impossibility of grinding plates in the process, a mass increase of 1 sq.m

Compounds using aqueous solutions of phosphates and sulphates ammonium phosphate magnesium due to their low solubility increase the humidity chip-adhesive mixture, which can lead to delamination of the plate during the pressing and slows down the curing amide binding neutralization latent catalysts.

Known flame retardant composition of phosphoric acid, urea and dicyandiamide (A.S. USSR №346145, publ. 1972).

A disadvantage of the known technical solution is that the composition has a high ratio of working elements nitrogen itsfor (N/P), equal to 12, which determines when hot pressing excretion of ammonia in large quantities, which makes incomplete curing urea-formaldehyde binder.

Closest to the proposed invention is a composition for the manufacture of odsp (patent RU №2181663, publ. 27.04.2002, prototype). According to the patent plate on the basis of urea-formaldehyde resin (UFR) contain as flame amidophosphate synthesized from phosphoric acid and urea catalyzed polycondensation reactions (patent RU №517491, published. 05.03.93). To bind the liberated ammonia in the composition of the urea-formaldehyde binder is a formaldehyde as formalin, and additionally in the junction of the inner (middle) layer to speed up the curing impose a direct catalyst for formic acid, because in these conditions the latent catalyst is not working.

Formaldehyde is strictly stoichiometric ratio with the estimated number of escaping from amidophosphate ammonia. As a result of their interaction with the formation of hexamethylenetetramine (urotropine) formaldehyde emission practically does not occur, and the plate on the toxicity related to the emission class E1 according to the state 10632-2007.

Known technical solution has the following disadvantages. Using direct catalyst makes mandatory low te is the temperature of extrusion, component 160°C, which negatively affects the productivity of the process line. In addition, when an emergency stop of the main conveyor direct catalyst starts to work early in the FSC partially loses its ability to stick together wood particles decreases as odsp. Production implementation of the invention under the patent RU No. 2181663 showed that low temperature extrusion leads to the accumulation of resin products on the glossy leaves of the heat plate of the press and odsp begin after a time to stick to the leaves.

The technical problem of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the composition for the manufacture of fire protective chipboard due to the provision of odsp corresponding on the physico-mechanical characteristics to the requirements of GOST 10632-2007, Flammability classified according to SNiP 21-01-97 as members of the group combustible (G1) or the group of moderately-combustible (G2) depending on customer requirements, while ensuring the temperature of the pressing 180-200°C, as provided by modern automatic production lines, and avoid sticking of the compression of odsp to glossy leaves heat plate positional presses or to the steel strip in continuous presses the action.

This objective is achieved in that the composition for manufacturing an is protected chipboard, includes wood particles, flame retardant-amidophosphate, a binder containing a resin and additive - formaldehyde as formalin, as the binder resin for the inner layer contains a melamine urea formaldehyde resin and optionally a latent catalyst, and as a resin binder for the outer layers contains melamine urea formaldehyde resin and optionally a latent catalyst and surfactant. The composition can be manufactured, for example, in the following ratio of components, parts by weight (on abs. dry. prophetic.):

Wood particles (abs. dry.)100
Amidophosphate by weight of abs. dry. wood15-25
Melamine urea formaldehyde resin
(MCPS) by weight of abs. dry. wood:

The latent catalyst from the mA the son
abs. dry. resin:
for the outer layer0,6-1
for the inner layer3-4
Surfactant by weight
the resin of the outer layer0.5 to 1.5

The invention has the following differences from the prototype:

as the binder resin for the inner layer contains a melamine urea formaldehyde resin and optionally a latent catalyst;

as the resin binder for the outer layers contains melamine urea formaldehyde resin and optionally a latent catalyst and surfactant.

The composition can be made in the following ratio of components, parts by weight (on abs. dry. prophetic.):

Wood particles (abs. dry.)100
Amidophosphate by weight of abs. dry. wood15-25
Melamine urea formaldehyde resin
(MCPS) by weight of abs. dry. wood:
for the outer layer12-16
for the inner layer6-10

The latent catalyst by weight of abs. dry. resin:
for the outer layer0,6-1
for the inner layer3-4
Surfactant by weight
the resin of the outer layer0.5 to 1.5

This will increase the effectiveness of the composition for the manufacture of fire protective chipboard due to the provision of odsp corresponding on the physico-mechanical characteristics to the requirements of GOST 10632-2007, Flammability classified according to SNiP 21-01-97 as members of the group combustible (G1) or the group of moderately-combustible (G2) depending on customer requirements, while ensuring the temperature of the pressing 180-200°C, as provided in modern automobiles, the political lines, and avoid sticking of the compression of odsp to glossy leaves heat plate positional presses or to the steel strip in continuous presses the action.

Viewed in us patent information the Fund has not found similar technical solutions and technical solutions containing the specified attributes.

The invention is applicable and will be used in the industry in 2011

The method allows to use a ground birchen bark without synthetic binding agents for shaping a carpet and its consequent pressing. At that for a carpet formation they use the birchen bark ground up to a faction of 40-5000 microns, and a filler mainly made out of cellulose filaments taken in the following ratio in respect to the total dry weight(in mass %): a birchen bark-60-95, cellulose filaments - 5-40. Before formation of the carpet the filler is moistened up to 18-20 % of absolute humidity and is mixed with ground birchen bark. The carpet is formed with a thickness equal to 200-300 % of the thickness of a finished panel.
