The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to an electrical device with improved door mechanism and can be used in a washing machine, which is described below solely as an example.

The level of technology

Household and professional appliances share a common structure: working equipment, in which through the handling hole by the user is loaded to be processed material (e.g., tissue, subject to wash, food to be cooking, the dishes to be washed, and so on), operating components for proper functioning of the appliance (for example, detergents or heater for heating this environment), the case where as the working equipment, and working components, and the door that is installed on the housing and closes the handling hole working equipment in order to provide access to it (door is open) or to isolate the working equipment from the external environment (door closed).

Currently, almost all the door mechanisms contain hinge, which is located either on the side of the door (as in washing machines), or on the bottom of the door (as in washing machines or ovens) and allows the door to rotate about a fixed axis of rotation is. Despite the fact that these door mechanisms are simple and cheap, they can cause anxiety, when the space around the machine is very small (for example, small apartment, kitchens, or bathrooms), as around a fixed axis of rotation rotates the entire door, regardless of the location of the machine or door. In other words, a door pivotally mounted to rotate about a fixed axis of rotation, requires considerable space in front of the appliance when the door is open (for the oven) or in the process of opening (for a washing machine or dryer).

Electric household appliance front loading, disclosed in EP 1333118 A1 contains the supporting and enclosing structure with a front wall, which made the handling aperture closed by a door. The door is connected with the front wall of the two closed the curtain, located about two opposite sides of the door and attached rotatably to the first end to the frame and a second end to the front wall so as to provide movement of the door from the closed position of the slide; two guides, performed in the frame and movably connected to the first ends of the closed wings, cause the door to slide parallel to the front wall from the provisions of solgenia open position.

Disclosure of inventions

The present invention is the creation of an electrical device with improved door mechanism, which is devoid of the above disadvantages, cheap and easy to manufacture.

This problem is solved in the electrical device with improved door mechanism, the characteristics of which are described in the claims.

Brief description of drawings

Non-limiting variant of implementation of the present invention will be described as an example with reference to the drawings.

Figure 1 shows a schematic side view of part of the electrical appliance (in particular, washing machine) in accordance with the present invention with the door in the closed position;

The implementation of the invention

The reference position 1 in figure 1 indicates as a whole an electric apparatus (in particular, washing machine), comprising a housing 2 mounted on the floor by legs (not shown in the Artie). In case 2 there is the working equipment 3 (in particular, a rotary drum mounted in the washing tank), which is loaded or from which is extracted to be processed material (fabric be washed) through the loading-unloading opening 4.

A loading and unloading opening 4 of the working equipment 3 is closed by a door 5 mounted on the housing 2.

As shown in Fig.2-7, the door 5 is connected to the housing 2 by means of 6 connection with the possibility of movement between closed and open positions.

As shown in figure 5 and 7, each rail 7 and 9 has a first curved portion 11 on which the slides corresponding to the carriage 8 and 10, when the door 5 is approaching the closed position; a second section 12, the length of which is greater than the length of the first section 11, directed tangentially to the first portion 11 at the point 13 of his mates with the first section 11.

In the form shown in the drawings, the preferred embodiment of the invention the first portion 11 has a variable radius of curvature that increases from the closed position to the point 13 mates with the second section 12, so that the first portion 11 has a maximum radius of curvature at the point 13 mates with the second section 12. In another embodiment of the invention, not shown in the drawings, the first portion 11 is made constant radius of curvature.

In the form shown in the drawings a preferred embodiment, izobreteny the second section 12 is also curved and has a constant radius of curvature; however, in another embodiment of the invention the second section 12 may have a variable radius of curvature. Preferably two sections 11 and 12 each rail 7 and 9 have different centers of curvature, and the radius of curvature of the first section 11 is smaller than the radius of curvature of the second segment 12. In the form shown in the drawings, the preferred embodiment of the invention for each rail 7 and 9 at the point 13 pairing between the first and second sections 11 and 12, these two sections 11 and 12 are arranged horizontally, while the distance from the specified point 13 pairing these two sections 11 and 12 is directed downward, helping to move 5 door in open or closed position due to gravity.

In another embodiment of the invention, not shown in the drawings, the second section 12 is straightforward.

In General performed in the frame 5 guides 9 should have more or less the same shape with a door 5. Thus, when the door 5 is curved (as shown in the drawings), the guides 9 are also made curved in the preferred embodiment, have the same center of curvature as the door 5. When the door 5 is flat, the guides 9 are made essentially straight or have a shape close to a straight line.

As shown in figure 5 and 7, each carriage 8 hinge set is go to the door 5 can be rotated relative to it around the axis 14 of rotation, perpendicular to the respective guide 7; and each carriage 10 pivotally mounted on the housing 2 can be rotated relatively around the axis 15 of rotation perpendicular to the respective guide 9.

Figure 2-4 shows the sequence of steps open the door 5 is moved along the guides 7 and 9, which provide a combination of two movements: first, the door 5 is moved from the closed position, and then sliding down, allowing access to the working equipment 3. The first part of the movement of the door 5 is sent to the first sections 11 of the guides 7 and 9, with each carriage 8 slides on the first portion 11 of the respective guide rail 7, while each carriage 10 is mainly rotated relative to the housing 2 around the axis 15 of rotation. On the second transport section 5 door goes second sections 12 of the guides 7 and 9, with each carriage 8 slides over the second portion 12 of the corresponding guide rail 7, while each carriage 10 slides over the second portion 12 of the corresponding guide 9.

In other words, the first part of the movement of the door 5 is moved essentially in the direction from the housing 2 (perpendicular to it) at least up to the point where it is required to move the door 5 parallel case is 2 space does not intersect with the body 2; while on the second transport section 5 door moves essentially parallel to the housing 2.

Electrical device 1 may include a locking means to hold the door 5 in the closed position and a braking and/or damping means to ease the sliding movement of the door 5 between the closed and open positions.

In the form shown in the drawings, the embodiment of the invention the guides 7 and 9 are located on the housing 2 and the frame 5 (the guides 7 on the housing 2 and the guides 9 on the door 5). In another embodiment of the invention, not shown in the drawings, the guides 7 and 9 can be located either on the door 5, or only on the housing 2.

The above-described electrical device 1 has numerous advantages because it is easy to implement and allows the door 5 to be opened without the need for too much space to move, which is especially important for small living spaces.

Although the above 6 connection of the door 5 is particularly preferred for the washing machine, they are also applicable in any other electrical appliance, such as a dryer, a washer-dryer, fridge, oven, microwave or dishwasher.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

SUBSTANCE: sealing apparatus is provided between viewing window formed as illuminator of charging door and wall of casing of washing machine or cloth drying machine. Sealing apparatus has continuous sealing collar made substantially annular in shape. Viewing window has flange substantially extending in parallel with surface of charging door. Sealing apparatus has on its end facing viewing window head portion, which abuts with its protrusion against edge of casing wall defining door aperture. Head portion is further provided with narrow, substantially annular sealing plate, which is axially pressed to viewing window flange to thereby ensure desirable sealing, when charging door is closed. Sealing apparatus has low sensitivity with regard to allowable deviations.

Collar of elastic material provides for water-tight connection of edge of front loading hole of tank for washing solution with loading hole of body. Hatch that closes loading hole of body, has nozzle in the form of truncated cone at inner side, convex towards to inner part of drum. Surface of hatch nozzle has at least one cut, starting in the area of maximum diametre of truncated cone and forming increasing crescent-shaped surface, stretching along surface in direction of inner part of drum to area of minimum diametre of truncated cone.

SUBSTANCE: washing machine is proposed comprising a housing open at the upper part, the upper closing element connected to the upper part of the housing and comprising an opening for loading and unloading of laundry through it, a cover node, coupled with the possibility of turning with the upper closing element for opening and closing the hole. The washing machine comprises a first hinge joint that connects the cover node with the upper closing element and reducing speed of closing the cover node. Also other versions of washing machines are proposed.

EFFECT: reduced speed of closing the cover node to mitigate the impact between the cover node and the upper closing element, which increases reliability of the washing machine.

FIELD: drying technique.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and reduced time for assembling of lock unit.

SUBSTANCE: washing/drying machine incorporates a complete set of doors capable of opening and closing for putting washing in and out. The complete set of doors includes a control card, which enables operating the washing/drying machine, one or more operating consoles connected with the operating control card, an external door, an inner door, there to the external door is attached, a transparent door arranged between the external and inner doors and a hinge, which is attached to the set of doors and provides its opening and closing by means of a cable from the source, which feeds the voltage, connected with the control card and/or operating console. The inner door contains a hinge slot, therein a hinge is placed, and at least two equiform slots disposed symmetrically on the both sides of the hinge slots for operating control card where operating control card and/or operating console is placed. The set of doors can be easily replaced to open and close the machine in required direction.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: door hinge is coupling member between door and front wall of washing machine. Hinge consists of boy and at least one lever, built-in into body. Body is connected to doorset of front wall at least by means of one lever, connected to door. Hinge is manufactured by method of casting of plastic material in corresponding mould.

EFFECT: creation of hinge durable enough, in order to withstand external action, and allowing low weight, that provides decreasing of total weight of washing machine.
