FIELD: gas and oil production.

SUBSTANCE: composition of thermal source for treatment of bottomhole zone of well consists of granulated ammonia saltpetre of grade B, bi-chromate of potassium, epoxy resin of grade ED-20, plasticiser EDOS, and hardener Agidol of grade AF-2M. As components increasing strength of material of composition and temperature of its combustion compression this composition contains mixture of powders of aluminium of dispersity not over 50 mcm and nitro-acid barium of dispersity not over 0.5 mm at the following ratio of composition components, wt %: said saltpetre 52.5-53.0, potassium bio-chromate 2.4-2.5, epoxy resin of grade ED-20 14.3-14.4, plasticiser of grade EDOS 1.3-1.4, hardener Agidol of grade AF-2M 2.1-2.2, aluminium 10.9-10.5, and nitro-acid barium 16.5-16.0.

EFFECT: raised temperature of combustion of thermal source composition facilitating more deep heating and melting deposits of bottomhole zone of a reservoir, which plug channels and pores, while maintaining level of strength for compression of composition material.

 

The invention relates to the oil industry, in particular to compositions of termostatico used alone or in devices for thermoerosional processing bottom-hole zone of the well.

Termostatico made of a combustible composite material based on ammonium nitrate and polymer fuel with special additives. Devices using such compositions of termostatico described in [1, 2, 3, 4] and consists of a sealed air chamber to atmospheric pressure, the diaphragm and an inlet chamber placed in her combustible solid composite material, which in the literature is called a thermopile [1].

Known composition of termostatico [2], consisting of two parts, the first part facing the air chamber and formed from durable with malagasay allocation during the combustion of the composition. The second part is the core and formed from by the combustion of gas-generating compositions. As the last-used composition on the basis of granulated ammonium nitrate and epoxy resin with the following ratios, wt.%: ammonium nitrate Prill grade B - 72, potassium bichromate and 5 epoxy resin ED-20 hardener of the Probe (in the ratio 10:1) - 23. The advantage of this composition termostatico is that it is nemeton cyanopogon, increasing its safe operation, and consists of non-deficient, have a wide resource base components.

A disadvantage of known composition termostatico is a relatively low combustion temperature, component 99°C, which does not allow the products of combustion it sufficient to heat and melt viscous and with a high content of asphaltene-resinous seal sediments in the channels and pores of the bottomhole zone of the formation to recover oil. Closest to the proposed invention is a composition in which as the main (second) part of termostatico [3 or equivalent 4] used the structure on the basis of granulated ammonium nitrate and epoxy resin with the following ratios, wt.%: ammonium nitrate Prill grade B 70-74, bichromate of potash 3-5, epoxy resin grade ED-20 19,5-21,5, plasticizer grade ADOS (TU 2493-003-13004749-93) 1,5-2,0, hardener Agidol brand AF-2M (TU 38,302-16-378-90) 3.5 to 4.5. In the present invention solves the problem of increasing the temperature of combustion of the composition of dermoestetica, providing a better warm-up and melt to seal the channels and pores of the sediments in the bottomhole formation zone and thereby improving its reservoir properties. This is also the goal of achieving the level of the compressive strength of the material composition is not lower than for the material composition of the prototype. The task is solved in that in the composition of termostatico for processing bottom-hole zone of the well, including ammonium nitrate granulation grade B, bichromate of potash, epoxy resin grade ED-20, plasticizer grade ADOS and re is Titel Agidol brand AF-2M, according to the invention the composition further comprises as components that increase the compressive strength of the material composition and temperature of combustion, the mixture of aluminum powders dispersion of not more than 50 μm and barium nitrate dispersion of not more than 0.5 mm when the following proportions of the components of the composition, wt.%:

The essence of the invention. On the other hand, for completeness of combustion it is necessary that these components to the greatest extent in contact with each other in the composition. This is achieved through the use of the most the superfine aluminum powder, produced by industry, in particular the brand ASD-4, the dispersion is not more than 50 μm. While the preparation of the composition includes pre-mixing of these two components so that highly dispersed aluminum particles were distributed on the surfaces of larger particles of barium nitrate with sufficient dispersion, but not more than 0.5 mm, Then this mixture of powders is mixed with the liquid epoxy compound consisting of epoxy resin brand ED-20, plasticizer grade ADOS and hardener Agidol brand AF-2M. The proposed composition of termostatico has a combustion temperature equal 2360°C, which is 2.2 times greater than the rate for the composition of the prototype. The burning rate of the material in PVC casing termostatico in the liquid environment, close to the well conditions, at a pressure of 0.5 MPa to 0.6 mm/s at 5.0 MPa to 2.5 mm/s and 10.0 MPa - 5 mm/S. the information on the speed of combustion are at the level of indicators for the composition of the prototype. Experimental data on the sensitivity of the composition to the shot defined by the standard method showed that the proposed composition is meditenanean and refers to the hazard class 4.1 - Leskovac lumineuses substances. The compressive strength of the material composition is 46 MPa, which is 15% higher than this characteristic to the composition of the prototype. The efficiency of the proposed composition is tested by making it full-scale (10 kg) prototype termostatico. Tests conducted on the well II Cheremetevsky square showed that thermopile steadily burns even at low bottomhole pressure equal to 3.9 ATM, lasting approximately 15 minutes, during which the temperature of the well fluid in the processing intervals (950-955 m) was achieved and remained constant, equal to 117°C. In the middle of this period, the temperature effects the pressure in the bottom rose to 7.9 ATM and at the end of treatment was 5.1 ATM. The volume of flow of fluid from the reservoir has increased three times. This, apparently, indicates involvement in the inflow were not previously affected area of oil, where the initial pressure was maintained at a higher level.

Thus, the proposed composition of termostatico allows you to efficiently process the bottom-hole formation zone with hard-to high-viscosity oil and depleted reservoir pressure, is long (up to 15 minutes) high temperature (up to 120°C) impacts that cannot existing wells treatment.
