Composition for production of woodchip boards

FIELD: woodworking industry.

SUBSTANCE: formula of chip and glue composition for an internal layer in production of woodchip boards includes up to 40% of chips from wastes of rotting blanks with application of a binder based on a low-molar urea formaldehyde resin.

EFFECT: reduced material intensity of woodchip boards production, energy intensity of pressing process, increased efficiency of pressing equipment and reduced toxicity of produced boards.

The invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used in the manufacture of chipboard.

Known particle-adhesive composition consisting of chips obtained from the process of wood chips with restrictions on the content of blue stain, rot and mineral impurities, and a binder on the basis of vacuum urea-formaldehyde resin with the introduction of the curing agent is an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride /Schwartzman G.M., Generously D.A. Production of chipboards, M: Forestry, 1987, s/. The disadvantage of this composition is its toxicity due to its high content of free formaldehyde in the product resin, and the high cost of manufactured boards. An object of the invention is to reduce the material intensity of production of chipboard, the intensity of the pressing process, productivity press equipment and reduce toxicity of the produced plates.

This object is achieved in that the particle-adhesive composition for the inner layer in the manufacture of chipboard is used up to 40% of the chips from rotting waste blanks, with a ratio of wt.%:

Example 1. Preparation of particle-adhesive composition is as follows. Raw mixture of the following composition: chips obtained from the process of chip brand SS in the amount of 65%, produced according to GOST 15815-83; Troika from the cylindrical shaping of round timber in the amount of 20%; chips obtained from rotting waste of material in the amount of 15% is dried to a moisture content of 1.5-2.2%) and mixed with a binder based on discomania urea-formaldehyde resin brand KF-10 PM. Because of the non-conforming raw materials has the acidity to pH=4,5, therefore, to compensate for the pH level in the junction of the inner layer is added to the paraffin wax in the amount of 2-3% by weight of the resin with the introduction of 2.0-2.2% hardener - 20%aqueous solution of ammonium chloride.

Then formed the carpet and made hot pressing at a temperature of 195±5°C for 0,23-0,26 min/mm plates at a pressure of 2.3 to 2.4 MPa. The density of the obtained plates is 650 kg/m3. The resulting plates are incubated for 24 hours at room temperature, raskraivajutsja samples and tested in accordance with GOST 10632-2007. The results of physico-mechanical properties of chipboard on the basis of the obtained particle-adhesive compositions shown in table 1.

Example 2. Preparation of particle-adhesive composition is as follows. Raw mixture of the following composition: chips obtained from the process of chip brand SS 55%, manufactured according to GOST 15815-83; shavings from the cylindrical shaping of round timber in the amount of 20%; shavings obtained from rotting waste blanks in the amount of 25% is dried to VL is gnosti 1.5 to 2.2% and is mixed with a binder based on discomania urea-formaldehyde resin brand KF-10 PM. Next, as in example 1. The results of physico-mechanical characteristics of the obtained particle boards are presented in table 2.

Example 3. Preparation of particle-adhesive composition is as follows. Raw mixture of the following composition: chips obtained from the process of chip brand SS in the amount of 45%, produced according to GOST 15815-83; shavings from the cylindrical shaping of round timber in the amount of 20%; shavings obtained from rotting waste blanks in the amount of 35% is dried to a moisture content of 1.5-2.2% and is mixed with a binder based on malooley urea-formaldehyde resin brand KF-10 PM. Next, as in example 1. The results of physico-mechanical characteristics of the obtained plates are presented in table 3.

Thus, the invention allows to expand the range of raw materials for the production of chipboard together with decrease cost and reduce the toxicity of the produced plates due to nscomarray urea-formaldehyde resin. All physical and mechanical properties of particle boards comply with GOST 10632-2007.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: polyvinyl chloride-based wood-polymer composition for profiled-trim moulding articles contains polyvinyl chloride, wood flour, a complex stabiliser, an acrylic modifier, polyethylene wax and a metal-containing lubricant. The metal-containing lubricant used in the composition is obtained by reacting higher monocarboxylic acids with glycerin at 130-230°C at molar ratio 1:(1-2) in the presence of oxides of divalent metals Ca, Zn, Mg or their two-component mixtures in weight ratio 0.25-1.0:0.5-1.0 in amount of 0.5-2.0 wt % of the overall reaction mass, where the higher monocarboxylic acids used are VIK, oleic and stearic acid. The composition also uses polyethylene wax with melting point not higher than 100°C. The complex stabiliser used is selected from: BAEROPAN R 9003 (produced by Baerlocher GmbH, Germany) or Naftosafe PEK 922 B (produced by Chemson, Austria). The acrylic modifier used is impact-resistant modifiers selected from: MB-87, DURASTRENGTH D320, DURASTRENGTH D300S (produced by Arkema, France), Metablen P-5500S (produced by Dangdong), Paraloid BTA 736H-S OS (produced by Rohm & Haac), Kane ACE F50 (produced by Kalek), Lariks on TU 2216-235-05757533-2000.

EFFECT: high quality of profiled-trim moulding articles, which is expressed by improved operational and technological parameters, specifically melt flow index, thermal stability, impact viscosity, low water absorption and environmental safety of the composition.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: product contains the following in wt %: 1-50 modified hybrid resin based on natural fatty acids and 99-50 natural material selected from cellulose, wood, wood fibre, flax, hemp, starch and another natural fibre or combinations thereof. The product can contain 20-80 wt % thermoplastic, 30-70 wt % binder or natural adhesive. The hybrid resin is obtained via water-emulsion polymerisation of an acrylate monomer - butylacrylate, methyl methacrylate or butylacrylate, on an alkyde resin based on fatty acids in the presence of a radical initiator at 30-100°C. Fatty acids are selected from tall oil, suberin fatty acids, cutin fatty acids, vegetable oils and mixtures thereof. The composite product is obtained by mixing acrylate hybrid and natural material or combination thereof. Further, the product is moulded and hardened under heat at 120-200°C until a composite product of the given type is obtained.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain composite plates with improved properties, good biodegradability and low toxicity; such properties of the plates are achieved by using modified hybrid resins in form of a stable aqueous emulsion as binding materials and compatibilisers.

SUBSTANCE: moulding composition contains an aggregate made from carbon-containing crushed plant and/or synthetic fibre material, binder made from inorganic polymers and a target additive. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite products, particularly a composite panel containing hybrid resins based on natural acids, as well as a method of producing a composite product. The product contains the following in wt %: 1-50 modified hybrid resin based on natural fatty acids and 99-50 natural material selected from cellulose, wood, wood fibre, flax, hemp, starch and another natural fibre or combinations thereof. The product can optionally contain 20-80 thermoplastics, 30-70 binder or natural adhesive. The hybrid resin is obtained via condensation of a mixture of natural C12-C20 fatty acids modified with maleic acid or anhydride, and an alkyde resin based on fatty acids of tall oil, suberin fatty acids, cutin fatty acids, plant oil or mixtures thereof. Properties of the panel are achieved using modified hybrid resins in form of a stable aqueous emulsion as binding materials and compatibilisers.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to extract, recycle and process wood wastes in process of fibreboards production. The method includes supplying waste waters downstream pouring-forming machine into an accumulating-balancing reservoir, its pumping along a bypass pipeline into a disperser with simultaneous air supply from atmosphere into the bypass pipeline, formation of air and water mixture passing through the disperser, supply of air and water mixture into a dynamic absorber to create floating complexes, their supply into a receiving chamber of a flotation plant, separation into foam sent to the pouring-forming machine and treated water supplied to the accumulator. The system for method realisation comprises an accumulating-balancing reservoir for collection of waste waters, a bypass pipeline and a disperser to create air and water mixture, a dynamic absorber to form floating complexes, a floatation plant with a receiving chamber, a foam-producing mechanism and a foam-collecting pocket to separate caught fibre in the form of foam and an accumulator of treated water.

EFFECT: inventions ensure simple and cheap technology for extraction, recycling and processing of internal fibreboard production wastes with the possibility of secondary wood fibre catching and return directly into the process cycle without its additional treatment.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves plastification with extrusion of dispersion components, and specifically cellulose filler and thermoplastic polymer matrix. The thermoplastic polymer matrix consists of high-density polyethylene, a compatibiliser in form of graft polyolefin and a lubricant. The lubricant used is pre-ozonised polyethylene homologues in form of super-molecular polyethylene, low-density linear polyethylene and ethylene vinylacetate in ratio of 1:3:5. The graft polyolefin used in the compatibiliser is high-density polyethylene to whose molecular structure glycidyl methacrylate is grafted. Use of such a compatibiliser increases energy compatibility of dispersion components used in preparing a cellulose-containing polymer super-concentrate. The composite material contains a polymer and a super-concentrate with 30-70 wt % content of the super-concentrate.

EFFECT: composite materials based on the obtained cellulose-containing polymer super-concentrate have good physical and mechanical characteristics, namely strength and water resistance.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in mixing together of wood particles with urea-formaldehyde resin, butadienstyrene methacrylic latex, ammonium chloride and Aerosil, forming of the mat, cold prepressing and hot pressing. The binder instead of ammonium chloride contains ammonium fluosilicate at the following relation of the components, mass percentage: urea-formaldehyde resin - 82.8 to 93.4, ammonium fluosilicate - 0.6 to 1.2, butadienstyrene methacrylic latex - 4.0 to 12.0, Aerosil - 2.0 to 4.0.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of preparing urea-formaldehyde resin-based thermosetting binders used in woodworking industry for manufacturing wood particle boards, plywood, wooden fiberboards, and the like, and which may be used in production of foamed materials. Polymer binder comprises 100 wt parts of urea-formaldehyde resin mixture and 1-5 wt parts of curing agent, said urea-formaldehyde resin mixture containing (i) urea-formaldehyde resin with 10-40% uronic cycles and weight portion of dry residue 55.0-65.0% and (ii) urea-formaldehyde resin with weight portion of dry residue 60.0-80.0% at (i)/(ii) ratio (5-95):(95-5). Urea-formaldehyde resin contain essentially no methanol.

EFFECT: reduced toxicity and increased waterproofness of products based on binder according to invention.

FIELD: polymer materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to employment of polyisocyanate compositions as binders for such materials as oriented wood chipboards as well as to binding lignocellulose material. Composition of invention contains polyisocyanate prepolymer, which product obtained by reaction of (i) polyisocyanate containing mixture of diphenylmethanediisocyanate isomers and at least one polyether polyol with (ii) polymerized alkylene units including at least 15% ethylene oxide units, said polyether polyol being prepared using water and low-molecular polyols as initiators. Binding of lignocellulose material comprises following stages: bringing lignocellulose material into contact with polyisocyanate composition; applying mold grease based on wax or metal-containing soap onto surface of lignocellulose composite; and creating conditions for binding of indicated material. Thus fabricated boards possess density at a level of 650 kg/m3 and internal binding strength (V20-IB) at a level of 673 kPa.

FIELD: construction materials industry; production of the composite materials used in production of wood pressing masses.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the wood pressing masses exclusively on the basis of the fragments of the vegetable origin, in particular, to the molding compound for manufacture of the composite materials. The invention presents the molding compound containing fragments of the lignocellulose material containing cellulose, lignin, hemicelluloses, free sugars produced from of the hydrocarbonic part of the vegetable material at its steam treatment and differing by the fact, that the lignocellulose material before steam treatment at the room temperature is subjected to steeping by the pure water within 20-120 minutes, which is taken in the ratio of 1 mass share of water to l mass share of the lignocellulose material. The technical result of the invention - preliminary steeping allows to reduce the temperature and the steam treatment duration, which leads to reduction of the power consumption and to the increase of productivity.

EFFECT: the invention allows to reduce the temperature and duration of the lignocellulose material steam treatment, ensures reduction of power consumption and increase of productivity.

FIELD: compositions used for manufacture of plates from wood laminate.

SUBSTANCE: composition for manufacture of plates contains rice shell or rice shell and sawdust mixture used as filler, liquid sodium glass having modulus of 2.4-3.6, and silicon dioxide. Artificial silicon dioxides or siliceous dust-like wastes of various industries may be used as silicon dioxides, with SiO2 content making at least 80%. Composition components are used in predetermined ratio.

EFFECT: improved strength and water tightness, and increased efficiency in utilization of various wastes.

FIELD: building materials industry; raw mixture for production of the thermo-insulating slabs.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the building materials industry and raw mixture and may be used for production of the thermo-insulating slabs containing as the binder 3-5 vol. % of the polyurethane sealant named "Mounting foam", as the light organic filler - 92-95 vol. % of the crushed wood, as the fire retardant - 2-3 vol. % of BBK-3 solution. The technical result of the invention is - the increased strength of compression and bending at keeping the thermo-insulating slab volumetric mass of 180-190 kg/m3.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased strength of the thermo-insulating slab compression and bending at keeping its volumetric mass of 180-190 kg/m3.

FIELD: heat-insulation materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of environmentally appropriate antimicrobial nonflammable fibrous filler through wet formation from waste produced during processing of linen raw material, which filler can be used to manufacture nonflammable antimicrobial heat-insulation materials. Desired target is achieved by that nonflammable fibrous filler based on cellulose-containing material with diammonium phosphate fixed thereon is comprised of linen pulp having following characteristics: fiber number: 2, content of chaff: 8-12%, fiber length: 50-80 mm, pulp density; 200-300 kg/m2, and heat conductivity: 0.04-0.06 kcal/m.h. degree, which linen pulp is covered with chitosan in amount 8-32% based on the weight of linen pulp.

EFFECT: enhanced valuable characteristics of filler.
