SUBSTANCE: diagnostic technique for abnormal chromatin packing in male sterility is based on a quantitative estimation of chromatin hydrolysis depth in sperm nuclei immobilised on slides. EFFECT: use of the declared technique allows simplifying diagnosing of male sterility within the therapies in extracorporeal fertilisation and homologous insemination programs.
