SUBSTANCE: coupling comprises the flange connection with holes for standard fastening elements; fastening elements: bolts, nuts and ring plates; a dielectric spacer between the flanges; dielectric inserts in the form of dielectric bushings and plates isolating the fastening elements from the flanges, of a dielectric pipe inside the flange connection to extend the dielectric clearance. Flanges have a cylindrical nose with threaded openings, where pressure bolts are positioned uniformly around the nose, these bolts thrust against metal rings positioned in the flange rings. When the pressure bolts are tightened, metal rings move and press the sealing gaskets, which are also positioned in the flange rings between the dielectric spacer, metal ring and cylindrical noses.

The invention relates to pipeline compounds that increase the resistance to external corrosion and tightness at high pressures, and can be used in particular for protection of gas pipelines, oil pipelines and water and heat supply from corrosion.

It is known that the dielectric flange connections for electrical separation tubes are electrically insulating gaskets between the flanges and dielectric inserted between the fasteners and flanges. Thus, in the dielectric flange joint of pipeline, developed oil and gas management Board of JSC "Tatneft", to create a pipeline connection, providing protection from external corrosion and dielectric connector of one pipe section from another, inside of pipes with flanges attach a coil of GRP pipes, and in the gap between the flanges is placed fiberglass gasket-ring. In the grooves of the flanges are rubber o rings. Steel studs with nuts isolated with dielectric inserts (patent RF №2174637).

Usually when mechanical connection flanges simultaneously sealing the connection. At Saratov state technical University (SSTU) developed flange connection, in which the mechanical connection is of flanges and sealing compounds are separated, it can be used at high pressure of the transported fluid (RF patent No. 2367837).

However, these compounds cannot be used as a dielectric flanged connections at high pressure.

As a prototype of a flange on the high pressure dielectric connector pipeline is useful to consider flanged connection for high pressure with a dielectric connector pipeline, developed oil and gas management Board. Flange pair with holes for standard fasteners are extended on both sides with fittings. In the inner part of the flange pairs installed dielectric tube with the possibility of creating tightness and electrical connector on the inner surface of the pipeline. The dielectric tube at the ends tightly against the inner surface of the flanges with welded connections using two metal tips. The length of the dielectric tube is larger than the diameter of the pipeline. The fastening elements are electrically isolated from the steel flanges with dielectric inserts. The flanges on the outer surface separated from each other with dielectric gasket (patent RF №2162981).

The disadvantages of the prototype are determined, primarily, by the fact that the installation of the dielectric tube is two metal lugs in the inner part of the flange pairs reduces the flow area of the pipeline, and the extension pipe flanges with two welds on both sides of the connection complicates the design and reduces its reliability.

The task of the invention is to provide a reliable sealing flange and insulating protection at high pressures transported medium without reducing the flow area of the pipeline.

The problem is solved due to the fact that the flange connection on the high pressure dielectric connector pipe, flange containing a couple with holes for standard fasteners, fasteners, dielectric gasket between the flanges, the dielectric insert, the insulating fasteners from the flanges, the dielectric tube in the inner part of the flange pairs further comprises a cylindrical protrusion on the outer surface of each flange, push the bolts that are placed in threaded holes arranged in the axial direction evenly spaced around the circumference of the cylindrical protrusion, with an emphasis in metal rings, which are located in the annular groove flanges and move when tightening the adjusting bolts while compressing the sealing gasket, which is also located in the annular groove flanges, in a confined space between the dielectric strip, the metal is Kim ring and the cylindrical surfaces of the ring groove, that ensures a reliable seal flanged connections.

The dielectric spacer, the dielectric paste and the dielectric tube are reliable electrically insulating the circuit.

The drawing shows a half longitudinal section of a flange on the high pressure dielectric connector pipeline. The flanges 1 and 2 are fastened together by the fastening elements 3, representing the bolts with nuts and washers. Between the flanges 1 and 2 is the dielectric strip 4 and the dielectric tube 5, which is intended to increase the dielectric gap in the transportable medium. The fastening elements 3 are electrically insulated from the flanges 1 and 2, the dielectric inserts in the form of made of a dielectric material of the sleeves 6 and washers 7. On the outer surface of the flanges 1 and 2 is a cylindrical protrusion 8, the screw holes which in the axial direction evenly spaced around the circumference are jacking bolts 9. In the flanges 1 and 2 has a circular groove, in which ramesey metal rings 10 and the sealing strip 11 made of elastomer. After tightening the fasteners 3 to complete the fastening of the flanges 1 and 2 are sealed connection by tightening the screw bolts 9, which move the metal is steel rings 10 and compress the sealing strip 11 with a predetermined voltage, the corresponding pressure of the working environment.

The advantages of the proposed technical solutions are as follows:

- No reduction of the bore in flange joint of pipeline.

Reliable sealing flange connections, as well as the possibility of additional tucked up sealing gasket during operation of the connection.

- Fairly reliable electrical insulation protection.

- Ease of installation-related operations by tightening the bolts according to the recommendations of the mounting flange connections.

SUBSTANCE: electrically insulating flange connection of plain tubes includes metal housing in the form of cylinder restricted on one side with inner annular projection, and on the other side rigidly connected to one flange. The other flange is equipped with cylindrical projection tightly enclosed in metal housing to which cylinder from dielectric material is inserted without a gap, between which and cylindrical projection of the flange the annular rubber gasket is installed, which protects inner cavities of connection against atmospheric action. Annular sealing gaskets, metal rings, C-shaped rings made from material which is harder than tube material, movable metal bushes and stepped bushes from dielectric material are in series located symmetrically from electrically insulating insert between tubes. When tightening the fasteners the sealing gaskets are pressed in closed volume between side surfaces of electrically insulated insert and metal rings, and inner conical surface of movable metal bushes acts on outer spherical surface of C-shaped rings, presses them, and pointed projections on inner surface of C-shaped rings are pressed to the tube body by fixing electrically insulating flange connection of plain tubes.

Electrical insulating flange joint comprises dielectric gasket fixed between end flanges of pipelines by means of bolt pairs with electrical insulating elements installed on them. Electrical insulating elements are formed by means of multi-layer winding of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape on bolts, which are located in openings of flange joint flanges. Winding of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape on bolts of flange joint is realised with tension and with an overlap diagonally by cross method, at that thickness of porous polytetrafluoroethylene tape in bolts winding is not more than 0.25 mm, and porosity makes around 50-60%. Dielectric gasket is arranged in the form of flat annular disc and protrudes above flanges of flange joint.

SUBSTANCE: proposed isolated pipe joint comprises pipe sections screwed together, their ends faces being provided with ledges separated by electrically insulating cylindrical elements and elastic seal of the joint. The pipe sections are provided with L-shape lengthwise section nozzles, inside and outside of which two electrically insulating sleeves are arranged with end gaps. Elastomer seal is fitted between the said nozzles faces and surfaces of cylindrical electrically insulating sleeves. The proposed joint comprises also stepwise insulating bush on the joint one end and metal cover on its other end.
