FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: chute includes two sides, longitudinal stiffness flange and a bottom. One of the sides is located below the other one as to height. Opposite side has the height which is larger than lifting level of the transported hydraulic mixture. Longitudinal stiffness flange of the shortened side is made in the form of inclined chute.

EFFECT: possibility of controlling the overflow when the chute is overfilled.

The invention relates to a device for non-pressure hydraulic slurries and slurry and can be used in various industries.

Known chute for gravity hydraulic containing side with shelves rigidity and a bottom secured along the length of the longitudinal reinforcing strips for improved wear resistance (as the USSR №464704).

The disadvantage of this chute is unmanaged overflow and spreading the slurry on both sides when it is full.

Known chute for gravity hydraulic containing side with shelves stiffness and bottom with durable shell (A.S. USSR №832013, IPC 65G 53/30).

The disadvantage of this trench, by analogy with the previous case, is an unmanaged overflow and spreading the slurry on both sides when it is full.

The purpose of the invention is to eliminate this drawback and provide on hydrotransport the track at the specified location selection excessive slurry.

This goal is achieved due to the fact that one of the sides of the height is made lower than the other, and the other side is made of a height greater than the rate of rise of the transported slurry, while the longitudinal shelf rigidity of the shorter side is made in the form of an inclined heat.

Chute for gravity hydraulic includes a shorter Board 1, the enlarged Board 2, the bottom 3 and the inclined chute 4.

Gravity hydrotransport slurry 5 is provided by pre-installing gutters with inclination i=0,05÷0,07 to the horizontal plane. The slurry moves along the boards 1 and 2 on the bottom 3 of the chute under the action of Satybaldy forces arising due to its own weight. With increasing flow rate Q supplied slurry 5 and the corresponding overflow cross-section of the gutter excess slurry 6 flows over a shorter Board 1. To provide technologically required overflow of excess liquid 6 height H1shorter Board 1 is less than the height H2opposite the enlarged Board 2

H1<H2.

To avoid overflow of the slurry 6 through increased Board 2, in a technologically not a given direction, its height H2is greater than the height of the level of slurry Nnarising in the cross-section of the gutter when it overflows

H2>Hn.

Longitudinal shelf stiffness shorter side 1 of the gutter has the form of an inclined heat 4, Kotor is located at an angle α to the horizontal surface and provides overflow of excess slurry 6 at a distance l from the shorter side 1. Thus by performing the sides 1 and 2 troughs of different heights, respectively, H1and H2relatively level rise Hnthe transported slurry 5, moving in the cross-section of the gutter, is achieved by managing the overflow of excess slurry 6.

SUBSTANCE: in disclosed here apron conveyer links of planar chains of intermediate drives are arranged opposite to one another along width of draw member. The planar chains of an upper branch of the pull member are arranged in spans between a driven sprocket and tightener; they interact with supports of sliding or with rollers. Proposed device comprises guide element to be fitted on first movable mechanism end to form guide with two opposite sides and curved to circular arc with center of curvature. Said coupler may swing on said guide to couple said end of first moving mechanism with said second moving mechanism. Coupler comprises rollers to interact with said opposite sides for guide to be retained between said rollers. First movable mechanism can be turned araend vertical axis, passing through the said center of curvature, about second movable mechanism. These two mechanisms are connected via couple device.

SUBSTANCE: in complex based on horizontally closed scraper chain a traction element is arranged as double-chain. Scrapers at side external relative to longitudinal axis of conveyor and at the length of contour equal to length L of the conveyor are arranged with stands perpendicularly aligned to scrapers in the form of beams with equal resistance in mutually perpendicular planes. Detachable cutters are fixed on stands, being aligned aside from conveyor longitudinal axis, besides, height of cutter cutting edges and their location along height from upper plane of scrapers are defined based on mathematical ratios. At the same time total height of cutting edges in all cutters is equal to capacity of mineral bed, and location of scrapers with cutters along conveyor length is accepted as stepped with pitch between cutters l=L/n with increasing height of cutters location on scrapers hi to the side opposite to direction of traction element movement. Besides, height b0 of cutting edge in lower cutter is selected on the condition of providing zone cleaning near bed foundation, and height b1 of cutting edge in the first cutter and height h of its location above upper plane of scraper are selected on the condition of providing strength of unit for fixation of stand with cutter to scraper. All scrapers equipped with cutters, at the side opposite to the cutters are equipped with additional vertically aligned stands of the same height, with the possibility of their interaction with vertical boards of panline both at weight-bearing and idle branches. Rotary-vane feeder of conveyor comprises drum, which consists of two rims joined to each other by means of radial blades, support rollers and tray, which are installed on frame. Besides support rollers are installed in pairs on balancing levers, which are hingedly joined to frame. Radial blades are equipped with breaking beams, which are arranged over blades and are connected to them by means of elastic elements.

EFFECT: increased reliability and durability due to reduction of contact tensions between rims and rollers and reduction of dynamic impact loads at blades.

FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to benches for execution of experimental research in laboratory conditions. Device comprises section of vertically oriented pipe fixed on frame, lower cut of which has fixed circular guide with angle profile in cross section with vertical and horizontal shelves. There is upper ring arranged on horizontal shelf with the possibility of rotation in horizontal plane versus this guide. Ring is equipped with identical welded round-link chains attached along its perimetre, lower ends of which are fixed on another lower ring with the possibility of its rotation in horizontal plane and displacement in vertical plane. On upper ring along its perimetre there are alternating rollers installed with the possibility of their rotation in horizontal and vertical axes and with the possibility of rollers interaction accordingly with horizontal and vertical shelves of circular guide. Fixation of lower ends in round-link chains is provided due to their fixation in lower ring with the help of radially oriented rods on its internal surface with the possibility of their location inside links of round-link chains. Length of rods protruding parts is equal to width of round-link chains links. Concentrically versus lower ring there is additional internal ring arranged with the possibility of location between it and lower ring of round-link chains. In openings of additional internal ring there are two pairs of rods arranged diametrically at the right angle to each other with increased length and helical thread at their ends and packing nut with the possibility of its rest against internal ring. Internal ring is made of elastic material and is arranged as split with the possibility of its detachment from rods with helical thread after packing nuts screwing off them. Length of round-link chains is selected so that it is possible to move lower ring up and down along them and fix it in required position, setting distances between upper and lower rings. On lower ring along its perimetre with identical pitch on vertical axes, rollers are installed with the possibility of their interaction with internal cylindrical surface of jacket fixed on frame, as well as two additional diametrically installed rollers on detachable horizontal axes with the possibility of their interaction with vertically oriented guides of I-section in cross section. Guides are hingedly suspended to frame by their upper ends with the possibility of their rotation in plane passing through axes of additional rollers, to the sides from lower ring and fixation of these guides in turned position versus frame. On upper and lower rings there are rims attached with the possibility to install sections of flexible elements in their chutes and with rims enclosure by flexible elements at the angle close to 360 degrees. At the same time one end of each flexible element is fixed on rim, and the second one is equipped with dynamometre and is kinematically joined to drive. Upper ring is equipped with stop accessory, having possibility to fix upper ring versus circular guide. Cylindrical jacket is arranged with vertical slot cut with the possibility to arrange branch of flexible element coming off lower ring. In internal cavity of pipe section there is round plate arranged with gap in horizontal plane with the possibility of replaceable weights location on it and interaction with ore sample placed inside internal section of pipe section. Plate, with the help of flexible element, length of which is equal to height of pipe section, is kinematically connected to frame as point of flexible element attachment to frame is allocated along axis of pipe section symmetry. Under lower ring there is container installed on frame with gate valve placed in its upper part with the possibility of ore pass reception and arrangement in container.

EFFECT: provision of possibility in laboratory conditions to detect power and kinematic characteristics of chain gate for ore pass for conditions of bulk ore outlet from ore pass with versions of rotary ring location - upper or lower ones.

At least on three round-link chains in area of their fixation to upper ring there are detectors installed, which register value of longitudinal load over round-link chains, and round-link chains with detectors are arranged along perimetre of upper ring at the same distance from each other. In internal cavity of pipe section there is round plate arranged with gap in horizontal plane with the possibility of replaceable weights location on it and interaction with ore sample placed inside internal section of pipe section. Plate, with the help of flexible element, length of which is equal to height of pipe section, is kinematically connected to frame as point of flexible element attachment to frame is allocated along axis of pipe section symmetry. Under lower ring there is container installed on frame with gate valve placed in its upper part with the possibility of ore pass reception and arrangement in container.

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for extraction and underground use of coal includes cleaning extraction and dumping of coal, fixing and controlling ceiling and transporting coal along face to drift. On the drift, in moveable generator, coal is pulverized for intensive burning with use of jets in water boiler firebox, where high temperature of steam is achieved (about 1400 C°), enough for decomposition of water on oxygen and hydrogen. These are separated, then oxygen is fed back to jets, and hydrogen is outputted along pipes and hoses in drifts and shaft. Variants of underground generator for realization of this method are provided. Also provided is method for extraction of disturbed coal beds by short faces. It includes extraction and dumping of coal on face conveyor, fixing of ceiling behind combine, moving conveyor line and support sections in direction of cleaning face displacement, control of ceiling with destruction and partial filling. Extraction of coal is performed in short curvilinear faces by long stripes along bed, in straight drive without forwarding drifts, with preservation and reuse of ventilation and conveyor drifts, equipped with mounting manipulator robots, with fixing behind combine by automatically operating support deflectors without unloading and displacing sections in area of coal extraction. Extraction and transporting of coal is performed by fast one-drum combine and curvilinear reloading conveyor, supplying coal to drift conveyor or immediately to underground gas or energy generator placed immediately on drift. Also proposed is face scraper conveyor for realization of said method, wherein pans are made with step along front face profile, greater, than along back one, while forming common line curved towards face with constant curvature. Also proposed is a method for controlling complex for unmanned coal extraction.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, effectiveness, broader functional capabilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock in underground mines for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level. For this purpose device is used containing pair of flight conveyors, forced-draught and suction fans, air chamber with air inlet hole provided with cyclone installed over flight conveyor to be loaded. Air chamber is arranged between conveyors and is furnished with air collector made in form of screen with cells, housing and brushes from side of conveyors. Additional hole is made in bottom of air chamber to deliver air jet at angle to direction of material movement.

EFFECT: device of simple design providing effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other installed at one level.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibrating facilities and it can be used for letting out ore or other materials and their separation. Proposed vibrating feeder has resilient supports, working member consisting of charging and discharge parts and vibrating drive consisting of two shafts with unbalance weight and motors, one per each unbalance weight. Place of arrangement of vibrating drive is determined basing on the fact that line of connection of axles of unbalance weights is located in area limited by two straight lines square to direction of vibration, one of which passed through center of mass, and the other is located at a distance from center of mass of 1/10L to side of charging part of working member. Axle of unbalance weights are located at different sides from line of direction of vibration passing through center of mass at distance equal to not less than 1/8 where L is distance between resilient supports in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: improved stability of operation of vibrating feeder at unstable supply and impact loads on working member at discharging.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for transportation of rock under ground, particularly, for reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level. For this purpose loose material reloading device is used which contains inclined and horizontal sections with drive arranged on support between two conveyors. Device is installed in housing with windows from side of conveyors, and is made in form of chain with scrapers passed over rollers and installed for moving in pair of trapezoidal guides. Housing is installed on support by means of hydraulic jacks. Angle of tilting α of side of trapezium is within 35° and 45°.

EFFECT: simple design, provision of effective and safe reloading of rock from one conveyor to the other arranged at one level.

Proposed conveyor contains rigidly mounted on buntons chute-like section guide conductors with curvilinear sections, articulated members with two load-carrying units freely suspended from axles and arranged symmetrically on each member and provided with gear wheels for selective transportation of load, and guide rolling supports on axles of members for engagement with said guide conductors. Rolling elements of rolling supports are made in form of balls. Conveyor is furnished also with distributed linear hydraulic drive. Guide rolling supports are provided with metal journals with rectangular seats on free places of which detachable inserts are installed accommodating said rolling elements in form of balls. Detachable inserts are installed for corrective displacement by means of pressure spring to adjust distance between guide rolling supports and inner surfaces of chute-like section guide conductors.

SUBSTANCE: ore pass comprises shaft, loading mouth and sieve. The ore pass shaft is provided with conveyer belts suspended to sieve grate so that distances between adjacent conveyer belts are different and defined by maximal dimensions of rock pieces passing between the belts. Sealed elastic shell is arranged in lower ore pass part. The sieve is installed at α=17° - 45° angle to horizontal plane. Lower conveyer belt ends are provided with weights.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyors with multichain traction member. Proposed scraper conveyor contains endless traction member consisting of parallel traction chains, two outer chains and one inner chain, closed in vertical plane on end sprockets and resting on guides of panline flight. It is provided with scrapers secured in turn by ends on outer chains, alternating with scrapers freely fitted with clearances between outer chains and attached by ends on inner chain. Scrappers secured on outer chains are provided with cavities for accommodating inner chain. Traction member is furnished with additional inner chain, both inner chains being arranged in middle part of panline flight symmetrically to each other relative to longitudinal axis of conveyor, and scrapers being secured by ends on both inner chains. Distance between outer and inner chains is set less than distance between inner chains.

Wheeled rolling stock moves along the monorail. Horizontal plates are arranged between the supports along monorail and spaced apart a distance exceeding distance between supports. The plate bottoms are fixedly connected to upper monorail shoulder. Panel tops are secured to U-shaped shoe. Each plate with above shoe is pressed to mine tunnel roof by anchors. Insert made of yieldable material is arranged between mine tunnel roof and shoe.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks, namely, to complexes for lifting and lower dump-trucks at opencast mining. Proposed device for lifting dump-truck to flank of opencast contains, in addition to lifting line, lowering line parallel to lifting line, both lines being coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines. Each gripping device for gripping and transporting of dump-trucks up and down is made in form twin levers with rollers hinge-connected two leaf-and-roller chains and arranged in between to provide movement of roller along guides. Platform is secured on levers to arranged rear wheels of dumps-truck on lifting line and front wheels, on lowering line. Platform is arranged with clearances over tracks and on lifting line it is provided with curvilinear stop from side of tension sprocket for engagement with rear wheel of dump-truck, and on lowering line it is provided with two stops for arrangement of front wheels of dump-truck between the stops. Tracks on inclined sections are arranged to move front wheels on lifting line and rear wheels on lowering line at horizontal position of dump-trucks. Lips are arranged in opencast and on its flank in zones of entry of dump-trucks on lifting line and lowering line over tension and drive sprockets, and guides for traction chains and rollers of levers are made curvilinear to provide free getting of dump-truck wheels onto tracks.

EFFECT: provisions of lifting of loaded dump-trucks to flank of opencast and simultaneous lowering of empty-trucks into opencast at continuous transportation and reduced to minimum metal usage and energy consumption when carrying out said operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks when carrying out opencast mining. Proposed device for lifting dump-truck to flank of opencast contains, in addition of lifting line, a lowering line, both lines are parallel, being mechanically coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines. Each device for gripping and transporting of dump-trucks up and down is made in form twin levers with rollers hinge-connected to two leaf-and-roller chains and arranged in between for turning twin levers in vertical plane and moving rollers along guides arranged under guides for running rollers of traction chains. Twin levers are interconnected by platform to arrange front wheels of dump0truck. Platforms are arranged with clearances over tracks and are provided with curvilinear stop on lifting line from side of tension sprocket for engagement with front wheels of dump-truck and are made on lowering line with two stops to arranged front wheels of dump-truck between said stops. Cavities with inclined bottom to said of tension sprocket and wall square to surface of track are arranged on surface of lifting line track at definite step. Each platform of lifting line is furnished with shoe hinge-secured on platform symmetrically to longitudinal axis of lifting line for engagement of free end of shoe with surface of track at normal operation and, at break of traction chains, engagement of free end with wall of cavity, and free end of curvilinear form, with stop of platform.

EFFECT: provision of lifting loaded dump-trucks to flank of opencast and simultaneous lowering of empty-dump trucks into opencast with possibility of holding loaded dump-truck on lifting line in case of breaks of traction chains.
