SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The biologically active additive contains a source of nutritive and structure-forming substances. The nutritive substances source is represented by vegetable pumpkin sludge including vegetable protein, lipids and phospholipids-lecithins. The structure-forming substances are represented by PEG 400 and glycerine. The components are taken in the following ratio, wt %: vegetable pumpkin sludge - 60-70, PEG 400 - 20-25, glycerine - 10-15. The said additive is encapsulated and produced in the form of a soft gelatinous capsules.
