FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and, in particular, to biologically active additives production. The biologically active additive is represented by a vegetable raw material, inosine, amber acid and an auxiliary component i.e. magnesium stearate. The vegetable origin components are represented by dry extracts of spiny eleuterococcus, holy thistle fruits, ground burnut and green tea. The biologically active additive components are taken at the following ratio, wt %: dry extract of green tea - 10.2-12.4, dry extract of holy thistle - 5.1-6.2, dry extract of ground burnut - 17.0-20.7, dry extract of eleuterococcus - 13.6-16.6, inosine - 25.5-31.1, amber acid - 17.0-20.7 and magnesium stearate - 1.7-2.1.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new biologically active food additive having a general tonic, bracing and stimulatory effect, preventing exhaustion of adaptive reserves and disruption of adaptive processes under conditions of intensive emotional and physical activities, having alco-protective and moderately sobering effect.

The invention relates to food industry, in particular the production of dietary supplements that have a curative effect on the human body. Biologically active additive is a composition of plant materials, inosine, succinic acid and an auxiliary component - stearate. As components of plant origin used dry extracts of Eleutherococcus senticosus, fruits, milk Thistle, Tribulus creeping and green tea. However, these biologically additives or insufficiently balanced in its composition, or have low biological activity, or have uncoverage the second action.

Thus, an object of the invention is the production of biologically active food additives with increased activity, providing a tonic, stimulating, and Ecoprotection action, available in capsule form suitable for oral administration.

This task is solved by the creation of biologically active food supplements, containing the composition of plant materials, inosine, succinic acid and an auxiliary component - stearate, taken in the following ratio, wt.%:
