The invention relates to hydraulic engineering and are designed to clean the waters of the reservoirs from the floating peat fields.

The known method of peat deposits on avtv of the USSR №1710762 from 18.01.1990, the Method includes cutting the top layer deposits at an angle to the direction of movement exaverage body with the formation of stripes arranged parallel to the direction of movement exaverage authority, Department of strips of peat mass from the reservoir and the spreading of peat on the field drying. In spreading cutting the top layer deposits carry out the stripes with uncut strips deposits. After cutting the top layer deposits form a groove with a grooved bottom, cover it remains dry peat with cutting strips. Then the peat mass after separation from deposits laid on an insulating layer of dry peat and milled.

However, this method of development of peat is applicable only on the earth's surface and can not be used on reservoirs.

The known method of peat deposits, including the draining of its gross and net card channels and the extraction of peat milling method (awts of the USSR №1687789 on CL AS 49/00 from 05.05.1989 year). In this way the extraction of peat milling process is carried out until the groundwater level of 0.5-0.7 m Then on one side of the map Excalibur peat to mineral soil and dissolved, and edalat on the surface of the card, continue mining and milling means and, upon reaching the width of the card 10 m, peat Excalibur and removes outside the field.

The disadvantage of this method is the complexity in the drainage.

A device for the development of peat deposits, including mounted on the associated with the tractor articulated frame sections rotating disks, each of which disks are placed along an axis located at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the tractor (awts of the USSR №1710762 on CL AS 49/00 from 18.01.90 year). The device is equipped with a mechanism for shredding peat mass, made in the form of hollow passive reels, each of which is mounted pivotally on the frame directly behind the corresponding section of the rotary disk. The axis of the drum parallel to the axis section of the rotary disk. The plane of each disk is mounted at an angle 6-25° to the longitudinal axis of the tractor. Each drum is radially spaced cylindrical generatrix of the blade.

However, this device cannot be used in the development of floating peat fields on the reservoirs.

On avtv of the USSR №1684501 on CL AS 49/00 from 21.03.1989, a device for peat extraction, including related basic machine frame rake and sectional disk Ripper. Rake and cultivator mounted on a single frame. The rake is made in the form of two, the location is established at an angle one to another, divergent sectional dump surfaces, each of which is connected by braces to the frame and hinged to one another. Final surface and partition disk Ripper have the same direction of the angle of attack. Alignments of the output of the rake and cultivator are against each other, and the front ends of the rake are rigidly connected with the frame.

Such a device is not suitable for cleaning water reservoirs from the floating peat fields that may get in hydro power plants, because of the land base of the machine and complicated attachments.

At present there are no methods and devices for collecting floating on the waters of the reservoirs peat fields, so there is a risk of hitting the peat fields in hydro power plants.

The problem solved by the invention, is to provide the Assembly with the waters of the reservoir floating peat fields by their division into blocks, suitable for transportation and subsequent disposal.

The technical result achieved by the invention, consists in obtaining suitable to transport transport units (blocks) of the peat fields, which are large, floating on the waters of the reservoirs.

This technical result according to the method is achieved by the fact that carry out the cutting of the PLA the surrounding waters of the reservoir peat fields on blocks, for example, with size 20×40 m thin water jet range 20-25 m, obtained with the help of giant, under the pressure of 120-150 ATM, and the device for implementing the method includes a floating base with attachments, equipped with a giant, to create a thin water stream.

The figure simply shows a General view of the device for the development of floating peat fields offshore reservoirs.

Device for the development of floating peat fields on the waters of the reservoirs includes a floating base 1, as part of the mounted equipment is set to the monitor 2, for example, of the "Blizzard 60", "Blizzard 300", to create a thin water jet, range 20-25 m Floating peat field indicated by the position 3, a thin stream from the giant - 4, cut blocks of peat fields - 5.

The way to develop floating on the waters of the reservoir peat fields as follows.

Floating base 1 with the mounted equipment and the giant 2 approaches floating on the waters of the reservoir turf field 3, for example a area of several hectares, floating on the reservoir. The operator, by controlling the giant 2, creates a thin water jet 4 controlled pressure of 120-150 ATM, range 20-25 m and it cuts the turf field 3 blocks 5 dimensions of 20×40 m

Note the R.

At the Bratsk reservoir vessel type "Yaroslavets" project P-U with the mounted equipment is installed on the monitor of the "Blizzard 300" suitable for floating on the waters of the reservoir peat field. The giant "Blizzard 300 produces cutting peat fields on blocks of size 20×40 m using a thin streams under a pressure of 150 ATM range 20 m After this floating tools easy to assemble cut peat blocks. The resulting blocks are suitable for subsequent transport and disposal.

1. Method of peat fields offshore reservoirs, including the cutting of floating on the waters of the reservoir peat fields on blocks thin water jet range 20-25 m, obtained with the help of giant, under the pressure of 120-150 ATM.

2. The device for implementing the method according to claim 1 includes a floating base with attachments, equipped with a giant, to create a thin water jet.
