FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antiseptic agents for treating wood and specifically to antiseptics based on water-soluble polymers. The antiseptic consists of a mixture of dry salts and acids, with the following ratio in wt %: partial zinc salt of a polyacrylic acid 1.88-2.5; sodium salicylate 37.88-38.25; salicylic acid 20.25-25.18; citric acid 34.07-39.99, soluble in 50% aqueous solution of a quaternary ammonium salt of formula [R(CH3)2(CH2C6H5)N]+Cl-, R=C10H21-C18H37, with the following ratio of components in wt %: mixture of dry compounds 25; aqueous solution of quaternary ammonium salt 75. Working solutions with concentration of 2.0 wt % and 0.5 wt % are prepared from the obtained antiseptic solution.

EFFECT: antiseptic is more effective in treating wood compared to its counterparts.

The present invention relates to antiseptic tools designed for wood processing, namely antiseptics based on water-soluble polymers.

Known antiseptic agent comprising compounds of copper, chromium and arsenic in the optimal ratio of arsenic to chromium and copper is 1:(0.5-1.5):(0.3-0.80 (EN 2148493, MKI 7 WK 3/28, SW 3/08; SV 20/04, 15/01, 2000). This antiseptic is used to protect the wood and articles of wood from decay and attack by termites, fungi, and insects.

The disadvantage of this antiseptic is the presence of arsenic and chromium, which is highly toxic drugs.

Known antiseptics for wood, consisting of a mixture of boric esters with boron content of not less than 3.5% and the mass ratio of boric acid distillate fraction runway (high-boiling by-products), equal (0.27-0.35):1.0 (EN 2056427, MKI 07F 5/04, 1996). This antiseptic can be used in woodworking and construction to protect the wood from rot and mold.

The disadvantage of this antiseptic is the possibility of hydrolysis with a full decomposition of boric ester on the original connection.

Known antiseptic containing diammonium phosphate, urea, sodium fluoride and an aqueous solution acetonitriles resin in wt%: diammonium phosphate 7.56, urea 7.56, sodium fluoride 2.88, oceanfarmasea resin brand ACF-3M-65 (1-6% aqueous solution) 82 (EN 2197375, MKI UK 3/52, 2003). Used to prepare wood materials in construction and can be used as impregnating antiseptic, bio - and flame retardant.

The disadvantage of this antiseptic is a large number acetonitriles resin 82 wt.% (1-6% aqueous solution) and the use of sodium fluoride - vysokotochnogo and environmentally hazardous compounds.

Closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a method of obtaining an antiseptic for wood-based derivatives, guanidine (prototype).

Antiseptic has the following composition, wt.%: antiseptic 0.25-2, an organic solvent, 0.05-2, water - other (RU 2141398, MKI 6 WK, 3/36, 3/52, 1990). This antiseptic is designed to protect the wood from microbial action against mold and coloring wood mushrooms.

The disadvantage of this antiseptic is relatively low efficacy against mold fungi especially when diluted from 0.01% (effective up to a day), at a concentration of 2-2 .5% (effective up to 3 days).

The present invention is the task of creating an antiseptic for wood bole is effective, than specified in the prototype.

The task of the invention is solved by the fact that the proposed antiseptic for wood processing includes partial zinc salt of polyacrylic acid, sodium salicylate, salicylic acid, citric acid in a mixture of dry compounds in the following ratio, wt.%:

partial zinc salt of polyacrylic acid1.88-2.5
the sodium salicylate37.88-38.25
salicylic acid20.25-25.18
citric acidAt 34.07-39.99,

which is dissolved in 50%aqueous solution of the Quaternary ammonium salt of the formula: [R(CH3)2(CH2C6H5N]+Cl-R=C10H21-C18H37in the following ratio, wt.%:

the mixture of dry joints25
an aqueous solution of Quaternary ammonium salt75

Received an antiseptic solution to prepare working solutions with concentrations of 2.0 is AC.% and 0.5 wt.%.

Offer antiseptic for wood represents a liquid from red to Burgundy color with a density of d420=1.1-1.18 g cm-3, the refractive index n20D=1.4-1.5, and a pour point not higher than -1°C.

Funginertness antiseptics was determined according to GOST 9.049-91.

For infection used spores of fungi: Aspergillus niger van Tieghem; Aspergillus terreus Thom; Aspergillus oryzae (Ahlburg) Cohn; Chaetomium globosum Kunze; Paecilomyces varioti Bainer Penicillium funiculosum Thom; Penicillum crysogenium Thom; Pinicillium cyclopium westling; Trichloderma Pers/ ex Fr.

The test procedure is as follows: samples of antiseptics put one in Petri dishes. A spore suspension of fungi prepare for (1.3) in water according to GOST 9.049-91. Contaminated material is kept in a box at a temperature of 25-27°C before drying drops, but no more than 60 minutes. Tests funginertness spend at temerature 29-31°C and a relative humidity of more than 90%. In a desiccator, and the camera does not allow condensation. The test duration when assessing gribomont antiseptics according to the degree of development of fungi is 28 days with intermediate examination after 14 days. Control Petri dishes inspect every 5 days. Funginertness assess (on a 6-point scale according to GOST 9.048) according to the intensity of development of fungi. The degree of development of fungi was evaluated according to GOST 9.049 according to method 1, where: 0 is the mother of the l antiseptics is not a nutrient medium (neutral or fungistatic);

1, 2 - material contains nutrients that provide a slight development of fungi;

3, 4, 5 - material contains a sufficient amount of nutrients conducive to the development of fungi.

The results of the tests are presented in table 1.

For infection used spores of fungi: Mucor, Cladosporium, Aspergillus and Penicillum.

The test procedure is as follows: samples of wood the size of 5×15×180 mm and a humidity of 80% was immersed in the impregnating solution and kept for 50 days in a humid chamber at a temperature of 20-22°C. during the experiment was carried out interim monitoring fouling mushrooms with an interval of 10 days from the moment of experience. Square fouling samples expressed as a percentage of the total sample, and then determined the preservation of samples. The results for the preservation of wood samples are shown in table 2.
