SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics and gynecology, and is intended for diagnostics of ovary thecomatosis during menopause. For patients with recurrent hyperplastyic endometrium process, number of hyperplastic process events is determined by ultrasonic endometrium scanning and urethra scrape. If there are three or more events of hyperplastic process of endometrium during menopause, then ovary thecomatosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of ovary thecomatosis diagnostics.
The invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to diagnose Takamatsu ovaries at menopause in women with recurrent hyperplastic process of the endometrium.
Known ultrasonic diagnostic method of Takamatsu ovaries (TAN). Spend transvaginal ultrasound examination of the ovaries. Determine the volume of the ovary and the amount of stroma. Compute their ratio. When it is 3.2 and less diagnose stromal hyperplasia. The method improves the accuracy of diagnosis (Kuzmina S. Patent RF №2201141 from 10.07.2000).

If three or more cases of endometrial hyperplasia establish the diagnosis of Takamatsu ovary.
The method is carried out following the way.
Examined patients with recurrent hyperplastic process endometrial menopausal period (from 47 to 60 years). Comprehensive, full diagnostics:
- Ultrasound of the endometrium;
the scraping of the uterine cavity.
An ultrasound determine hyperplasia of the endometrium by the nature of the echoes (endometrial thickness, the presence of rounded or elongated oval formations of endometrial polyps and/or the cervical canal).
In the presence of hyperplastic process produce a scraping of the uterine cavity under the hysteroscope, which allows to determine the nature of the morphological changes. Appreciate various forms of endometrial hyperplastic processes with different benign histological picture on the basis of laboratory findings (adenofibrosis polyp, glandular polyp, glandular hyperplasia, glandular-cystic hyperplasia). When relapse hyperplastic process (based on ultrasound) again produce a biopsy under the control of the hysteroscope.
The result is evaluated as follows.
If three or more cases of hyperplastic process endometrium during menopause confirm the presence of Takamatsu ovary.

Example 1. A patient, 54 years old, was observed in the gynecology Department KKB Perm Ds: set the state interstitielle-subserous myoma of the small sizes. Hyperplastic process of the endometrium in menopause.
Menopause 2 years. Uterine fibroids within 3 years. 1 case of hyperplastic process endometrium - fibrous polyp of endometrium. Treatment is not received.
Ultrasound: uterus 74×76×80 mm Interstitielle subserous uterine fibroids from 50 to 80 mm 3 knots. M-echo 2 mm Ovaries without features.
Volume of surgery - laparotomy. Hysterectomy with appendages.
Results histological findings uterine fibroids, endometriosis.
Diagnosis after surgery: interstitielle-subserous myoma of the small sizes. Growth. Hyperplastic process of the endometrium in menopause. No Takamatsu ovaries. No recurrence hyperplasia.
Example 2. Patient T., aged 54, was observed in the gynecology Department KKB Perm Ds: recurrent hyperplastic process of the endometrium. Hysteromyoma of the small sizes in combination with endometriosis.
Menopause 2 years. Myoma of the uterus for 10 years.
2 cases of hyperplastic process of the endometrium of the uterus during 1 year. Treatment: norcolut.
Data ultrasound: uterus 58×44×55 mm, M-echo 3 mm, the boundary clear. Ovaries 24×20×15 mm increased echogenicity.
CA 125; LH; FSH; progesterone; testosterone; DHEA-s - normal Volume of surgery - laparotomy. Hysterectomy with appendages.

Example 3. Patient, 54 years, was observed in the gynecology Department KKB Perm Ds: recurrent hyperplastic process of the endometrium in menopause. Hysteromyoma of the small sizes. The state after the combined treatment of disease of the left breast in 2003 Menopause 5 years. 3 cases of hyperplastic process endometrium during 1 year. Treatment is not received.
Data ultrasound: uterus 53×43×53 mm M-echo 11 mm Ovaries melkoporistoj structure.

Example 4. A patient, 55 years of age, was observed in the gynecology Department KKB Perm Ds: recurrent hyperplastic process of the endometrium in menopause.
Menopause 3 years. 4 cases of hyperplastic process endometrium during 1 year. Treatment is not received. Objective: redundant power supply. Data ultrasound: uterus 67×44×62 mm Interstitielle-subserous m & e is and uterus, M-echo 5 mm Ovaries without features.
Volume of surgery - laparotomy. Hysterectomy with appendages. The results of the pathology report - tecomates ovaries. Diagnosis after surgery: recurrent hyperplastic process of the endometrium. Tecomates ovary.
In this way were examined 60 patients menopausal age with recurrent hyperplastic process of the endometrium. The age of women ranged from 46 to 60 years. The following results are obtained: 60 surveyed (100%) patients with uterine bleeding were histologically verified various forms of hyperplastic processes. The 52 surveyed (86,6%) as a result of histological examination of ovarian tissue revealed the presence of luteinizing stromal cells in hyperplastic ovarian cortical layer without any connection to the follicles, otherwise tecomates ovary.
The positive effect of the claimed method consists in the following: the method is highly specific and sensitive; allows you to diagnose the presence of Takamatsu ovaries, thereby allowing selection of the appropriate therapeutic strategy.
The way to diagnose Takamatsu ovaries at menopause using pelvic ultrasound, characterized in that in patients with recurrent hyperplastic process endometrium reveal the number of Sluch the EB hyperplastic process of the endometrium by ultrasound of the endometrium and the scraping of the uterine cavity, and in the presence of 3 or more cases of endometrial hyperplasia different localization in the cavity of the uterus establish the presence of Takamatsu ovaries during menopause.
SUBSTANCE: patient's arterial whole blood is sampled. The blood sample is sounded in a dish with laser at long wave within the range 500-1100 nm spatially focused in a separate blood cell selected from erythrocytes or leukocytes. It is followed with measuring a Raman spectrum in the spectral range with Stockes frequency shift within 100 cm-1 to 3200 cm-1 from a set blood cell volume determined by a confocal volume described by an interfaced microdiaphragm diameter. The Raman spectrum of glucose, haemoglobin and water in the concentrations typical for their content in a blood cell are pre-measured. The Stockes spectral components are selected in the Raman spectrum to match the typical resonant oscillations of glucose molecules and to fall to a minimum of the Stockes spectral components of the Raman spectra of haemoglobin and water. The amplitude of the Stockes spectral components of glucose is measured and related to the amplitudes of the Stockes spectral components of a calibration curve of the Raman spectra of glucose generated in the known concentration of a glucose solution to measure the glucose content in a separate blood cell.
EFFECT: invention enables noninvasive glucose measurement inside a separate alive blood cell selected from erythrocytes or leukocytes.
SUBSTANCE: method of treating hyperparathyreosis involves patient's blood sampling prior to a surgery by excision of parathyroid adenoma vessels, removal of the adenoma, blood sampling in 5 and 10 minutes after excision of an adenoma vascular pedicle, parathyroid hormone ELISA test involving centrifugation of the samples, cultivation of the prepared centrate in plates containing ELISA reagents, ELISA interruption before a stabilisation phase by washing of the and adding chromogen then, evaluation of optical density of the solutions containing patient's blood serum, with considering a successful surgery and stating no need of bilateral neck cavity exploration required in observing the decrease of optical density of the solution sampled after adenoma resection in comparison with a pre-operative sample more than twice; the blood samples are centrifuged for 30-40 sec; the blood samples are divided into a number of portions and placed in different plate wells containing the ELISA reagents, incubation interruption and optical density analysis of the solution are performed simultaneously in three different samples making a series, and incubation time of the first series makes 5 minutes, and duration of incubation of the following series differs by 1 minute, and a success criterion is a relative decrease of optical density of the pre- and post-operative solutions. The analysis result is considered to be negative in the absence of the decrease of optical density of the pre- and post-operative solutions in the samples 10 minutes after of blood sample cultivation.

SUBSTANCE: it involves general clinic blood analysis, venous blood sampling and blood serum sample preparation. Then prepared blood serum is analysed for the content of an intercellular adhesion molecule 1 - sICAM-1 and the neopterin level. If the sICAM-1 content varies within 247.7÷269.7 ng/ml and the neopterin level varies within 5.54÷6.66 nmol/l, a moderate risk of postoperative thrombophilic complications is predicted. If the sICAM-1 content varies within 335.4÷382.6 ng/ml and the neopterin level varies within 7.6÷9.4 nmol/l, a high risk of postoperative thrombophilic complications is predicted.
EFFECT: use of the given method allows providing objective prediction of a high risk of the onset and development of the thrombophilic complications in the patients after hip replacement with maintaining high accurate results.
SUBSTANCE: surgery material is subject to immunohistochemical and pathomorphological analysis. A Ki-67 antigen expression level and a mutant p53 oncogene expression level are determined. An average diameter of malignant cell nuclei, or the presence or the absence of nucleoli in the malignant cell nuclei are evaluated with the presence or the absence of the nucleoli in the malignant cell nuclei are stated at various magnifications, while cariometry is enabled with a certain minimum count of renal cell carcinoma cell nuclei. The predicted oncological survival rate is calculated by formula: Ymbv=1.83X1+1.45X2+1.18X3, where Ymbv is a morphobiomolecular value; X1 is a histological malignancy degree in points; X2 is the Ki-67 expression level in points; X3 is the p53 expression level in points. The histological malignancy degree is shown by the average diameter of the malignant cell nuclei, or the presence or the absence of the nucleoli in the malignant cell nuclei. The Ymbv value ≤6.29 shows a favourable prognosis for the oncological survival rate in the patients; the Ymbv value 6.82-8.92 provides a relatively favourable prognosis, while the Ymbv value 9.19-11.55 enables to state a relatively unfavourable prognosis, and an unfavourable prognosis is given by the Ymbv value > 11.55.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to hepathology and pediatrics. In order to predict exacerbations of chronic viral hepatitis B in teenagers, blood test is performed. By means of bioluminescent method determined is activity of lymphocyte enzymes in peripheral blood of patients: glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDG) and lactate dehydrogenase (NADN-LDG), ratio of activities is calculated. If value of obtained index is equal or is higher than 1.15 exacerbations are predicted, if index value is lower than 1.15, absence of exacerbations is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict exacerbations of chronic viral hepatitis B in teenagers with clinical-biochemical remission with high accuracy.

The sample is examined by alternated fluorescent light and transmission light. Each cell with a depolarised stained surface membrane detected by fluorescent light is examined in transmission light. If the cells with the depolarised stained surface membrane detected by fluorescent light show cytological symptoms of dyscariosis, and/or proliferative parabasal cell complexes with no symptoms of dyscariosis show depolarised stained surface membranes or granular stained cytoplasm, a patient is subsumed to the risk group of the presence of neoplastic disorders in the cervical epithelium.

Further, the correlation analysis of the specified laboratory values and the blood manganese level is performed, and if observing the authentic dependences simultaneously: the high blood manganese level - the low blood plasma antioxidant activity level, the high blood manganese level - the high blood plasma malonic dialdehyde level, the low blood plasma antioxidant activity level - the high blood plasma malonic dialdehyde level, manganese action is considered to be toxic.

Complex ultrasonic examination of venous system of lower extremities, which includes application of B-mode, mode of colour mapping of blood flow, Dopplerographic examination in combination with sonoelastographic examination, is performed. Density of detected thrombi with registration of numerical value of thrombus mass elasticity coefficient is carried out. Coefficient is determined by means of computer program, installed by the manufacturer in processor of Hitachi EUB 8500 scanner. If values of thrombus mass elasticity are lower than 1.0 points, thrombi are estimated as having embolism risk. If coefficient values are from 1.1 to 3.0 points, conclusion about risk of thromnus embolisation of medium degree is made.
