FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergents and disinfectants and can be used in mechanical or manual methods of washing and disinfecting equipment in medicine, agriculture, at food companies, public services facilities and on transport. The agent contains the following ingredients in a defined ratio of components: alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride, didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride, glutaric aldehyde, benzyl alcohol hemiformal, mixture of nonionic surfactants, complexing agents, isopropyl alcohol, turpentine and water.

EFFECT: invention ensures high antimicrobial activity and high detergent power.

The invention relates to the field of detergents and disinfectants and can be used for mechanical and manual methods of cleaning and disinfection equipment in medicine, agriculture, food industry, municipal services, transport.

Known disinfectant (RF patent No. 2335301, CL 61L 2/16, 2008), containing alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, aqueous solution of acetic acid and sodium hydroxide.

The disadvantage of this composition is insufficient efficiency of actions, which need long time disinfection.

It is known (patent RF №2330683, CL 61L 2/16; 11D 3/48; 61L 2/16, 2008) disinfectant containing an aqueous solution of a mixture of Quaternary ammonium salts (HOURS).

The disadvantage of this composition should be recognized as insufficient cleaning effect.

The closest in composition and the achieved effect and is taken as a prototype is a disinfectant and stereosushi tool (patent RF №2272652, CL 61L 2/16, Appl. 04.10.2004,, publ. 27.03.2006 year), including Quaternary ammonium compound, glyoxal and/or glutaric aldehyde, a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant, Trilon B, a lower alcohol, a hydrophobic nonionic surfactant, tributyl (or Tricresyl) phosphate and water in the following ratio of the components, wt.%:

The disadvantages of the technical solution of the prototype should include insufficient antimicrobial activity, due to the use of only one Quaternary ammonium compounds, as well as insufficient detergency due to incomplete water softening due to the use of insufficiently effective complexing agents - Trylon B.

The present invention was the creation of a detergent and a disinfectant with a broad spectrum of activity and high activity against bacteria, viruses and fungi, while high detergent properties.

The problem is solved by the creation of a detergent-disinfectant, comprising as active substance alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride and didecylammonium chloride, glutaric aldehyde, a mixture of surfactants, complexing agents, isopropyl alcohol and water, characterized in that it further comprises preformal benzyl alcohol and turpentine, in the following ratio of komponentov, wt.%:

The problem is solved using a mixture of glutaraldehyde and proformas benzyl alcohol. As proformas benzyl alcohol may be used drug Preventol D2. Using a combination of the two compounds allows to obtain a synergistic effect, expressed in increased antimicrobial action. This synergistic effect is observed when the ratio between the amounts of glutaraldehyde and proformas banilower alcohol in a ratio of 10-15:1.

The problem is solved also used as a mixture of nonionic surfactants, a mixture of ethoxylated fatty alcohols fracc the th C 10-C16and ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS. As ethoxylated fatty alcohol fractions of C10-C16can be applied Sintana ALM-7 or Berol 266. As ethoxylated ALKYLPHENOLS can be applied OP-10. Using a combination of nonionic surfactants of two types allows to obtain a synergistic effect, expressed in increasing the detergency of the composition. This synergistic effect is observed when the ratio between the amounts of ethoxylated fatty alcohol fractions With10-C16and ethoxylated alkyl phenols in a ratio of 4-5:1.

The problem is solved also by the fact that as complexing agents using 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid at a concentration of 1-10%. Application OEDPK at a concentration of less than 1% inefficient because not achieved full binding in resistant complexes of ions of hardness. The increase in the content OEDPK in the composition above 10% leads to a loss of homogeneity of composition.

The problem is solved also by using as the organic solvent mixture of isopropyl alcohol and turpentine, have an antimicrobial effect.

The problem is solved also by the fact that isopropyl alcohol and turpentine are used in a ratio of 10:1.

The technical effect of the use of the developed composition is povyshennoi antimicrobial activity, increase detergent properties of working fluids.

Table 1 examples illustrate the invention.

Table 2 shows data on the resistance means according to the invention. In the compositions according to examples No. 4, 7, 13 observed stratification of the solution, which is undesirable for practical use of such tools.

In tables 3 and 4 shows comparative data on antimicrobial activity means according to the invention in comparison with known disinfectant (prototype)obtained by the method described in "Methods of testing disinfectants to assess their safety and effectiveness." M., 1998, part 2, near-real conditions of testing tools.

Comparison of the test results shows that the disinfectant according to the invention allows to increase its bactericidal activity compared to the prototype.

Table 5 shows comparative data on detergency means according to the invention in comparison with known means (the prototype). Detergency was evaluated at standard conditions of laundrometer weight method (method ISO 14-25). The cleaning results were expressed in % washed pollution.

2. Detergent-disinfectant according to claim 1, characterized in that the glutaric aldehyde and preformal benzyl alcohol are used in a ratio of 10-15:1.

3. Detergent-disinfectant according to claim 1, characterized in that as the nonionic surfactant comprises a mixture of ethoxylated fatty alcohol fractions of C10-C16and ethoxylated alkyl phenols in a ratio of 4-5:1.

4. Detergent-disinfectant according to claim 1, characterized in that the complexing agents used 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid at a concentration of 1-10%.

5. Detergent-disinfectant according to claim 1, wherein the isopropyl alcohol and turpentine are used in a ratio of 10:1.

SUBSTANCE: compound possesses improved bactericidal and viricidal activity. A disinfectant compound contains polyguanidine compound, quaternary ammonium compound and water, as quaternary ammonium compound, synergetic mixture of any two or three quaternary ammonium compounds of: alkyl benzyl ammonium chloride, or dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, or alkyl trimethyl alkyl chloride, or trialkyl methyl alkyl chloride, or N-heterocyclic quaternary ammonium compound: N-lauryl pyridinium chloride, N-cetyl pyridinium chloride, polyethylene pyrrolidinium chloride, N-alkyl-N-ethyl piperidinium ethyl sulphate is used. SUBSTANCE: preparation can be applied as antimicrobial, disinfecting and sterilising means used, for instance, as skin antiseptic for procession of hands, procession of injection field, elbow bends of donors, which has fungicidal and virulicidal action when used internally. Preparation is based on water solution of potassium chlorate (KClO3) and sulphuric acid (H2SO4). The greater part of preparation base is constituted by water; boiling point of preparation equals 103.3 degrees Celcius.

EFFECT: obtaining antiseptics with absence of toxicity when applied on living tissues, preparation stability, long terms of storage without reduction of activity and absence of odour.

FIELD: medicine; veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: disinfectant "ExtraDes" contains mixed quaternary ammonium salts (QAS) - didecyldimethylammonium chloride (30%) and alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride (20%), and dye - 0.005% and water - to 100%. Invention is aimed at provided extension of operational possibilities due to increased disinfectant activity concerning all known viruses - human pathogen, including, enteral and parenteral hepatitis viruses, HIV, poliomyelitis, adenovirus, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), human influenza and bird influenza H5N1, herpes.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of benzyl benzoate with surfactants such as Tween-80 and Tween-30 and water and introducing of obtained acaricidal mixture into detergent. 33-34 % Ammonium sulfate aqueous solution is introduced into mixture of benzyl benzoate, Tween-80 and Tween-30 in ratio of 3:2:2 in amount of 76.6 ml per 100 ml of mixture. Further mixture is stirred to produce homogenous acaricidal emulsion followed introducing thereof into detergent in amount of 1-2 ml per 1 l of detergent at 30-60°C. SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of benzyl benzoate with surfactants and water and introducing of obtained acaricidal mixture into detergent. As surfactants Tween-80 and Tween-20 are used. Copper sulfate and distilled water are introduced into mixture of benzyl benzoate, Tween-80 and Tween-20. All components are used in specific ratio. Abovementioned components are intensively agitated to produce homogenous acaricidal emulsion. Obtained emulsion are introduced into detergent in amount of 1-2 ml per 1 l of detergent at 30-60°C.

EFFECT: agent of decreased toxicity and increased acaricidal activity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary, in particular to preparations for disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision against disease-causing microbes. Disinfectant includes glutaraldehide, glyoxal, alkylmethylbenzylammonium chloride and water, alkyldimethylethyl-benzylammonium chloride and anionic surface active substance, with the following component ratio, (wt %): glutaraldehide 3.0-4.0; glyoxal 2.5-2.8; alkylmethylbenzylammonium chloride 3.0-4.0; alkyldimethylethylbenzylammonium chloride 4.0-5.0; anionic surface active substance 8.0-9.0; water to 1 l. With application of 2% concentration disinfectant, consumption 400-500 ml/m2 and 60-120 minute exposition complete disinfection of objects against pathogenic organisms is achieved, the same effect being obtained with 3-% concentration of preparation and impact during 30-60 minutes.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, veterinary science, food industry, domestic service and concerns biocide disinfectants and sterilising agents. The biocide composition contains a mixture of three quaternary ammonium compounds in total contents 19-21 %, in the form of a mixture of 50 % water solution of didecyldimethylammonium chloride containing 20 % 2-propanol, 50 % water solution of cocobenzyldimethylammonium chloride containing 2 % ethylene glycol, 30 % water solution of N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)-dodecylamine, and water and ethanol and/or isopropanol as a solvent. Also, what is disclosed is a method for preparing the biocide composition.

EFFECT: composition is more effective and can be used for disinfection and sterilisation of the various technological items.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly antimicrobial compositions. The antimicrobial composition containing (a) at least one isothiazoline-3 selected from a group consisting of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, N-(n-butyl)-1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and their combinations and (b) at least one zinc compound selected from a group consisting of zinc chloride, zinc sulphide, zinc carbonate, basic zinc carbonate, zinc oxides, zinc hydroxides and their combination where specified isothiazolin-3-one is found in the amount 1 to 500 portions/million, zinc compound is found in the amount 5 to 200000 portions/million, and the mass ratio of isothiazolin-3-one to zinc compound makes 1:2000 to 100:1. Also, the antimicrobial composition contains co-biocide selected from the group including pyrithione salts, pyrithione acids and their combination where specified co-biocide is found in the specified composition in the amount within nearby 0.001 to nearby 1 wt % in relation to total weight of the specified composition.

EFFECT: invention allows ensuring required antimicrobial action with lower consumption rate than that applied for isothiazolinone with no zinc compound.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a disinfectant used on hands and skin. The disinfectant contains (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), but no other microbiocidal disinfecting agents meant for microbiocidal disinfection: (a) 40-90% ethanol, isopropyl alcohol or mixture thereof; (b) lactic acid in amount of 0.1-2% relative the entire weight of the disinfectant; (c) citric acid in amount of 0.01-2% relative the entire weight of the disinfectant; (d) zinc-containing compound which frees a zinc ion in a solution, in amount of 0.001-0.1% relative the entire weight of the disinfectant; (e) one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers for supplementing to 100% of the weight of the entire disinfectant.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an agent having virucidal activity and excellent fast-action and stable antiseptic effect, and ensures sufficient disinfection of hands without frequent use.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antimicrobial compositions. The method involves contact between a surface and a composition for 30 minutes in order to achieve the logarithm of decrease of the influenza virus of at least 1.5. Said composition contains: (a) 25-75 wt % of one or more C1-6 disinfecting alcohols; (b) a virucidally effective amount of organic acid. Said organic acid contains: (i) two or more polycarboxylic aids containing 2-4 carboxylic acid groups. Each of the polycarboxylic acids optionally contains one or more hydroxyl groups, amino groups or both; (ii) a polymeric acid having multiple carboxylic, phosphate, sulphonate and/or sulphate groups; and (c) water. The composition has pH of approximately 5 or lower at 25°C. The composition forms an essentially continuous barrier layer containing an organic acid on the surface.

EFFECT: invention ensures fast and prolonged activity against the influenza virus.

SUBSTANCE: sterilising agent comprises aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide and admixture of distributing agent that includes lecithine compound and nonionic emulgator. Method of sterilising packing material or container consists in using sterilising agent comprising aqeous solution of hydrogen peroxide and additional lecithine distributing agent.

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial poultry breeding. Method includes processing of surface of objects for zootechnical control of incubator, incubated eggs with water solution of preparation based on quaternary ammonium compound. As water solution based on quaternary ammonium compound used is 0.05-0.2% water solution of composition from trimethyloctadecyl ammonium bromide - 40%, trimethyloctadecyl ammonium iodide - 40% and trimethyloctadecyl ammonium acetate - 20%. Said solution is used to process objects for zootechnical control of incubator and incubated eggs 2-4 hours before putting eggs for incubation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase breeding of young poultry and increase its preservation.

Method contains the flowing stages: first element is installed into first chamber in endoscope case through hole into first chamber, with first chamber being transected by first cavity and second cavity; flowing medium of first cavity and second cavity in first chamber are separated by means of first element; stream of flowing medium is supplied via first channel through first element into first cavity; stream of flowing medium is supplied via second channel through first element into second cavity, first element is moved inside first chamber by supplying stream of flowing medium under pressure through first passage in first element into first chamber in order to move first element outside from said chamber, thus decreasing obstacles to stream.

EFFECT: application of claimed method will make it possible to increase rate of disinfection and increase efficiency of disinfection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to method of obtaining antimicrobial composition for disinfection and sterilisation of products of medical purpose by mixing water base solution, which contains 1-5 wt % of hydrogen peroxide and 5.2-9 wt % of stabilising agent, which represents mixture of aminophosphate, phosphonate and phosphate taken in weight ratio 1:2:4, and solution of activator, containing 40-60 wt % of N-acetyl-caprolactam and 5-15 wt % of morpholine carbonitrile.

EFFECT: terms of storage of ready composition increases to 60 days.

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Versions of devices have case and first tubular part, attached to case. It includes exploitation station and chamber, which is attachable to exploitation station and detachable from it, chamber is isolated from penetration of potentially polluting microorganisms when detached from exploitation system. Chamber has such form, size and orientation as to place endoscope with such orientation, with which first flexible tubular part is directed vertically downward from endoscope case. Chamber includes input for liquid supply and output for liquid removal. Exploitation station includes circulation system, containing, at least, one hydropump, which has pump output, connected with input for chamber liquid supply, when chamber is attached to exploitation station, and input of pump is connected with output for removal of chamber liquid, when chamber is connected to exploitation station, in order to carry out circulation of liquid through chamber. Source of sterilising flowing medium is connected with pump and control system is programmed in such a way as to control sterilisation procedure, by means of which pump realises circulation of liquid, containing sterilising flowing medium through chamber.

EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to extend arsenal of devices for processing endoscopes of sectional type.

FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: fiber-forming thermoplastic polymer is mixed with silver-bearing microbiocide and spinning fibers is carried out from its melt. As a silver-bearing microbiocide zeolite is used, cured in micellar solution containing silver nitrate, bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate sodium, water and isooctane in the ratio (g/l), respectively (1.0-3.0):(30.0 -120.0):(15.0-45.0):(520-645.0) with simultaneous radiation treatment at a total dose of the absorbed energy of 4.0-6.0 mrad, followed by exposure for 10-30 hours up to the Ag content in the zeolite of 0.05-0.30 wt %.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain fibers based on available raw materials with stable biocidal activity in wet processing using the minimum amount of silver regarding a broad range of bacteria, viruses and fungi.
