FIELD: pipelines; corrosion prevention.

SUBSTANCE: insulating coupling comprises: a metal case in the form of a hollow cylinder with an inner collar, rigidly fixed with two flanges which have holes for standard fastening elements; an electrically-insulating joint between the pipes; two hollow cylinders made from dielectric materials placed inside the metal case, one of them is limited by an inner collar. The following is positioned inside the cylinders: sealing gasket rings; two metal rings; two C-shaped rings with claws on the inside and spherical external surface made from the material harder than the material used for the pipes; two driving washers with taper surface on the inside and two stepped dielectric bushings. The flanges on the case are fastened to the pressure flanges with cylindrical noses which are tightly inserted into the hollow dielectric cylinders.

EFFECT: increases the pipe coupling durability.

The invention relates to the field of devices for protection against corrosion and can be used in particular for protection of gas pipelines, oil pipelines and water and heat supply from corrosion.

Known vinyl flange connection, consisting of two flanges connected by pipes with the help of non-separable connections, and having holes for standard fasteners. The flanges are connected to each other by insert, with double-sided vinyl floor. On the ends of the inserts are inserts. The insert is located between the pipe and secured using standard fasteners, each of which is placed an inner electrically insulating plastic sleeve. On the ledges, flanges and inserts placed two casing with an electrically insulating coating all surfaces. After final Assembly of the joint faces are covered with corrosion-resistant coating (patent RF №2076985 from 10.04.1997).

Developed in JSC "Engels OKB "Signal" to them. Aiguaviva" insulating pipe connection includes contracted with each other segments of the pipelines equipped with tabs on the ends of separated electrically electrically insulating cylindrical elements and the elastic sealing joint. Sections of pipelines are equipped with lugs having a D-shaped is rhodoline section, inside and outside are installed with end gaps two electrically insulating cylindrical sleeve. The elastomeric seal is located between the ends of the tips and the surfaces of the cylindrical insulating bushing. In the connection speed used electrical insulating bushing on one end and a metal cap at the other end. Tightening the ends of the pipes screws evenly spaced around the circumference and are screwed into the housing (patent RF №2350823 from 13.08.2007).

As a prototype insulating connection smooth tubes is useful to consider vinyl flange connection smooth tubes containing the metal housing, made in the form of a cylinder, a limited internal annular ledge with one hand, and on the other hand rigidly connected with one flange having holes for standard fasteners. Another push flange with holes for standard fasteners provided with a cylindrical protrusion tightly within the metal housing. In the metal case without a gap inserted cylinder of a dielectric material. Between the pipes is electrically insulating insert made of a dielectric material. Symmetrically from it between the cylinder of a dielectric material and the outer surface of the pipe consistently races is orogeny annular sealing gasket, metal rings, C-rings, movable metal sleeve and a stepped sleeve of a dielectric material. A hard link connection pipes and sealing compounds occurs when tightening fasteners (application No. 2009112694/06 (017308)).

The disadvantages of the prototype are determined possible rigid fixation of the housing to connect the pipes to the required compression of the sealing gasket, which can lead to insufficient sealing of the connection.

The objective of the proposed invention is the provision of a rigid fixing of pipes, reliable sealing connection and insulating protection.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the insulating compound smooth tubes containing the metal housing in the form of a hollow cylinder with an internal annular ledge, flange with holes for standard fasteners rigidly connected to one face of the metal housing, electrically insulating insert between the pipes, made of dielectric material placed inside the metal body is a hollow cylinder of dielectric material within which is located an annular sealing gasket, metal ring, C-ring with pointed protrusions on the inner surface and a spherical outer surface, izgotovlenie more solid material, than the pipe material, the movable metal sleeve with a tapered inner surface and two stepped sleeve of dielectric material, one of the compression flange with holes for standard fasteners, provided with a cylindrical protrusion tightly within the hollow cylinder of dielectric material, the fasteners further comprises a second flange with holes for standard fasteners, which is rigidly connected with the opposite end of the metal housing. Inside the metal body is placed a hollow cylinder of dielectric material, limited internal annular ledge. Inside the hollow cylinder of dielectric material, limited internal annular ledge located metal ring, C-ring with pointed protrusions on the inner surface and a spherical outer surface, made of a harder material than the material of the pipe, the movable metal sleeve with a tapered inner surface and a stepped sleeve of a dielectric material. In the hollow cylinder of dielectric material, limited internal annular ledge, densely includes a cylindrical protrusion, which is provided with a second pressure flange with holes for standard fasteners.

The drawing shows a cross section of a quarter of an insulating connection smooth tubes.

Insulating the connection smooth tubes 1 and 2 includes a metal housing 3 in the form of a cylinder, bounded on two sides of the two flanges 4 and 5 with holes for standard fasteners 6 and 7. Metal housing 3 has two internal cylindrical grooves 8 and 9, separated by an internal annular ledge 10. In the cylindrical groove 8 is firmly connected to the cylinder of a dielectric material 11. Between the pipes 1 and 2 is electrically insulating insert 12. Between the outer surface of the pipe 1, vinyl insert 12 and the cylinder of a dielectric material 11 are positioned successively stepped sleeve of dielectric material 13, an annular sealing gasket 14, a ring of dielectric material 15, an annular sealing gasket 16, a metal ring 17, C-shaped ring 18, the movable metal sleeve 19 and the stepped sleeve of dielectric material 20. Flange 4 by means of standard fasteners 6 is connected to the pressure flange 21, provided with a cylindrical lug 22 tightly within the cylinder of a dielectric material 11. In the cylindrical groove 9 is firmly connected limited internal annular ledge cylinder of dielectric material 3. Between the outer surface of the pipe 2 and the inner surface of the cylinder of dielectric material 23 are stepped sleeve of dielectric material 24, the movable metal sleeve 25, the C-ring 26 and the metal ring 27. With the flange 5 by means of standard fasteners 7 is connected to the pressure flange 28, provided with a cylindrical lug 29, tightly within the cylinder of dielectric material 23.

When tightening fasteners 6 push the flange 21 is moved and compress the sealing gasket 14 and 16 in the closed volume, providing the necessary degree of compression and reliable seal. Moved by this movable metal sleeve 19 with its conical inner surface presses on the spherical outer surface With a retaining ring 18 made of a harder material than the material of the pipes, and pointed tabs on the inner surface of a C-shaped ring 18, are pressed into the pipe body 1, and securely connect it to the metal frame 3. When tightening fasteners 7 push the flange 28 moves the movable metal sleeve 25, which its conical inner surface presses on the spherical outer surface With a retaining ring 26 made of a rigid material, h is m the pipe material, and pointed protrusions located on the inner surface of the C-ring 26, are pressed into the pipe body 2 and securely connect it to the metal frame 3.

Installation of insulating joints smooth tubes at the place of operation is as follows. Fully installed, but not tightened the connection coming in on one of the pipes 1 or 2. Then between the pipes 1 and 2 is inserted into the electrically insulating insert 12. Next installed, but not tightened the connection coming in on both pipes so that on vinyl box 12 was located a ring of dielectric material 15. Tighten the fastening elements 6 for sealing the connection and fastening of the pipe 1, and then tighten the fastening elements 7 for fixing the pipe 2.

The advantages of the proposed technical solutions are as follows:

- the possibility of placing an insulating connection anywhere in the pipeline, because the flanges are not connected with the pipe by using a non-separable connection;

- fairly reliable electrical insulation protection;

- ease of installation-related operations by tightening the bolts according to the recommendations of the mounting flange connections.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of metal case in form of cylinder with internal cylinder groove restricted with internal circular lug, and also having cylinder lug on external surface. Two stepped cylinder of dielectric material and a sealing padding are set between the pipe and the groove of the case. A metal ring, a C-shaped ring made of material harder, than material of the pipe and a movable bush are arranged between the pipe and the cylinder of dielectric material. Uniform around circumference transfer of the end cover, of the stepped cylinder positioned before it and the pipe, and of the movable bush occurs in axial direction at tightening bolts which enter orifices in the cylinder lug of the case and the end cover. With its internal conic surface the movable bush weighs upon external surface of the C-like ring, compresses it, forces pointed radial lugs of the C-like ring into a body of the pipe and fixes the pipe in the insulating device for pipe assembly. It also compresses the insulating padding.

EFFECT: insulating padding, three cylinders and insertion of dielectric material form reliable electro-insulating circuit.

SUBSTANCE: electrically insulating flange connection of plain tubes includes metal housing in the form of cylinder restricted on one side with inner annular projection, and on the other side rigidly connected to one flange. The other flange is equipped with cylindrical projection tightly enclosed in metal housing to which cylinder from dielectric material is inserted without a gap, between which and cylindrical projection of the flange the annular rubber gasket is installed, which protects inner cavities of connection against atmospheric action. Annular sealing gaskets, metal rings, C-shaped rings made from material which is harder than tube material, movable metal bushes and stepped bushes from dielectric material are in series located symmetrically from electrically insulating insert between tubes. Electrical insulating flange joint comprises dielectric gasket fixed between end flanges of pipelines by means of bolt pairs with electrical insulating elements installed on them. Electrical insulating elements are formed by means of multi-layer winding of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape on bolts, which are located in openings of flange joint flanges. Winding of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape on bolts of flange joint is realised with tension and with an overlap diagonally by cross method, at that thickness of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape in bolts winding is not more than 0.25 mm, and porosity makes around 50-60%. Dielectric gasket is arranged in the form of flat annular disc and protrudes above flanges of flange joint.

SUBSTANCE: proposed isolated pipe joint comprises pipe sections screwed together, their ends faces being provided with ledges separated by electrically insulating cylindrical elements and elastic seal of the joint. The pipe sections are provided with L-shape lengthwise section nozzles, inside and outside of which two electrically insulating sleeves are arranged with end gaps. Elastomer seal is fitted between the said nozzles faces and surfaces of cylindrical electrically insulating sleeves. The proposed joint comprises also stepwise insulating bush on the joint one end and metal cover on its other end. A metal ring, a C-shaped ring made of material harder, than material of the pipe and a movable bush are arranged between the pipe and the cylinder of dielectric material. SUBSTANCE: coupling comprises the flange connection with holes for standard fastening elements; fastening elements: bolts, nuts and ring plates; a dielectric spacer between the flanges; dielectric inserts in the form of dielectric bushings and plates isolating the fastening elements from the flanges, of a dielectric pipe inside the flange connection to extend the dielectric clearance.
