SUBSTANCE: front- and vertical-loading household washing machine comprises of perforated rotary drum; tank in-built into the body of the washing machine and containing the above drum; controlled drive for rotation of the above drum and selective controlled heating device for heating of liquid in drum. Controlled heating device contains at least one induction coil located outside of the tank. Washing machine has metal screen connected to induction coil for heating of the selected part of drum. Induction coil has specific orientation to provide maximum emission of electromagnetic field directed towards drum. Induction coil is preferably to be located in the lower part of washing machine below the tank. Washing machine is equipped with control device able to activate the above induction coil during final centrifuging stage in washing cycle and after it.

The invention relates to an improved type washing machine with front and top-loading, equipped with a washing tank and its associated drum, rotating in the tank, and means for heating the liquid in said tank and drum. Mentioned machine is especially suitable for washing with limited power consumption and almost completely eliminates harmful lime scale on the traditional heating element in the washing bath.

Widely known for a variety of heating means used in household washing machines. One such means is an induction coil, directly radiating and heating metal objects, which in turn can heat the washing tub.

For example, from JP 9094377 known connected with a source of electric current of high frequency induction coil wound on a toroidal metal case with many through holes, into which is fed a stream of water from the water supply.

The advantage of this arrangement is to simplify the design, as mentioned heating unit is located outside the machine, but this feature requires installation of this device outside the machine, such as a mandatory requirement, and this circumstance is usually acceptable is household washing machines, in which a large volume and easy installation are some of the main requirements of the user.

In JP 6190188 published a simpler solution, in which an induction coil is wound directly on the pipe of the water supply and is located inside the machine before the solenoid. However, this solution has the disadvantage that, as mentioned coil necessarily has a limited size, the resulting increase in temperature of water flowing within the said pipe is too limited.

From EP 1657348 known household washing machine, which is provided with a device of electromagnetic induction, capable of creating a flow of water vapor, which is then injected into the rotating drum. Although this decision has a huge advantage due to the ejection of a jet of washing a couple with a very high temperature, certainly exceeding 100°C, but the end result of washing is not particularly noticeable in normal use, when the very good results especially noticeable in normal use, when the very good results of the washing temperature of the washing bath is often maintained at a level between 40 and 600°C, but when this known machine has significant structural and functional complexity.

From JP 2005177331 known washing mA is in with a vertical axis and a top loading, equipped with an induction coil capable of irradiating the metal wall of the bottom of the tank, which is heated, passing the produced heat in the washing tub of the machine.

However, this solution for obvious reasons, cannot be realized by using plastic tanks. In addition, in cases where it is impossible to use face serious disadvantage in that the heated tank transfers heat as inside, and outside, i.e. in the surrounding air, and this last part of the heat obviously lost that seriously impairs the efficiency of energy use.

In this case, it would be desirable, and it is an object of the present invention, the creation of a washing machine with a heating means without the use of traditional thermal resistance, however, does not have this restriction and the above-described disadvantages.

This problem is solved by creating a washing machine with front and top-loading, comprising a perforated rotating drum, tank, integrated in the housing of the mentioned machine and containing the said drum, rotating in the tank, controlled means of the actuator into rotation of the above-mentioned drum, and selectively controllable heating means d is I heat contained in the drum of liquid, containing at least one induction coil located outside the above-mentioned tank. According to the invention the specified machine contains a metal screen connected with an induction coil for heating a given section of the drum.

Preferably, the metal shield is on the sides and below the induction coil.

Preferably, the induction coil is located in the lower part of the mentioned machine below the tank.

Preferably the metal shield has a side wall, the upper edge of which is connected with the lower section of the tank.

While household washing machine is configured to selectively execute a complete washing cycles, including end-stage centrifugation, and the functioning of the aforementioned induction coil is activated during at least part of the mentioned final stages of centrifugation or after the mentioned end of the centrifugation.

Preferably the tank containing the said drum, made of a dielectric material, preferably of thermoplastic.

The following describes non-limiting example embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 is symbolically and in a transparent view showing a washer tank and a rotating drum located within it, in accordance with n is a worthwhile invention;

figure 2 symbolically shows an enhanced embodiment of the tank shown in figure 1.

Although in the following description will be given links to the washing machine front loading, it is understood that the present invention can be identically applied to the washing machine with vertical loading with horizontal and vertical axis.

Known washing machine includes:

- perforated rotary drum (1), to contain and wash clothes;

- tank (2)is elastically connected with the machine frame, and containing within itself the aforementioned rotary drum;

- the engine is mounted outside of and connected with the said drum.

Induction coil (5) is outside the above-mentioned tank and oriented in such a way as to be irradiated in the main section "P" of the drum.

Said coil is connected to the high frequency power supply supplied through the conversion and amplification, which are well known, and therefore, will not be explained.

For heating only section "P" of the drum, which is normally immersed in the washing/polozitelnoe bath, with said induction coil (5) is connected to the screen (6), and this screen mainly consists of a metal casing covering from the bottom and sides of the said coil (5).

Preferably, as shown in figure 2, the cylindrical lateral wall (8) of the screen (6) is connected with the corresponding and hanging over her lower section (9) of the tank, so that the said screen and the lower portion (9) of the tank are closed compartment for the induction coil (5).

It is obvious that the said tank (3) is made of a dielectric material, preferably of thermoplastic material, which is well known in the prior art, as if the tank was made of metal material, he unavoidably detained would be emitted electromagnetic radiation, thus preventing the attainment of the drum.

As explained in one of the documents cited above, it is well known that if the mentioned tank would be made of metal, it would be heated instead of the drum, and therefore, part of the generated heat would be transferred to the washing tub, however, as already explained, part of the generated heat would be dissipated in the external space, thus deteriorating the efficiency of energy use.

The machine according to the present invention can be used particularly advantageous way, if you imagine that the induction coil may be connected to the power supply when the tank is released from the liquid. In fact, in an improved embodiment of the of Britania induction coil can be activated even after as the tank was released, and during the final stage of centrifugation.

In this case, the heat that can be formed in the wall of the drum, is passed to the loaded pants, subject to centrifugation, and therefore, it is possible to achieve controlled heating of the same erasable loaded linen even at the end of centrifugation.

As you know, the cohesion of water molecules decreases as its temperature increases, and this fact facilitates and improves the extraction obtained by centrifugation, so that the amount of water remaining in erasable loaded linen, is reduced compared to the amount of water that would remain after the final centrifugation without this induction heating drum.

In addition, an even greater positive effect is achieved if the erasable loaded linen is extracted at high temperature, because, as is well known, this fact accelerates drying in outer space.

If the induction coil is activated after the final stage of centrifugation, can be easily obtained an additional benefit, and in fact, in this case, if the drum is rotated at a low speed, it is possible to effectively and inexpensively heat only erasable loaded linen to the e contains the minimum amount of water, that eliminates the loss of a part of the energy that is used for drying parts of water still contained in the erasable loaded linen during the final stage of centrifugation, and which in any case was supposed to be removed during a single operation of the centrifuge.

2. Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal shield (6) is located laterally and below the induction coil (5).

3. Household washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the induction coil (5) is located in the lower part of the mentioned machine below the tank (3).

4. Household washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the induction coil (5) is located in the lower frequent the mentioned machine below the tank (3).

5. Household washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the metal shield (6) has a side wall (8), the upper edge of which is connected with the lower section (9) of the tank.

Household washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it is configured to selectively execute a complete washing cycles, including end-stage centrifugation, and the functioning of the aforementioned induction coil is activated during at least part of the mentioned end of the centrifugation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for washing clothes which has a steam generator. The device prevents from excess water supply into a housing and undesired steam flow derived in the steam generator into a water delivery valve, and it also eliminate excess pressure caused by steam derived in the housing. The device preventing from supplying excess water into the housing is hollow float which moves vertically according to quantity of water delivered into the housing in order to open and close ports for water supply. The device preventing reverse steam flow derived in the housing through the port of water supply is non-return valve which allows delivering water only inside of the housing. The valve is mounted between the port of water supply and the water delivery valve. An air-release device for elimination of excess pressure caused by steam derived in the housing is a pressure-relief valve which opens to eliminate excess pressure.
