FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural tractors caterpillar ganged up with tools by means of rear suspension. Proposed tractor comprises frame 1, suspended working tools driven by hydraulic cylinder 3, means for shifting tractor center of pressure including two levers 4 secured at frame front and counterweight arranged on said levers 4. Counterweight is made up of vessel 5 with ballast 6 and arranged to reciprocate on levers 4. Reciprocation is executed by rollers 7 and counterweight hydraulic drive made up of two lateral hydraulic cylinders 8. Like chambers of hydraulic cylinders 3 and 8 are intercommunicated via lines and, via hydraulic control valve 9, with pimp 10 and hydraulic tank 11. Aforesaid vessel 5 is provided with cover 12 for ease of ballast unloading.

EFFECT: required centering of tractor gravity center.

The invention relates to crawler tractors, mainly for agricultural purposes, mounted with guns through the rear hinge.

Known crawler tractor, taken as the ANALOGUE of the containing frame, ancillary equipment, placed in the rear part of the tractor and driven by the hydraulic actuator in the form of a hydraulic cylinder [1].

The disadvantage of the crawler tractor is the offset of the center of pressure to the rear edge of the caterpillars when triggered mounted work equipment in order to lift vertically mounted guns. This shift causes increased dynamics during movement of the tractor with the gun raised to the transport position, which affects the working conditions of the operator and reduces the durability of the tractor.

Known crawler tractor adopted for the PROTOTYPE, containing a frame, ancillary equipment, placed in the rear part of the tractor and driven by the hydraulic actuator in the form of a hydraulic cylinder, a device for shifting the center of pressure of the tractor, which includes fixed in the fore part of the frame two levers in the form of channel beams and a counterweight mounted on these arms [2, p.77].

The disadvantage of the crawler tractor is adapted to a synchronous proportional to the change in position of the counterweight on the arm when lifting the nave is the main working equipment attached to the instrument.

The technical result of this work is to ensure the required coordinates of the center of pressure of the tractor on the ground by changing the position of the counterweight synchronously changing the load on the device, desktop hardware.

This technical result in the proposed crawler tractor is achieved through the use of hydraulically operated counterweight moving the levers by means of hydraulic cylinders.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 presents the side view of a crawler tractor; figure 2 is a view As in figure 1; figure 3 is a hydraulic diagram of actuators mounted work equipment and hydraulic movement of the counterweight.

Crawler tractor includes a frame 1, mounted work equipment 2 is placed in the rear part of the tractor and driven by the hydraulic actuator in the form of a cylinder 3, a device for shifting the center of pressure of the tractor, which includes fixed in the fore part of the frame two lever 4 in the form of channel beams and a counterweight mounted on the levers 4 and made in the form of capacity 5 with ballast (gravel, sand, etc.) 6 that is installed with the possibility of reciprocating movement of the lever 4 by means of rollers 7 and is supplied with hydraulic movement of the counterweight in the form of two for each side spaced hydraulic cylinders 8. While the same cavity of the hydraulic cylinders 3 and 8 tie is by hydraulic lines to each other and through 9 three position valve 9 in its extreme positions with the pump 10 and the tank 11. The tank 5 is equipped with a cover 12 to facilitate unloading of the ballast 6.

Crawler tractor works as follows.

When lifting the hinged work equipment 2 in the transport position, the valve 9 is transferred to the lower position, the working fluid is supplied by pump 10 from the tank 11 into the piston cavity of the hydraulic cylinders 3 and 8. Simultaneously with the rise of the mounted work equipment 2 is moving tank 5 with ballast 6 forward (figure 1 are shown by the dotted line).

When lowering the hinged work equipment 2, the valve 9 is transferred to the upper position, the working fluid is supplied by pump 10 from the tank 11 to the rod end of the cylinders 3 and 8. Simultaneously with the lowering of the mounted work equipment 2 is moving tank 5 with ballast 6 back.

In the middle position of the valve 9, the working fluid trapped in the cavities of the hydraulic cylinders 3 and 8, ancillary equipment 2 and the container 5 with the ballast 6 is fixed in certain positions.

When fully lowered wall-mounted work equipment 2 weight Gopmounted guns (e.g. ploughing) is transmitted to the soil mainly through the elements of the gun. When lifting the hinged work equipment 2 in the transport position, the weight of Gopmounted guns is transmitted to the ground through the chassis with the system of the tractor.

The moment M'or=GopĚLopwhere Lop- departure of the center of mass of the gun relative to the middle of the supporting surface of caterpillars, is large enough, which leads to undesirable displacement of the center of pressure of the tractor on the ground to the rear edge of the caterpillars. Weight Gbballast 6 and the stroke of the cylinders 8 are selected so that Mb=GbĚLbwhere Lb- departure of the center of mass of the vessel 5 with the ballast 6, relative to the middle support surface caterpillars, was not less than 35...40% of Mop.

The economic effect is achieved by reducing the dynamics when driving a crawler tractor with a raised into the transport position mounted working equipment attached to the instrument because of the uniform plot of pressure, which improves the working conditions of the operator and increases the durability of the tractor.

The outer frame lengthwise half-axles accommodate an inner frame, one of the said half-axle being linked to the inner frame stabilisation motor. A bearing platform is rigidly attached to the inner frame to carry the load and to accommodate a flywheel so that the bearing platform centre of inertia is arranged above the wheel pair running half-axles. The inner frame accommodates, also, two bi-degree gyros and a balance weight.
