5. The use of compounds according to any one of claims 1 to 4, to receive the of pharmaceuticals, intended for the treatment of diseases mediated by the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase.

6. A method of treating diseases mediated by the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase, comprising the administration to a patient in need of such treatment, the compounds according to claim 1 in an effective amount.
