The invention also refers to the method of inhibition of the specimen's CETP activity, to the way of treatment of the specimen's abnormality or disease mediated by CETP or responsive to CETP inhibition, to the pharmaceutical composition, and to application of the formula (I) compounds.

The compound according to claim 1, in which R1 denotes alkyl-O-C(O)- or heteroaryl, which optionally contains from 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group comprising halogen, heteroaryl, the hydroxy-group, alkoxygroup, nah heterocyclyl, alkyl or dialkylamino, where each heteroaryl, alkoxygroup, alkyl and nonaromatic heterocyclyl optionally additionally contains from 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group comprising alkyl, hydroxy-group, alkyl-O-C(O)-, carboxylate, alkyl-SO2-, alkoxygroup, dialkylamino or non-aromatic heterocyclyl, or alkanoyl;
R2 represents alkyl;

The compound according to claim 1, in which R1 denotes (C1-C4)-alkyl-O-C(O) -, or a 5-7 membered heteroaryl, which optionally contains from 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group comprising halogen, 5-7-membered heteroaryl, (C1-C4)-alkoxygroup, 5-7-membered non-aromatic heterocyclyl, (C1-C4)-alkyl or (C1-C4)-dialkylamino, where (C1-C4)-alkyl optionally substituted by one to three hydroxy groups, a 5-7 membered non-aromatic heterocyclyl optionally substituted one to three alkanolamine groups, and where every 5-7-membered heteroaryl and (C1-C4)-alkoxygroup optionally additionally contains from 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group comprising (C1-C4)-alkyl, hydroxy-group, (C1-C4)-alkyl-O-C(O)-, (C1-C4)-alkyl-SO2-, (C1-C4)-alkoxygroup, (C1-C4)-dialkylamino or a 5-7 membered non-aromatic heterocyclyl;

4. A method of inhibiting the activity BPHA the subject, which includes an introduction to the subject of the compounds of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in therapeutically effective amounts.

5. The method of treatment of the subject of disorders or diseases mediated BPA or responsive to the inhibition BPA, which includes an introduction to the subject of the compounds of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in therapeutically effective amounts.

8. The compound of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, having inhibitory activity against BPA intended for use as a medicine.

9. The use of the compounds of formula (I) according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for the preparation of medicinal products intended for treatment of a subject disorders or diseases mediated BPA or responsive to the inhibition BPA.
