SUBSTANCE: composite cutter includes holder and replaceable working head with hard-alloy insert, which is arranged on its front part. Cylindrical cavity is made in rear end surface of replaceable working head in order to fix component parts. The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to a composite rotary cutters of the type for destruction of mineral and synthetic materials with a wide range of strength and abrasiveness, and can be used when conducting mining or extraction of minerals through mining machines, as well as during road construction works associated with the destruction of artificial materials, such as asphalt and concrete pavements.

Known solid tangential rotary cutter (patent US 3499685, publ. 10.03.1970), which contains a holder with cylindrical head and the working part of the cylinder-conical shape, reinforced on the front end of the carbide insert.

The cutter has a number of disadvantages. Thus, during operation of the head part is in contact with destructible environment, resulting exposed to high abrasive wear and destructive stresses that, ultimately, become causes of rock cutting tool failure. However, the holder of the cutter remains almost neiskushennoi. Thus, replacement of the entire cutter seems irrational from the point of view of the inefficient use of expensive metal - hardened alloy steel. A precondition for the effective operation of the rotary cutter in processorsare rocks is the continuity of its rotation around the longitudinal axis. However, very frequent jamming of the cutter (the cessation of rotation) as a result of ingress of particles destroyed rocks in the gap between the holder and the channel of the tool holder, which in turn leads to the emergence of a unilateral character of wear. Known cutter for mining machines (patent RU 2201504, publ. 27.03.2003), comprising a cylindrical shank and a working cylinder, equipped with a carbide core. The disadvantage is the relatively small diameter of the bolt compared to the diameter of the cylindrical part of the working head, which lowers the strength of the cutter in the perception of bending loads and can cause premature release of rock cutting tools fail due to its failure. In addition, the removable head by reason of the threaded connection has no possibility of free rotation relative to the shank of the cutter and thereby rotates the entire cutter that is undesirable, since when is that wear of the rubbing surfaces of the tool holder and the channel of the tool holder. Wear the latter requires more frequent and expensive repairs of the Executive body associated with the replacement of the holders.

Known cutter for mining machines (patent RU 2055191, publ. 27.02.1996), comprising a holder with a through longitudinal channel, the working head with carbide insert and placed in end-to-end longitudinal channel of the tool holder shank and the locking element for fixing the working head through the longitudinal channel of the tool holder. The locking element is designed in the form of a rod, one end connected to the shank of the working head through the permanent connection and the free end of the rod attached to the shank of the tool holder by welding or riveting.

The disadvantage is the difficulty of mounting and Dismounting of the cutters due to the relatively time-consuming and the use of special equipment and tools (for installation: welding, soldering, bending tool for dismantling: drill, hammer, chisel) with application specific efforts in difficult underground conditions. The absence of rotation of the working head according to one of the design patent (permanent connection type welding, brazing) leads to the above problem.

Known composite rotary cutter (patent US 5261499, publ. 16.11.1993)adopted for the prototype, which includes the der is avko stepped form with three cylindrical sections and a working head with a carbide insert. Holder in the front is longitudinally placed on the ledge, on which is located the locking element is an elastic snap ring with internal radially projecting tubercles, coinciding with the annular groove on the ledge of the tool holder. However, such a cutter ensures reliability of fastening of component parts between which is defined a low probability of spontaneous their separation in the process.

The technical result of the invention is achieved in that in the composite cutter for mining machines including a holder of stepped form with three cylindrical sections, placed on the front of the holder removable operating head, reinforced carbide insert and having at the rear end surface of the cylindrical recess, and the locking element for fixing interchangeable working heads from longitudinal movement relative to the holder, according to the invention the locking element is designed in the form of radial projections on the lateral surface of the front holder, and placed in the annular groove of the cylindrical recess interchangeable working heads, while on the side surface of the grooves corresponding longitudinal grooves in the side surface interchangeable working heads threaded hole in which is screwed a set screw, overlapping one is C longitudinal grooves.

The intermediate portion of the tool holder can be made of square or hexagonal cross-section.

A tool holder for a machine with the pulvimixer or such like has base (10) which bears holding added piece (30), also added piece (30) has receiving seat (31) of the cutting tool; and lug (15) is attached to base (10) before holding added piece (30) in the direction of tool holder feeding. Base (10) has connecting section (20) made in form of a chip breaker; the connecting section is formed on base (10) and passes at least partially through lug (15) starting from holding added piece (30). End section (34) of holding added piece (30) has intake seat (31) of the cutting tool made in form of an aperture. Also end section (34) has circular contact surface (33) passing around medium lengthwise axis of intake seat (31) of the cutting tool. Contact surface (33) which is located radially outside passes up to dimension boundaries of a cylinder region of end section (34). Connecting section (20) returning in the direction of the axis relative to contact surface (33) is connected with holding added piece (30).

EFFECT: improved operation of cutting of disk pulvimixer.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions refers to mining industry, particularly to rock destruction tool for mining machines used at deposit development. The cutter consists of an elongated tail piece, of a cutting element secured at one end of the tail piece, projected out of it and made out of material of hardness exceeding hardness of the tail piece, and of a composed bushing formed with multitudes of belts secured around the tail piece near the cutting element and directly adjoining each other. Also belts of the bushing are fabricated out of material more hard, than material of the tail piece, the material of belts is less prone to produce an igniting spark, than material of the tail piece during cutting.

EFFECT: increased safety at mining operations due to reduced probability of generating igniting spark when cutter touches surface of rock in mining works hazardous for gas and dust, also increased wear resistance of cutter tail piece.
