SUBSTANCE: rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) based wood-polymer composition contains a complex stabiliser, an impact strength modifier, wood flour and silicon sol as a binding agent, with the following ratio of components, pts.wt: polyvinyl chloride 100, impact strength modifier 4.8-9, complex heat stabiliser 4.5-7, wood flour 10-160, silicon sol 2-4.

EFFECT: obtaining highly filled rigid PVC compositions based on dispersed wood flour while preserving processing and operational characteristics.

The invention relates to the technology of rigid polyvinyl chloride compositions using as the organic filler is wood flour, modified kremnezem, for the manufacture of highly filled wood-plastic materials.

Known composition based on a thermoplastic binder (polypropylene, polyethylene of low and high densities, polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene) and wood particles (Patent SU N1666306, CL 27N 3/02, 1991).

The disadvantages of the composition should include low values of physico-mechanical characteristics of the obtained materials by reducing the content of the polymeric binder.

Known for highly filled composition based on rigid PVC and modified by polyorganosiloxanes chalk (to 100 parts by weight of filler per 100 parts by weight of PVC) (Markov A.V. Modification is filled with rigid PVC compositions polyorganosiloxanes. Plastic mass, 2009, №6, p.36-39).

The disadvantage of the composition is that the use of the filler is more than 50 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of PVC leads to a significant deterioration of the technological and operational characteristics of the material.

Known composition based on rigid PVC, natural cellulose fibers and compatibilizer (U.S. Patent No. 2008/0261019 A1. Publ. 23.10.2008).

However, the applied compatibilization very complicated p. the chemical composition and manufacturing technology, which limits its application scope.

Known composition based on rigid PVC, wood flour, natural polymer chitin and its derivative chitosan as a binder agents (U.S. Patent No. 7446138 B2. Publ. 21.03.2006). Dosage coupling agent was carried out relative to the weight of wood flour and was 2.5-10 wt.% chitin and 0.5-2.5 wt.% chitosan. The main disadvantage of the composition can be attributed to the relatively low content of organic filler (not more than 120 parts by weight of filler per 100 parts by weight of PVC). It is noted that by increasing the amount of wood flour significantly decreases strength and increases water absorption of the samples obtained.

The closest in technical essence is a method of manufacturing rigid PVC compositions based on pine wood flour (Yanjun Xu. Creep behavior of natural fiber reinforced polymer composites: a Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of philosophy in the School of Renewable Natural Recources / Yanjun Xu. - Loui-sia State, 2009. - p.9). The maximum degree of filling of the wood flour was equal to 30 wt.% or (40 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of PVC). As a binder agent were used SABS (stimulationlutheran), which was introduced in an amount of from 0 to 5 wt.%. The samples were prepared by pressing at 190°C.

The main disadvantage of the composition can be attributed to the relatively low content of organic filler (not more than 30 wt.% filler) and took the increase Flammability with the introduction of organic binding agent.

The analysis techniques and the identification of sources containing information about the equivalents of the claimed invention, has allowed to establish that it is not detected analogues characterized by signs, identical with all the essential features of the claimed invention. Therefore, the claimed invention meets the condition of "novelty."

The task of the invention to provide a highly filled (the content of the organic filler is more than 50 wt.%) rigid PVC compositions based on fine wood flour with maintaining the technological and operational characteristics.

The result is achieved that the wood-polymer composition on the basis of rigid PVC containing complex stabilizer, an impact strength modifier, binder and wood flour, according to the invention contains as a binder agent crumpsall in the following ratio of ingredients, parts by weight:

Tramasol is a colourless or slightly coloured colloidal sodium silicate solution, stabilized with sodium. The density of Kremenets equal to 1.2 g/cm3the concentration of silicon dioxide is equal to 330 to 340 g/l, the concentration of sodium oxide 3.4 g/l, pH=10,3.

For studies of the PVC compositions of the samples were obtained in the form of films. Modified by kremnezem wood flour was added to the PVC composition. Film samples were prepared by the method of thermoplastically on a laboratory roll mill with Freccia 1:1,25 when the temperature of the rolls 140-160°C for 5-6 min, depending on the composition. Rolling was carried out with the thickness of the gap between rolls 8-13 microns.

The degree of filling of the proposed rigid PVC compositions in comparison with the prototype managed to increase by 2 times (from 30 to 60 wt.% wood flour).

Retained strength values even at high content (up to 60 wt.% on 100 parts by weight of PVC) and reduced Flammability by introducing into the composition of the PVC compositions of the inorganic bonding agent.

Increasing the melt flow index of 50 parts by weight of wood flour is connected, apparently, with the achievement of optimal concentration of Kremenets and lignin, which acts as a plasticizer. Further viscosity increase naturally by increasing the amount of filler.

SUBSTANCE: product contains the following in wt %: 1-50 modified hybrid resin based on natural fatty acids and 99-50 natural material selected from cellulose, wood, wood fibre, flax, hemp, starch and another natural fibre or combinations thereof. The product can contain 20-80 wt % thermoplastic, 30-70 wt % binder or natural adhesive. The hybrid resin is obtained via water-emulsion polymerisation of an acrylate monomer - butylacrylate, methyl methacrylate or butylacrylate, on an alkyde resin based on fatty acids in the presence of a radical initiator at 30-100°C. Fatty acids are selected from tall oil, suberin fatty acids, cutin fatty acids, vegetable oils and mixtures thereof. Further, the product is moulded and hardened under heat at 120-200°C until a composite product of the given type is obtained.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain composite plates with improved properties, good biodegradability and low toxicity; such properties of the plates are achieved by using modified hybrid resins in form of a stable aqueous emulsion as binding materials and compatibilisers.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing polyvinyl chloride through dispersion, particularly to production of highly filled adhesive plastisols used in making protective coatings in motor-car construction, as anticorrosion protection of inner surfaces of metal structures. The method of producing highly filled plastisol based on polyvinyl chloride involves successive addition and mixture in a mixer of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, isopropylbenzene hydroperoxide, half of the given amount of kaolin, calcium strearate, polyvinyl chloride and the remaining amount of kaolin. Aliphatic silicon acrylate, diatomite and NGZ-4 phosphate hydraulic fluid are added before adding polyvinyl chloride, and after adding the remaining amount of kaolin, a polysulphide oligomer - liquid thiocol II with weight ratio of SH groups of 1.7-2.6% and molecular weight of 2100 is added.

EFFECT: high degree of restoration of the thixotropic structure, extrusion, fire resistance and tensile strength of the polyvinyl chloride plastisol and the hardened material.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for manufacturing composite material for shielding-mediated protection against electromagnetic emission and can be used in electronics, in radio engineering, and also in a series of special-destination articles. In addition, material may be used for anechoic boxes and in various assemblies of technical devices and radio apparatuses. Method comprises mixing modified graphite-containing conducting filler and polymeric binder at weight ratio (50-80):(20-50). Once ingredients combined, mixture is additionally subjected to thermal expansion in thermal shock mode at 250-310оС and then molded.
