The device consists of dump tank installed on the first bath, gravity-flowing nipple of which is connected to communicated vessel separated with baffle plate with calibrated holes placed above each other in vertical rows with calculated surpass of bottom of upper hole over top of lower hole for registering of counter flow through the upper outflow hole of fixed level of total dump through baffle plate holes. The cross-sections of holes are selected with condition of securing of standardized disposal solution flow of the first bath in amount matching the calculated counter flow. On the downcomers the locks are installed that connect all the baths of washing unit serving for regulation of amount of detergent solutions counter flow by maintaining the level of disposal solution in communicated vessel.

EFFECT: increased effectiveness of wool washing with simultaneous decrease of water and detergent solution consumption due to justified choice of counter flow amount depending on quality characteristics of washed wool, as well as due to the fullest accounting of in-process losses and additions of detergent solutions in constant washing process.

The technical field to which the invention relates.

The invention relates to the wool industry, in particular to primary processing of wool, mostly to machine washing wool aqueous solutions of detergents, and can be used in the process of washing the wool with the use of countercurrent washing solutions.

The level of technology

The known device for visual inspection of the presence or absence of counter-current washing solution in the washing baths unit made in the form of drain tank mounted on baths, washing machines and the United peritonei pipes with the previous baths. At the same time to provide countercurrent washing solutions baths washing unit installed cascading excess of the subsequent baths over the previous one. The disadvantage of this device is the additional consumption of electric and thermal energy, as well as boiler softened water.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved positive effect and as adopted by the authors for the prototype is a device for the registration and regulation of the magnitude of the counter-current cleaning solutions when washing wool, made in the form of a flush tank with calibrated holes, closed with plugs attached to polozitelnoe tub of the washing unit and containing peritonei pipe between baths for flowing cleaning solutions to meet the movement of washed wool in each of the previous bath, starting with the latter. The normalized value of countercurrent washing solutions is provided by opening required number of calibrated holes of the drain tank and direction of polozitelnoe water in the previous bath (see the Calculation mode of the counter and the methods of its control when washing wool. The disadvantages of this device are:

the inability during the registration and regulation of backflow supply polozitelnoe water in the last bath, i.e. at the beginning of the counter, to consider the loss of cleaning solutions out of the bath with damp hair, cleaning detergents, pour out when cleaning greenamerica baths, and adding in the previous bath of concentrated cleaning solutions and top up with hot and cold water, which reduces the quality of washed wool;

- the inevitability of contact of staff with a hot (t=5255C) water regulation counterflow traffic device, which complicates its operation and reduces its technological reliability (see Wool. Experimental studies in the development of the claimed device for the registration and regulation of countercurrent washing solutions by machine washing wool, in comparison with the known device for the registration and regulation of the magnitude of the counter, showed the possibility to decrease the Oia water consumption and consumption of detergents in less than 1.5 times at the corresponding decrease in the number of sewage, as well as improving the efficiency of washing the wool with the preservation of its quality characteristics.

The present invention in comparison with the prototype and other known technical solution has the following advantages:

- improving the efficiency of washing the wool;

- reducing the costs of water and detergent through informed choice of the value of the counter depending on the quality characteristics of washed wool;

- the most complete account of technological losses and additives detergent solutions in a continuous process of washing the wool.
