SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for production of a functional food product immediately consumed as a preventive food product. The functional food product with hypoglycemic properties consists of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, fat-soluble vitamins and sugar or its substitute, water-soluble vitamins B1, B2 and B6, ferric sulphate, a dry water-soluble extract of rosehips and a dry water-soluble extract of common licorice roots. The product components are used at the following wt %: vegetable phospholipids - 4.50-6.00, ascorbic acid - 2.50-3.00, vitamin E - 0.40 - 0.60, β-carotene - 0.05-0.10, sugar or its substitute - 2.00 - 2.50, vitamin B1 - 0.04 - 0.06, vitamin B2 - 0.04 - 0.06, vitamin B6 - 0.08-0.10, ferric sulphate - 0.05 - 0.10, dry water-soluble extract of rosehips - 40.00 - 45.00, dry water-soluble extract of common licorice roots - balance.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new product having enhanced hypoglycemic properties.

The invention relates to the food industry and can be used to obtain a functional food product, used for direct consumption as a therapeutic and prophylactic product.

Known phospholipid food product "Vitols-cocktail"consisting of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, citric acid, fat-soluble vitamins, flavour and sugar or substitutes (patent RU №2134986, IPC 23D 9/00, 9/02, 9/013. Appl. 20.02.1998. Publ. 27.08.1999. Bull. No. 24).

The disadvantage of this product is not high enough hypoglycemic properties.

The objective of the invention is to achieve a functional food product high hypoglycemic properties.

The task is solved in that the functional food product with hypoglycemic properties, consisting of vegetable phospholipids, ascorbic acid, fat-soluble vitamins - vitamin E and β-carotene, sugar or a substitute, additionally contains a water-soluble vitamin B1In2and B6sulphate of iron, dry water-soluble extract of rosehip and dry water-soluble extract of licorice root, in the following ratio of initial components, wt.%:

The technical result is the achievement of high hypoglycemic properties of the claimed functional food product.

The hypoglycemic effect is the normalization of carbohydrate metabolism, in particular in reducing the content of glucose in venous and capillary blood.

Data characterizing the hypoglycemic properties of the claimed functional food product, podtverjdeny in experiments on patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus II degree, in a diet which included the claimed functional food product.

Control group patients received the same diet, but with the inclusion of a known product.

The study was carried out within 3 months.

The hypoglycemic properties of the claimed functional food product illustrated by the examples, the original figures which served as product composition, as determined by the indicators - the content of glucose in venous and capillary blood.

Example 1. Mix 4,50 g vegetable phospholipids, of 0.60 g of vitamin E and 0.05 g of β-carotene, separately mixed 3.00 g of ascorbic acid, 0.04 g of vitamin B1, 0.06 g of vitamin b2, 0.08 g of vitamin B6, 0.10 g of iron sulfate, 40,00 g of dry water-soluble extract of rose hips, 49,07 g of dry water-soluble extract of licorice root and 2.50 g of sugar, then combine both mixtures by grinding to obtain a fine powder.

Food functional product contains, wt%: plant phospholipids - 4,50, vitamin E is 0.60, β-carotene - 0,05, ascorbic acid - 3,00, vitamin B1- 0,04, vitamin b2- 0,06, vitamin B6to 0.08, ferric sulfate, 0,10, dry water-soluble extract of rose hips - 40,00, dry water-soluble extract of licorice root - 49,07, sugar - 2,50.

Example 2. Mix 6,00 g raises the selected phospholipids, 0.40 g of vitamin E and 0.10 g of β-carotene, separately mixed with 2.50 g of ascorbic acid, 0.06 g of vitamin B1, 0.04 g of vitamin b2, 0.10 g of vitamin b6, 0.05 g of ferrous sulfate, 45,00 g of dry water-soluble extract of rose hips, 43,75 g of dry water-soluble extract of licorice root and 2.00 g of sugar substitute, then both mixtures are combined by grinding to obtain a fine powder.

Food functional product contains, wt%: plant phospholipids - 6,00, vitamin E - 0,40, β-carotene - 0,10, ascorbic acid - 2,50, vitamin B1- 0,06, vitamin b2- 0,04, vitamin b6- 0,10, ferric sulfate 0,05, dry water-soluble extract of rose hips - 45,00, dry water-soluble extract of licorice root - 43,75, sugar substitute is 2.00.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and refers to preparation of a food product having immunostimulating effect. The composition of ingredients for "Honey with trepang extract" food product consists of natural honey and Far-Eastern trepang at a weight ratio of honey - 10÷80%, trepangs - 20÷90%. One preliminarily withdraws water from trepang that is cut up (while whole) and/or cut into pieces and/or crushed. The composition may additionally contain preserving agents, ethyl alcohol and phyto-extracts. The method for production of honey with a trepang extract includes trepang skinning with preliminary withdrawal of water from it, cutting, maintenance, filtration and packing. Trepang is mixed with honey and maintained for 2-3 months without exposure to light at a temperature from 0 to +12°C, permanently stirred at least once a day. SUBSTANCE: biomass production envisages cultivation of at least one lactic acid bacteria strain producing vitamin K2 under conditions of resting cells. One performs at least primary cultivation of bacteria under conditions of respiration sustention for production of the primary culture or pre-culture in a medium containing at least one compound containing a haem nucleus, the end concentration being at least nearly 0.5 mcg/ml. A fat-containing milk cultural medium is inoculated with live bacterial cells in an amount of approximately 108 CFU/ml - 1011 CFU/ml. The inoculated medium is fermented during approximately 4 hours - 48 hours at a temperature of approximately 4°C - 50°C. The lactic acid bacteria are chosen from the species Lactococcus lactis, Leuconostoc lactis, Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Leuconostoc dextranicum, Enterococcus faecium and Propionibacterium sp.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biologically active food additives intended for prevention of metabolic derangements, cardiovascular and other disorders and adjuvant therapy for reduction of their development risk. The biologically active additive includes a fat modulus represented by marine animal oil with polyunsaturated omega-3 acid content no less than 20 wt % and a carbohydrate modulus that are placed into individual chambers at a ratio of (1-3.33):(23.33-25.67) respectively.
